Our comment from FitFit UK about Northfield Pool & Fitness Centre:
Located in Birmingham, the Northfield Pool & Fitness Centre offers a variety of amenities designed for both individuals and families. Users praise the great swimming pool and the clean changing rooms, making it a popular spot for swimming lessons and family activities. Many visitors appreciate the friendly and polite staff, with special mentions for instructors like Connor who provide exceptional swimming lessons.
While the centre is often bustling, especially during school holidays, the variety of fitness classes available, including aqua fit and yoga, is commendable. The gym, though described as small, is well-equipped and maintained. However, some guests have reported issues with limiting parking availability, particularly on busy days, and occasional cleanliness problems in the changing areas.
Overall, the Northfield Pool & Fitness Centre is noted for its friendly atmosphere, excellent teaching staff, and clean facilities, making it a solid choice for those looking to stay active. That said, improvements in customer service, parking, and equipment maintenance would enhance the overall experience.

Northfield Pool & Fitness Centre: Opinions
Positive experience: Good local leisure center, gym is good and it has swimming pool which I must say mostly occupied by kids. The gym is always busy even when try to go off peak.
Thank you for the feedback Adam
Fantastic experience: Great pool. Nice clean changing room. Good sized car park
Fantastic experience: I have now been going to them for gym plus pool for over a year and i do highly recommend. The staff are extremely polite .I have taken adult swimming lessons with various instructors and they all are extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do but a special shout out to Connor , who just took one lesson on replacement to someone that was not around and i learnt so much in just 30 min lesson , 4 different things Connor picked on that i was struggling with during a 30 min lesson and with a 1-1 feedback there was so much improvement in short amount of time .Great teacher , extremely polite, and professional.Thank you !
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback, I will ensure that your comments are passed on to Connor
Fantastic experience: Nice and clean. My kids love the inflatable wish they get it out on Sundays, aswell
Fantastic experience: Great place for individuals and families
Negative experience: Took out a full membership booked some classes and was charged again. Spoke to reception and was told I would have to email them which I did. Not heard anything back. Unfortunately I'm unable to afford to pay for the classes etc twice. I think that their app booking system needs modernising so that this doesn't keep happening.
Fantastic experience: Great apart from told to move although my BlueBadge was in my car completely visible..Just because he was a taxi driver..He had no chance...
Positive experience: Changing rooms smelt like a sewer think there’s an issue somewhere.
Positive experience: Went to watch the grandchild have a swimming lesson
Fantastic experience: Yoga class. Very good. All abil. Excellent teacher
Positive experience: I took my daughter who's 15 here today for the first time since they have done the swimming baths up. She has spina bifida so this is a disabled person's and careers review. The disabled changing room is excellent. They have a disabled shower with chair, toilet with hand rails. They allow you to keep the key so you can keep your stuff in there while swimming or use a locker. No ones else is able to access the disabled changing rooms so you know you will get 1 without waiting. My only criticism is the disabled chairs in the changing room. You can fold them up when not in use but if you have someone who is incontinent and needs nappies/pads they are not able to lie down for you to change their pads so trying to do that in a sitting position on a small disabled chair is challenging if the disabled person can't help with being able to move or weight bare. It would be great if the chairs was benches. The wheelchair lift into the pool is great and they have a special wheelchair for the user to transfer into from their own chair. The lift is safe and the staff are very helpful. No issues. So 4 out of 5
Fantastic experience: Sounds good to me
Positive experience: Good facilities just a dirty pool
Negative experience: If i could give a -5 star I probably would. Good luck if you need to contact these people through phone as they do not or will not answer any phone calls, eventually someone else will answer from a different department and tell you that you’ll get a call back ( you won’t ) it’s always rammed and if you need help cancelling a membership and it spills over to the following payable month through them not answering calls or emails then you’ll be expected to pay ( they will not help with that at all in any way ) good luck I’d personally go elsewhere but that’s just my opinion
Fantastic experience: Works on an hourly rota in the pool.very cleaned tidy as the changing cubicles. Plenty of pool attendants Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: Great experience so far -clean changing area, the pool is well-kept with well-organised activities.
Positive experience: Clean pool, fairly clean. But the staff weren't the nicest. Being very strict.
Negative experience: Freezing cold water that left me and my daughter ill for over a month. The woman at the reception is rude and shouted at my autistic daughter as if she was a criminal for not removing her shoes.
