Negative experience: Good gym however customer service is appalling. Cancelled my membership and they add hidden charges on to prevent you from leaving. Ends up costing around £50 to cancel your membership with them. Try to discuss with their customer service team (based on their head office as they are part of a bigger company) and they just quote terms and conditions and clearly don’t value their reputation or customers. Would recommend supporting other local independent gyms and save yourselves the hassle of dealing with them.

Positive experience: We booked for child's play area 3rd child party we have had there used to be better but now they changed the flooring they don't allow chairs in there so all adults were sitting on little children benches. Need to sort seating out for the adults also they used to be soft play items that the kids were able to use but we're not out this time along with a football and football net. The bouncy castle is much fun for the kiddies tho.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed my 1st visit

Positive experience: Small ok gym - lacks equipment I'm on holiday so was after a gym to work out in and this one was the closest to my house in the middle of nowhere. It cost 5 pounds for a day pass which was very cheap compared to others so that was a real plus. Staff were very friendly and it was quick to sign up. The main weight gym itself was small and lacked any real equipment. The free weights only went up to 30kg and there was no squat rack. I couldn't do bench press, squats, shoulder press or incline with a bar. Staple piece of equipment every gym has. There was a smith machine which is similar but it uses no stabiliser muscles and helps you move the weight so you don't get half the gains you normally would. For example, I usually start with 7 reps of 70kg and with that machine I got 10 super easily. Only a single bench on a slippery floor so would move about when getting into position with weights. The seat was very slippery too. Pull up bar was that close to the ceiling you couldn't get your head fully over it - let alone your chest. Very weird. Lots of filler equipment which most people don't use. Anyway, good cheap gym but aimed more for a casual work out.

Fantastic experience: Nice smaller gym, staff are lovely and there's plenty of machine choice. It's possible to get personal training on site but staff are always willing to advise you also.

Negative experience: Functiinality is good, however building is in desperate need of repair. Had dirty water dripping on my from ceiling at a kids party held there
