Positive experience: Nice friendly staff. Equipment is great and always being cleaned. What would make it a 5 would be if you could make it a tad cooler. I'm sweating as soon as I walk through the door. Also, there must be a way of stopping people hogging equipment just reading social media.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We have recently made slight changes to this area, looking at improving energy efficiency. This is both to control our energy usage, but also with a look to reduce our carbon footprint. By law, we have a requirement to provide a certain amount of fresh air based on occupancy levels, and our ventilation system increases and decreases at different times throughout the day and night, making sure we meet these requirements and provide good air movement around the gyms. These levels are based on size of the gym, and occupancy levels, and are regularly monitored. All member feedback is reviewed, and brought to the attention of our Facilities team, who regularly review any changes we make to our gym facilities and all feedback is taken into account when making any future changes. Positive experience: Pros: cheap , no contract & open 24/7 Cons: teenagers hoard here in groups of 6 if you go after 5pm, hog the machines without doing any exercise

Negative experience: It's an okay gym for the price but if you want to go after work, good luck finding a single machine that isn't surrounded by a plague of teenagers who treat this place like an after school club. Some of them don't even use the equipment, they just stand around, Snapchatting and making noise.

Negative experience: I have the following to say because the reviews and the website details are confusing. If one comes in to work out and train, that's fine right? But some people wanna come in and like actually train , maybe bc of an upcoming fight etc. It says nowhere that it's not allowed to train as a boxer. What happened was that we got kicked out for wanting to train for an upcoming fight but apparently thats not acceptable? There is no rule for it yet we still got kicked just bc one person felt uncomfortable. If u feel uncomfortable, then please look away and distance yourself. We used a private room for a reason, so we are at peace and don't disturb anyone yet we still get punished for wanting to TRAIN in a SPORT AND FITNESS SPECIALISED Area, how does that make sense? We pay don't we? So what is the issue, this is just irritating and confusing, your informations on the website are misleading if people can't work out in peace . We were alone, in private, not disturbing anyone but sure GO AHEAD. Tyvm for nothing
Negative experience: Was boxing doin pads and some very light touch spar for a mate who has a fight commin up and got asked to leave does not acount for all sports i would get it if we were scraping hard but we were just nicely training
Negative experience: Appalling customer service, used to be a good gym but has gone downhill. Half of the machines are faulty and not working properly, spending half of the time looking for a cable weight hooks as they seem to go missing all the time.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Positive experience: It’s a decent gym for the price. It has the potential to be an amazing gym due to the size of it but the utilisation of the gym space isn’t great. There should be less cardio ie treadmills and more weights. What is the need for 10 treadmills when you could have a hack squat, leg curl and hyper extension

Fantastic experience: Most people complain that the gym and especially the changing room are crowded at peak times and it's not as big as say the Leamington branch. My suggestion is don't go at peak times, at some times in the day it's empty and I prefer it to the Leamington branch personally. Staff are really friendly, I can't find anything I don't like.
Positive experience: Its ok gym. Well equiped but bit cramped. Less space, no windows as well hence no chance of any natural light of some fresh air during warmer days. It has air conditioning but would have been nice to have windows. Would have been good if there were paper towels given to wipe off after use of equipments. Fresh water taps along with access to Yanga water if you are a "premium" member. Have a vending machine as well, although beware of it taking money and not dispensing the product. It took several months of chasing and following up with the customer service to get refunds. Showers cleaned, but gym and shower rooms generally used as a "social club" by teenagers especially during evening hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking onsite upto 4 hrs max stay for that day provided by maybird shopping complex.

PureGym developed industry-leading cleaning and hygiene protocols as part of our TrainSafe Commitment. Self-cleaning stations have been reduced to support our sustainability objectives by reducing our paper towel waste. You can speak to staff in the gym about the cleaning station locations! If there are any issues with a vending machine you can speak to staff in the gym, as they can provide immediate help. You can contact Member Services through a DM or by email and our dedicated team can help if the payment was processed on a card/device, and on how to get in touch with the Gym Manager. It would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager/Member Services to provide more information (such as date and time or names etc.) so this can be properly investigated. Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with great equipment and friendly staff - I go six days a week and it's brilliant. 10/10 would recommend!

Positive experience: Value for money. (For this year, will see next year) UPDATE: after the year passed the price increased, therefore not value for money anymore.
Fantastic experience: You got 4 hours free parking outside the gym
Negative experience: Small gym , basic equipment not like other pure gyms
Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment, easy to plan your visit by checking how busy it is on the app and easy parking. Changing rooms (men's) are a bit small for the number of people who are sometimes in there.
Fantastic experience: I really like this gym, 24 hours, no contract, well priced, nice quality equipment, good temperature maintained, the apps decent. Only negative for me is the changing rooms could be bigger.
Negative experience: Its the worst layout of a pure gym that i have come across. Its very dark, near zero windows, wall facing equipment, not the best signage, a walk in and out of people to get to the changing rooms Possibly the smallest changing rooms i have come across 3 Showers (which doesn't work well when 130+ members are there) Machines just seem to be of 'ok' grade and no where near advanced as even the Local Leisure centre Info is specifically about the Stratford Upon Avon as the Pure Gyms in Leamington and Bromsgrove are much better - strange! Would i recommend this one? No Would i recommend the other 2 mentioned sites? Yes. This review is not a reflection of the staff - the staff are very welcoming. Its just a shame that it appears the designer/s have failed with the layout.
Negative experience: Good price, but far too small… it’s only been open a few weeks and quite a few of the equipment is broken…