Positive experience: Unfotunately very busy due to school holidays. Not so good for lane swimming
Negative experience: Haven't even managed to book in a class yet as they're all fully booked days in advance and even the ones that tell you they have spaces won't let you book as it tell you they're full! You can't even see a proper description of each class so I've got no idea what some of them are.
Fantastic experience: Good swimming baths thoroughly enjoyed it!
Fantastic experience: 3 times a week never had a problem using the pool. Staff are nice. Mostly clean and tidy. Affordable membership options. Gym and pool. Many fitness class's.
Thank you for the feedback Louise
Negative experience: i can only comment on the gym and its facilities so for the price this place is awfull the gym is very small the equipment in the gym is very limited and there is always broken gym equipment in there as i said for the price they are charging it really is a joke avoid and go some were else unless you have no choice just a side note if this is the only gym you have been to you might think its great its not until you go to other gyms you realise how bad this place is
Positive experience: Pool is good well organized. The gym i found very stressful. Booked onto the be active for the over 60's. You only get one hour per day and it comes with limited places both the swim and gym. This is a set hour so you can't book to suite any other time. 20 places is all that's offered. When I did booked the gym it was so busy . I booked an introductory session but that was not good. The person doing this introductory session didn't have much time for me . Found their attitude alittle off putting. Don't think I'll bother with the gym to much.
Fantastic experience: Very accessible place to enjoy a healthy keep fit experience.
Negative experience: Avoid this place if you value your car and personal belongings, the car park is a night mare with spaces just about big enough to park, not enough disabled parking, and there are many disrespectful people that attend this place, bashing your car door with their car door with no consideration for other peoples property. In the morning the gym is busy with a lot of NHS and doctors referrals taking up machines with notices saying "For training only" which is unfair for paying members. And worst of all lockers in the upstairs men's changing room lockers being broken in to and stuff being stolen, (this was the case a few years ago so not sure if things have changed.) I will not be renewing my membership again.... this place has got worse over the years and is no longer a pleasant place to train.
Fantastic experience: The engineering of the internal and external building and easy services and facilities have made the place the favourite space for many of its pioneers.
Fantastic experience: Good gym with good equipment, Tino is always really helpful
Fantastic experience: I have attended this gym for around 8 months now and I highly recommend it. There are a range of incredible fitness classes on offer which will suit a good range of abilities. My favourites are body balance, aqua fit and body jam! The swimming pool is always very clean and there is a good range of gym equipment on offer.
Negative experience: Poor management for the lovely public avenue, the could do better by organising the venue much more comfortable for old or ill people and kids as well in the same time, so everyone can have a relaxing time over there, some thing must be done ASAP,
Negative experience: SAD to have had my old mizuno trainers stolen from locker I left unattended for 1 min. If you got it bring my old mizuno to reception, pretend you picked up by mistake. I had a long history with that old pair of trainers..This took place 2 weeks ago.. on a Friday evening.. please bring it back -_-
Fantastic experience: Brilliant staff, Swimming team is amazing and so helpful, Ian (and the whole team) are great with little kids.
Fantastic experience: Northfield Pool and Fitness Centre in Birmingham has received mixed reviews. Visitors appreciate the renovated facilities, highlighting the superb staff and variety of classes such as aqua fit and yoga. The cleanliness and COVID-19 safety measures are also commended. However, some visitors mentioned the need for better amenities like wring extractors for wet swimsuits and expressed dissatisfaction with the reception staff's customer service. The gym is described as good but small, with a range of equipment and classes available at a reasonable fee. The swimming pool is popular and considered one of the biggest in Birmingham, but visitors are advised to check the pool timetable online due to scheduled lessons and women-only sessions
Positive experience: It's a gym and pool. Better than most. Probably not as good as some others. It is always clean. Often very busy. Just had a refurb. More machines. Looks a lot better imo
Negative experience: Usually very good and clean, but upon recent visit, both the disabled and male toilets were all disgusting! Inhuman conditions, should be always 100% clean. Changing rooms are also often covered in dirty mud-like water near the entrance to the pool, and the cubicles are often coated in strange substances. Could do with more cleaning. (Also I’m certain the pool has never been drained to clean)
Negative experience: Shockingly rude the person that runs the body pump class at 10:30am on Monday, I believe Sue is her name. The music was way too loud on her class; I would like to be able to get fit but without damaging my ear drums if possible and become hard of hearing aged 60. There is really no need to have the music so loud, it’s a small studio. I have complained to the manager in charge Kelly but I doubt anything would change. Members on the other hand are all very friendly.
