Negative experience: Appalling Product & Aftercare & You May Be Blamed For Faults!!! Purchased Technogym myrun. Machine failed after a year. 5+ engineer visits, multiple replaced parts made the machine worse. Months of chasing on email to get it resolved, I was eventually accused of having spilt an unidentified liquid on the machine off the back of someone in Italy reviewing photos (?!) without any evidence to support. Still unresolved as yet. Strongly advise anyone considering purchasing an item to reconsider. Avoid this company and all of its products - I certainly will be.

Fantastic experience: I took delivery of the Technogym Bench a few months ago and have been thrilled with the whole experience and results I have achieved. Never too old to start taking more care of oneself! The Harrods team have been very helpful throughout and would most definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Technogym It’s been two months since we’ve had our Technogym Run and we love it! It really is an an amazing machine. The best treadmill technology you can currently find packaged into an outstanding piece of equipment. Before this we used to have a Life fitness treadmill which we also loved and used quite regularly for over 8 years. When the time came to change, we were looking for something better. We discovered Technogym. Sam Barnes in their Bracknell showroom introduced us to this model online. We then went down to London to actually see it in the flesh. Here Shelford spent time with us and gave us an excellent demonstration. He was fun, patient and thorough. We were convinced that this would be a worthwhile investment and went ahead. The delivery process was smooth with excellent communication beforehand. The duo that came assembled the heavy treadmill on site with hardly any fuss. The aftercare too has been excellent. It has been easy to contact the company. We had a minor software query and they sent out an engineer promptly. That was reassuring. So far so good. We are happy with our purchase and our dealings with the company too.

Negative experience: Avoid avoid I have membership of better gym kentish they have all machines from techno gym when ever break down they took weeks to fix it. I will suggest you stay away from thecnogym equipment

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Bike was delivered with faulty wiring, completely inoperative. Technician installing it didn’t know how to turn the bike on to identify this. Someone else eventually came out to repair the wiring. Then the very first time it was used, a pedal fell off almost causing a serious injury. Couldn’t be reattached, currently waiting for yet another repair person to visit. And of course Technogym use third party companies to do repairs rather than handling things themselves, so who knows how long it will take. Wish we’d bought a Peloton instead!
Negative experience: I wish I could say positive things but I really wish I had never bought from Technogym. Delivery was delayed with no warning, upon arrival the product did not work and the person who came to set it up did not know how to make it work, I am still waiting for someone to come and fix it - no word ... a product I paid £2000 for I have never been able to use. After sales service non-existent. Really disappointing.
Fantastic experience: Adorei este ginásio. Esta super actualizado, é moderno, fica muitíssimo proximo da cidade e de varios pontos de interesse , o atendimento é fantástico. Tem servico excelente. Maravilhoso para quem quer passar uns dias na cidade sem abdicar de exercício. Excelente para quem vive ou trabalha próximo.

Negative experience: Dreadful customer service post-purchase - do not return emails and calls requesting service, engineers very expensive, always looking for excuses to fit very expensive new parts when the fault is only a broken wire. Equipment surprisingly unreliable given it's in a personal gym and lightly but regularly used, who knows what would happen in a pro gym
