Fantastic experience: Spacious, equipment readily available in busy periods and decent size car park. Nice and clean and good atmosphere. Recommended. Since moving from the Kingfisher, the Ringway site in Redditch is much more spacious and is on a split level giving lots of room for functional training and more equipment. Facilities are very clean and tidy, hopefully it stays that way. Good work guys.

Negative experience: nor sure if manager is deaf, but if he didn't have music so load during classes, he wouldn't have to shout. Its a gym, not night club.

Positive experience: A few niggles. The cycle studio is next to the main gym area and they have the music so loud. I wear earplugs, as I assume everyone else does. Otherwise it would just be painful and deafening (literally. It's that loud). And the showers, as always, are too hot. I get that maybe I prefer a cooler shower than others, but I have to literally cup it in my hands and splash it over me. It feels scalding to me. Just install adjustable showers. Problem solved. But you didn't come here to learn about my shower technique. Yes, plenty of equipment (too many machines to cater for those who are newbies, but hey, that's a given in any gym) and I go in the morning when it's quiet. (I mean not busy. It's still loud!)

Positive experience: Decent gym, plenty of free parking, easy to access the electronic entry with App ir Cide, clean easy navigate through and see what's available

Fantastic experience: extremely clean easy and plenty of parking lots of equipment to choose from although noticed a few items of equipment were not functioning properly like menu screens not working aside from this very impressed with layout and cleanliness

Fantastic experience: The gym itself is very good and has a wonderful community that helps each other out. There is great parking and loads of space for free weights. The gym has a decent amount of machines to choose from but in my opinion there could have been more to add. It can get a bit packed and make you feel cramped some days but not much to do about that. Overall this gym is welcoming and is incredible with some minor negatives here and there.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with so far. Inevitable it will be really busy at Peak times, but for the money puregym is always a decent place for volume of equipment and ease of use.

Negative experience: The gym has a limited number of equipment, and it’s consistently crowded, especially from 5 PM to 9 PM, resembling a zoo. People bump into each other, and unfortunately, some individuals display a lack of manners, spending excessive time on their phones with no regard for others who may have time constraints due to work. The loud music adds to the environment, and to top it off, one of the treadmills is perpetually broken – quite amusing, to say the least.”

Fantastic experience: Good place to spend a couple of hours daily, it helps me alot on my journey to get fit. Classes are my favourite, keep me motivated, help me turn up and it's where you learn good technique that you can apply on all your individual workout, very helpful especially if you are a beginner. Calum is absolutely amazing, will take the time to observe and help you maximise your effort, you can see he understands human body and got the desire to help you get better. The place is open 24 hours and it's not busy, or at least not at the times I'm going. Gets busier Mondays and Tuesdays between 5pm and 7pm, but even then you can still find something to do if you have a bit of malleability and not set on only certain equipment. There is plenty of equipment to use, staff is helpful and friendly, changing rooms and showers are really clean, there are water fountains to refill your bottle. It's a safe place to come and do your thing.

Positive experience: There is a decent amount of equipment for weights, but not alot for cardio compared to the previous gym. This gym gets extremely busy compared to other PureGyms I've been too and you usually wait alot to use equipment. Parking can also be difficult at peak times too. This gym is worth it for the price, but I wouldn't bother upgrading to use the 'Sports Water' dispenser. 9 times out of 10 the flavours are empty and the machine doesn't tell you beforehand. You have to wait another 20 minutes before using it again to find that the other flavours are empty too, so you're still left with unflavoured water. I don't have this problem at other PureGyms and there isn't always a staff member around to fix it.

Negative experience: Not enough parking as others have said, not enough cardio equipment at peak times and all classes massively over subscribed. Gym isn’t big enough compared to the previous one and premises not fit for purpose sadly

Fantastic experience: It a excellent gym with friendly staff grate machines and plenty of space for you to move about the new area is better than when it was in the town centre I will definitely keep going.

Negative experience: Not enough parking. Location less convenient. Not enough equipment. Equipment is laid out in a nonsensical way. Equipment is unsafe as not bolted to floor. To busy. Music to loud. Prices raised again.