Fantastic experience: I'm its been my 3 time coming to this gym. And I love it here people so nice and staff are nice. And the gym equipment are fantastic. Arman
Negative experience: Every Saturday, I take my child to a swimming lesson; during the last half an hour of his lesson, I had booked extra time for my child to play in the water for another hour to gain more confidence and to play with his friend. I paid nearly £15 for extra time, which is one hour; amazingly, one of the guards came to me and told me that I could not use our armband for your child. I replied already used and repaid for the extra time? Is that because it is part of your policy, or just because you want to be an obstacle? They told me to wait ten minutes, but only one lady and her child were in the pool. Then, they told me I could not use it after that time. Without any explanation or reason, I have already paid. Is that how they run a business? A young guy came to me very rudely and asked me to leave the splash pool; I asked him why they charged me for something I could not use! This is disgusting. It wasted my time and was very unprofessional behavior. Many youngsters who is employed there still need to be guided to refrain from conducting business. I hope that the real management do something about it.
Positive experience: Basic pool but clean and no over keen lifeguards or receptionist
Positive experience: Staff are friendly and it's nice and clean. Could do with more equipment but it's pretty good.
Positive experience: Swimming facilities are great but very little time for people wanting to swim at an intermediate level. 6:30-8am only really and just one lane as they aren't policed by the lifeguards. You have doggy paddlers in the middle lane despite the slow being mostly free and elite swimmers in the fast with you. I have yet to be able to swim constantly in any lane after three visits. Avoid free for all like the plague if you want to actually swim at all.
Fantastic experience: Always clean and friendly staff. Would recommend for an early morning swim
Positive experience: Spotlessly clean and lovely looking pool and changing rooms. Only issue is parking! Not enough spaces and people park like morons
Fantastic experience: Great facilities and staff. Callum did my gym induction and has been great.
Negative experience: Terrible place! It's always really cold and it is really not well managed. The pool is disgusting most of the times and they're all sorts of stuff at the bottom of it all of the time. The front desk are very unhelpful and inconsiderate. Overall better if avoided.
Fantastic experience: The new gent that has taught stage 5 at 5.30 for the past two weeks is absolutely amazing with all kids he really interacts with them all praises them all and really engages with every single child.. if all swimming instructors were like him it would make such a happier place I'm not saying it's bad there but he honestly makes the lesson so much better for my lad / and ither children to. My ladhas really enjoyed the last two weeks and we're gutted to hear he is leaving we wish him all the best where ever he is off to
Fantastic experience: Staff is good, swimming pool is clean, part of be active scheme, changing rooms are clean
Fantastic experience: Good leisure centre with a good range of classes. Staff very friendly and helpful
Fantastic experience: Great variety classes with amazing instructors
Negative experience: Will charge you £90 for cancellation of membership despite no advertisement how to correctly cancel on the website staff inside cannot cancel your membership either. Manager is extremely rude and said it’s not their fault I don’t understand things so please help me to understand and don’t make me feel an idiot!!! I originally subscribed for adult improver swim lessons the time is not suitable for my work schedule hence why I cancelled
Negative experience: This is the worst gym around northeild I sign up for a month for 39 pound and I went in there today and they said I’ve gotta give them a extra 15 pounds on top of my member ship. I’ve only been goin for 2 weeks I payed for a month and they tried charging me extra worst gym I’ve ever been to.
Negative experience: Don't get fooled by all the nice pictures from the outside as this place is rotting from the inside. I signed up for it specifically for the swimming and sauna option otherwise I would've gone to a cheaper gym for £15-20 a month. I went there on my first day and wanted to swim when some lady said I wouldn't be able to get in any pool now because there are swimming lessons for kids from 6-8 and the swimming-pool area closes after and this is very important as they do it every Monday and Thursday, meaning most adult who finish work are unable to go and make use of their membership. After that, I asked where the sauna was when they said there isn't one. I asked why do you advertise it on your website? they said it is available in the Ladywood one 10 miles away. This is the biggest rip off I've ever experienced and finally, I don't have a problem with kids and their swimming education as this is important but how can they not manage a swimming lesson in one pool or 1,5 and close lanes so the public can access to it as well. Utterly outrageous...
