Positive experience: Needs a revamp but services and standard for prices and it's local

Fantastic experience: Swim School swimming lessons at sharples are amazing. Swimming instructors are brilliant with the children and you see them progress quickly.

Fantastic experience: Glowstick aerobics with Natalie was really good.

Positive experience: Took my son for swimming lessons with swim school here. He loved it and can't wait for next week.

Negative experience: An organisation that still lives in the 2000s taking bookings on a piece of paper. Our community football club have had a block booking for past couple of months and this is the 2nd occasion that we have been deprived of our rightful time slot due to incompetence from the HUB staff with 30 young children been told to wait in the car park. The receptionist was totally unhelpful and the HUB manager didn't want to sort the issue out nor was he apologetic about the situation. He tried to wash his hands of the whole issue and left the customers to deal with it amongst themselves.

Negative experience: Double booked the all weather pitch We have a block booking, yet priority granted to the other party, shockingly bad attitude and customer service from both the manager and the lad behind the desk who was more interested in watching tv. If i owned this business these 2 would be out the door in a flash.

Fantastic experience: Great clean place to work out with nice equipment and very friendly staff. I just wish there were some more free weights/room for free weights but for the size of the gym they have an impressive amount of kit.