Fantastic experience: Good clean quality gym machines on 2 floors unfortunately feels much much smaller than what it used to be in the kingfisher centre, gym equipment and machines appear to be placed randomly.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Redditch

Negative experience: Went today, yes Xmas day and is closed. They could have updated their hours on their Web page and app like some other puregyms in London and Birmingham. Just requires a bit of effort to save their customers from wasting their time over the holiday period. Looks like reopens tomorrow from 8am. Could not read holiday opening hours clearly as was displayed inside by the access gates. Could have on main entrance outside of building. Just a little bit of common sense by staff is needed so puregym customers can plan ahead and not have their time wasted.

Fantastic experience: The shower area not clean empty shampoo body wash bottles every were

Positive experience: Positives: - Loads more space - More cables - More free weights - 2 Pec fly machines now instead of 1 Negatives: - Treadmills are facing the wall so you'll want your phone to watch something unless you enjoy looking at a wall - Parking is an issue (I don't have a car, but its full at peak times [5-8pm]) - Not wheelchair friendly (Only disabled toilet is upstairs, yes they have a lift but come on) - Removed the workout Frame that the old gym had

Fantastic experience: Really pleased with this gym!! Reasonable price, great equipment, great classes, friendly staff. Extremely happy with Tyler my PT - highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: A lot more space than the old gaff. Easier to access than in the kingfisher. No getting locked in or out no faffing with the carpark. Definitely a more inspiring and comfortable place to work out. Shame they didn't buy all new equipment, I just hope they can maintain cleanliness and functionality.

Positive experience: Great place, cheap membership hence to many teenager groups coming and occupying equipment.

Negative experience: Poor layout, too busy, seems puregym are just accepting people's money without giving capacity any consideration, parking is shocking at peak times. Great if you don't have a job or work unsociable hours. Much preferred the old gym at kingfisher, will be transferring membership to bromsgrove next month.

Positive experience: Loads off parking space, great for a van driver like me. Only criticism is how small the changing room is.

Positive experience: New layout crowded showers have need dirty I've stopped using them. Toilets have been messy had to change cubical last minute

Negative experience: Real poor gym lay out, makes the places feel cramped and dangerous when going at peak times, like you will have to dodge and dive between people and machines. Also the places needs to do an age check, way too many people not old enough to be here.

Positive experience: Good gym, plenty of equipment and choice of activities/ classes. Friendly and helpful staff. Feels like a safe environment to work at your own pace and achieve your goals. This is my first gym experience since 2005 so I'm definitely in the beginner's zone, but enjoying it so far. Parking available immediately outside.

Negative experience: The new building is nice but there is not enough parking, parking was much better when the gym was located within the kingfisher. Too many people in there, I am not exaggerating when I was there was a not a single piece of weight equipment left or space to use the free weights. Unless you can come in during regular working hours don't bother coming here.

Negative experience: Okay if you are into weights but cardio is terrible all 10/15 treadmills just face the wall and same with the 2 or 3 rowing machines. At least in the town centre gym the treadmills and looking into the gym space so you can see the activity’s and they use to have tvs on the walls. This new one is quite small and crammed in a lot but at the same time it just feels all to do with weights… very disappointing

Positive experience: Great kits available. Spacious. But, shower facilities are limited for the size of gym. For some reason there are same number of changing room as shower cubicles. No hand sanitizer available.

Positive experience: Gym is fine, if you can get a car parking space to actually come in a use it. Car park is no where near big enough for the amount of members.

Fantastic experience: The place is great it's big and separates weights and cardio allowing to create two different environments allowing you to focus. The gym also doesn't smell like the old one due to the air conditioning and everyone is very nice

Negative experience: Equipmet is ok but not enough space to use it safely free waight area .. incline bench to close to long dumbel rack not safe .. I is more for fitness than havy lifts

Negative experience: To much equipment in small area .. can lift incline bench while somebody is takeing lond dumbels. Guy was hit by barbel of guy doing

Positive experience: Only gripe, needs more benches in changing rooms, other than that it's great