Negative experience: I would not use this swimming baths for swimming lessons as you get called a lier by tino (male staff ) apparently I must of imagined going in and speaking to an Asian lady with head scarf on reception as no one works there fitting that description I must off got it wrong !! So my imagination lady on reception desk told Me it's no contract just £10 admin fee and then you pay monthly and can cancel your direct debit anytime! Even received a sorry you have left email Not one email telling me I needed to give a months notice or had missed a payment So I called and spoke to tino hoping to clear up the the miss understanding not get out of paying if I owed the money just to ask why I wasn't contacted by themselves Northfield leisure centre to ask why it has been passed to this company and why was it was so much money I owed as my daughter hadn't been for 5 weeks prior to me cancelling my direct debit Tino wasn't helpful at all just basically called me a lier and I must of made it up or forgotten as no one works there with that description and basically wasn't his problem very rude no phone manners and very poor attitude clearly didn't want to help or listen! maybe needs another job or a course on how to speak to customers calling up to ask for basic information as to why it has been passed to another company and why it was so much if it's only one month notice! Which is £27 She had a fantastic instructor she has now left ! Can't fault the instructors they was all good but the Information was hard to receive on her progress due to me not being able to access my daughter portal Tino is very rude and as business he giving you a bad name !! Shocking Shame on him I hope this review helps people and they don't have the stress of all this like I have to sort out now ! Just inform people your customers communication is the key Not credit agents !!! updates updates as I couldn't log onto my portal she didn't go for 5 weeks so I cancelled my direct debit To now received an email from a credit a
Negative experience: Took my 4mo swimming for the first time today. I have enrolled in the weekly swimming ‘lessons’ This is the first time she’s been in a pool. The water was quite cold considering this was a pool for infants. Edited. It’s clear after going to a couple more lessons that the female instructor was cover and had no idea what she was doing. I should not have had to pay for that shambles of a ‘lesson’. The normal male instructor engages with each child and the whole experience was enjoyable and much more fitting for the age range of the class. The female instructor didn’t ask if anyone was new and didn’t explain anything at all just assumed everyone knew what to do. I was left trying to see what the other moms were doing with their older babies and trying to modify the movements to fit with my younger baby. No guidance. No nothing. Shambles. These are not lessons. Very disappointing.
Positive experience: Love using this facility mainly for swimming it can get busy in the lanes but it’s always clean and the staff are friendly. The only downside is there isn’t enough parking for the amount of people using the centre and i sometimes have to park a few roads back which is t too bad now but come winter it won’t be pleasant so just keep that in mind if using.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic swimming pool great facilities and the staff the best
Negative experience: Air conditioning is barely functional in viewing area. No parking control with cars blocking in those in designated spaces. Lots of adults crowding poolside during lessons, so children have to edge along the pool to get past to get out.
Positive experience: Lovely pool, great lifeguards, very different to the old building
Negative experience: Extremely poor swimming timetable - if you work 9-5 M-F forget about ever being able to swim. This is why I cancelled my monthly membership. Public swimming sessions only really run during working hours. At the weekends the pool is only open for kids splash sessions or lessons; same in evenings. Utterly pointless facility that clearly only caters for kids and OAPs despite working people subsidizing it via tax.
Positive experience: Cleanliness isn't what it used to be. Especially during the weekends around the pool area. The floor around the changing cubicles and inside the cubicles is just... Well nasty... Nd it all the time smells of urine. It wasn't as bad, but has gradually declined over the months. The gym isn't the biggest, andi have noticed that the PTs don't put away their equipment after their sessions leaving the gym floor a disaster. You cannot expect the customers to have food gym etiquette when the staff doesn't have any.
Positive experience: Nice clean pool. Limited lane swimming on weekends is disappointing as lots of lessons or general pool use. Slow, medium, fast lanes are really very slow, slow and fast - may want to consider 4 lanes.
Fantastic experience: My son and daughter have done swimming lessons here. Great facilities and the range of classes and equipment is excellent.
Fantastic experience: I use the gym, pool and attend classes at this leisure centre. Everything is always clean and staff are helpful/polite. Only things that could be better is more aqua fit classes, and that they gave recently cancelled the Wednesday evening class. Leaving less choice for a popular class. Also the parking situation is horrendous, better off parking on sainsburys and walking over. There will one day be a bad accident on that car park due to people parking where they shouldn't and in the middle of the road.
Positive experience: Parking spaces are a nightmare on lessons days. Refurb is great and staff are lovely and helpful but the parking really does need expanding to avoid kids being late for lessons in particular
Negative experience: Would definitely not recommend the disabled swim session on Fridays 12 till 1pm. Only given use of a quarter of the pool which was very busy. Couldn't swim without either bumping into another swimmer or another swimmer bumping into me. Not disabled session at all and disappointed with lack of facilities. Not at all an enjoyable experience
Negative experience: My son started swimming lessons at 6 months old, we did want him to start earlier but the waiting list was very high. When we got into the class I was shocked that most weeks we were on our own or there was 1 or 2 other participants. As for the class it seemed that the trainer wasn’t really interested and there was no enthusiasm. It was the exact same routine every week and it would never change. The one week I attended there was another trainer and again we were the only one there. All the staff were on training round the baby pool and I was told that after this session it would be changing as they would focus more on learning to swim. This session was actually quite good, although it was the same routine the member of staff was enthusiastic and seemed like she wanted to be there. Next week it returned to normal and there was no enthusiasm. I kept going as my son seemed to enjoy it. When we changed our shift pattern we asked if we could change days and was told no so have now left. If this review is seen it would be just to urge the staff to actually care and show enthusiasm when teaching the class. If you do not like teaching babies then it’s probably not the job for you as when you are nearly whispering the the wheels on the bus it’s poor.
Negative experience: Sat by the entrance peering through glass at my child like I'm gorping at an animal at dudley zoo, different teacher each lesson that would have to refer to the tablet to get up to speed with my childs skill level, while doing this your not teaching my child to swim, feels more like a school swimming lesson "throw 30 kids in and see who sinks and who swims" Has potential, but it's clearly focused on the money conveyer belt of how many kids can we process each half hour
Fantastic experience: Wonderful reception staff. Brilliant teachers learning the children to swim. Lovely atmosphere on every visit.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities staff are really nice it is a bit busy in there most of the time plus a load of kids taking up the equipment and doing nothing
Positive experience: Nice pool , but other facilities poor, low number of showers to accommodate numbers , all hair dryers bare 1 not working, and the car park seems to be an after thought ! People parking on double yellow lines causing issues for people who have correctly parked.
Fantastic experience: Having finished an excellent 12 sessions cardiac rehab programme at the centre gym, I decided today to join as a member to keep up my new levels of fitness. Tino at reception, could not have been more pleasant, courteous, efficient and helpful. I am really impressed with the way this centre is managed . I am looking forward to being a regular visitor. Thank you.
Negative experience: There is definitely something wrong with the way the be active swimming sessions were managed. We tried it once, arrived 20 minutes before the session on Friday at 6:30pm, there were only around 15 in front of us in the queue, we were told 43 tickets were available for the session. However, when it was our turn, we were told that all tickets have been taken. If there is such an option I definitely will give it 0 star!
Fantastic experience: We take our grandchildren to learn to swim, brilliant instructors, they take time to encourage the children from babes in arms to school children. Enrol your grandchildren this skill not only save lives but it's great fun and a great confidence boost to all users. there's also a well equipped gym for everyone.
Positive experience: Great place, both my children are having swimming lessons here can't fault the teachers, my only problem I have with the place is the absolute lack of parking no matter what time or day of the week you go,considering it was rebuilt I would have thought this would have been something they would have factored in when rebuilding.
Fantastic experience: Re joined here recently after a stint elsewhere , only downside is parking is limited as it was before
Negative experience: What puts me off is that they change their prices and only let you know 3 weeks ahead that the next payment will be higher. That's not good business in my opinion. If you dont want to stay becayse of rhat increaee you will be forced to still pay the next payment because you have give a months notice when you keave. I'm a business owner myself and that isn't a way that keeps customers happy.
Negative experience: Small gym with a lot of competition for the equipment. Expensive membership fee and atrocious parking. Unless you are there for the pool you are far better off using one of the other gyms in the area with better facilities for half the fee.
Fantastic experience: lovely experience felt comfortable and people are really friendly that's helps when it's your first time going to a gym
Negative experience: My daughter is learning to swin here. There was 8 kids in the class and the small pool was split into 3 sections. No room for the kids to learn, kept bumping into each other. If your going to split the pool lower the children in each class so that they can actually swim.
Fantastic experience: Lovely modern pool and gym. The staff are very friendly. My general health is much improved since I joined.
Fantastic experience: Quite impressed, only came here for swimming but id probably go back to use the gym ect. Everything clean, spacious and facilities all accessible
Fantastic experience: Without reason, liked it as sports facilities are always a source of bright minds and healthy souls. Pure on financial but still better.
Positive experience: My son loves his weekly splash session always professional clean and tidy
Fantastic experience: Even better now they have installed new silver showers! Nice clean pool also
Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my time here when I went swimming, The staff were very helpful x
Positive experience: Lovely Gym. Nice to book an induction program. I haven't used the pool yet but it looks lovely.
Positive experience: I went to Northfield Fitness Centre to try out the gym, as I had not been there since the whole of the site was redeveloped. On arrival I found it very difficult to find a car parking space & this was only 10am on a weekday morning. Had to wait about 10 mins before I could get a space. It's just a shame that the gym is a bit on the small side for the amount of people there
Negative experience: Wouldn't even rate it 1. Called up at 4 to see if we could go swimming no 7-8 fair enough thats what time we got told. Get there and says she can't go in unless she can swim the lanes total joke!! I already asked the lady on the phone previously and she said yes got there and said no couldnt go in.Have a disappointed 3 year old now!
Positive experience: Lovely pool, can be a little busy at times. Like sardines in a tin. But the staff are lovely. The pool, showers and changing are always clean and tidy. Small pool (training pool) is great for the little ones. Class's are great. Swwiming and groups The only massive down fall to the experience is the parking. It's so bad when your trying to get to a class as the book the times one in one out and there is never any space park...
Negative experience: Absolutely terrible gym and pool. Extremely unfriendly staff and gym equipment always broken. I paid for the use of the pool in my membership but was never able to use it as the opening times for normal adult Lane swimming are ridiculous and absolutely do not suit anybody in a 9-5 job. I would highly recommend never joining this leisure centre.
Positive experience: I have recently joined thd aqua fit which was very good. However i have been try for 3hrs to get through to cancel this weeks session. It would give someone the opportunitu to go as you have to book
Fantastic experience: First time there went for a pool party. Nice, clean venue and friendly staff. Plenty of parking space too. Will be back there again 100%.
Fantastic experience: Went today to test it out nice gym not overcrowded at between 12-3 it's small but all modern kit with a mature bunch of members its very clean not so much of a bodybuilding type gym but it's got enough to maintain and build muscle if you know what your doing the customer service was good i plan on joining here in the near future after 3, I was told the local school bunch come in and gets a bit busy I suspect this is usually the case with most gyms anyway class timetable looks good and they do yoga an added bonus
Fantastic experience: Always love to come here. The staff is friendly, specially ove the staff that works on the pool very attentive. Will come here always, staff is incredible, lovely, friendly, facilities are always clean and tidy.
Positive experience: Northfield gym is clean and tidy, good quality equipment. Staff are polite but could be a little more engaging, car park is on the small side.
Negative experience: The staff were being extremely racsicts by telling us to get out without a reason..We then left with wasting our money.Customer service isnot very good although there are still some nice staff.
Positive experience: Very friendly staff, clean place and good amount of changing rooms for the swimming pool use. They also provide different aquatic programmea with highly qualified instructors, such as Learn to Swim Programme, Aqua fitness and Artistic Swimming programmes which is under highly qualified refree and experinced coaches.
Negative experience: I was trying several times to get them to keep music in the gym at considerate levels, but they made me feel unwelcome with my request. One would expect to have a such a request met in the publicly governed place, but one may be wrong. They did not respond to my correspondence either and stayed oblivious to any suggestions presenting possible solutions. Disappointing. (unless you don't mind a bit of a brainless noise)
Positive experience: Wish deyd put blow heaters to entrance of pool or plastic like supermarkets to rear of shop, to stop the draft from back of changing rooms wissling through, boltic especially when staff leave back door open at rear of changing rooms, if solved dat wud love this pool long time, espec as ruined halesowen
Negative experience: Can't speak of anyone bar reception staff and management, but reaks of minimum wage staff who don't give two hoots about customer service. They have a script and if possible ignore you as much as possible. Feels like they get paid to sit in a seat, not to do any work, and as others have said, don't bother calling. That ringing phone shaped thing is avoided at all costs
