Fantastic experience: Great place for a kiddies party. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Pool was ace, and plenty of life guards.

Positive experience: The aquatic facility offers enjoyable amenities such as a flume and wave machine; however, the changing rooms are overcrowded and inadequately sized, resulting in significant accessibility challenges.

Positive experience: Great little pool. Better for younger kids, slide is good and waves are great fun. Not a big place, £1 for lockers, parking over road. You can get into town after for and drink and food. Lovely place

Positive experience: This place is the best swimming pool I’ve been too! I go to the lessons (I’m in stage 4 but I did join late) and most of the staff are great. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because my friend moved times because the 5:30 teacher in stage 3 grabbed him and she was rude to him. At that time I was in stage 3 so I know. But other than that, I love it!

Negative experience: last time I was there!!!! never again, we had to wait 1 hour to get in, and on top of that after 15 minutes they told us to get out of the water with the child, nobody said a word, I wanted to talk to the manager, he wasn't there! the pool staff were very unfriendly. no organization, less than zero!

Negative experience: The water is too cold. Went with my family of 4 and had to come out immediatelly with my 18 month old because he was shivering as soon as we went in. We also paid £27 for 1hour and 45 minutes, so I think is very pricey for a cold water pool. The changing rooms are dirty, and there was a lot of hair in the pool. The place has potential to be lovely as it has a very nice slide. Why is it so hard for pools in England to be clean?

Fantastic experience: What a great way to spend 1hr 15 minutes. The changing village is great, there are stalls to change in and lockers to put your things, it cost £1 but you get that back after. It is clean and tidy, the pool is great for children and adults. There are plenty of lifeguards dotted around, and they put the wave machine on 4 times during our visit. The big side is great if your child is under 1 meter you can go down with them, over this and they can go on their own, it is totally safe with a lifeguard at the end at all times. They have a separate small section for smaller children. The main pool has lots of floats in for children to climb on or splash around on. £14.50 for 1 adult and 1 child, descent price. They also do family tickets too. Give the kids a treat and take them here if you are in the area.

Negative experience: Had a terrifying experience at malvern splash. luckily a member of the public who was swimming avoided a drowning. the 'life guards' and I use that term loosely hadn't got a clue someone was in difficulty even though he was right under the nose of a 'life guard ' I witnessed it and was screaming at the top of my voice ' which is loud' to the life guard beside me to blow his whistle for the nearest one to jump in and save the boy and even that fell on deaf ears they all need a wake up call. if

Fantastic experience: Very nice place to spend a day out with your kids, changing rooms and showers very clean. Plenty of lockers and changing rooms. My 7 years old loved the slide which is quite safe for young kids. Wave pool is such a good attraction. Definitely would recommend this place and will come back very soon xx

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Saturday afternoon visit with our 3 and 5 year old nephews at the Splash centre. The pool was wonderful, with the big slides, lots of floats and splash sprays to play with but most exciting for the kids was the wave machine every half hour which they loved. The staff were also very nice, bringing lots of extra stock out when we couldn't find armbands and the changing facilities were very clean.

Positive experience: Staff are very friendly. The gym would benefit from purchasing another cable machine as one is not enough with the number of members. The gym can also feel like a bit of an after school club.

Negative experience: My wife bashed her head on the flume so hard that it bled. There is an orange lip at the end that you will hit if you sit up before coming to a stop. Disappointing that the renovation a few years ago didn’t install a slide that met a basic level of safety and that management have failed to make it safe in the time since.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely Family Leisure Centre Our Second Visit Here and we love it , Reception staff have always been very help and welcoming we was 10mins late to our session the lady at reception moved our booking time so we didn’t lose out on any swimming time which was very much appreciated 10/10 Great Facilities, Great For Families

Fantastic experience: What a lovely place to go swimming. Staff helpfull, lovely clean changing rooms. We have autistic grandchildren age 4 ,they loved every minute . Floats available ,waves on twice , lots water features...such fun. Small cafe serving Costa drinks . Fresh swiches and snacks. Littery by the malvern park Such a lovely day

Negative experience: The centre itself is lovely, BUT if you want to try and get through to reception (especially on a Wed) - good luck they rarely answer (and I have tried different times in the day).

Fantastic experience: My very first visit today to the Malvern Splash with my 6 year old son. We both had a fantastic experience. The staff at reception were very welcoming and professional for a busy Saturday (27th April) afternoon, as were the lifeguards on duty around the pool. The changing rooms and toilets were clean. My son especially enjoyed the wave machine. The only small, small criticism is that the locker keys need new wristbands, or something similar, to avoid being lost. I would definitely recommend....a great place to visit with the family. We are looking forward to coming again very soon!

Positive experience: Gym is alright, price is quite high for membership, but it is average for the area, if not lower. Cannot comment on water activities, since not used. Vending machines, showers and changing rooms are all available. Good parking as well.

Fantastic experience: Really good swimming pool with slide, water dumps and wave machine coffee shop for viewing lived ones swimming, staff are friendly and extremely helpful, everything is clean and tidy.

Negative experience: Terrible experience today!! Took my son, as I do regularly as he's always loved going down the water slide. However today, once we'd qued to get on the slide, we got told he was 'no longer allowed as the height restrictions had changed'. Not once was this mentioned when I booked and no signs mentioning this. My son was absolutely heartbroken! I then had to carry him kicking and screaming down a very busy, slippery staircase full of people waiting!! This was a massive health and safety risk alone! It was all handled very unprofessionally! Which is a massive shame because my son had always loved going. I suggest for the future you put a sign up or even a height chart at the bottom of that staircase, as well as in the main reception to avoid disappointment. As we weren't the only ones this happend too.

Positive experience: Book early to avoid disappointment. Took our >2 year old and had to leave early because it was so cold! Otherwise, changing rooms were clean and there was lots for the little one. He loved it.

Positive experience: Lovely place for kids but the hygiene in the changing rooms was disgusting, there was not one person who I seen wiping the floors over, the amount of hair and dirt was unbelievable, and I had a session at 10.45 so at that time should not of been this bad.

Positive experience: Remembered coming here when I was younger and loving it, so thought I’d bring my 3 year old boy down last weekend. First thing we noted was the water was quite cold, especially for the younger kids. My boys teeth were chattering pretty much the entire time we were here, despite keeping him moving around. Me and my partner both also noted the water was VERY salty which you wouldn’t expect in a public pool unless the water levels were not quite right. Both me and my partner have since been struggling with very itchy blistering skin etc so I think the water chemical levels may need looking at. Never had a reaction to other swimming pool water, and we swim regularly at various different places. Also never experienced such salty water before with any other public pool we have visited. Water chemicals and cold water aside, it was otherwise a lovely visit. My son thoroughly enjoyed the big slide and we were happy he could ride on our lap despite his age. He also loved the water play as well, and loved the floats. He also loved jumping over the waves in the shallow end. If the water chemical levels and the very cold water were addressed then I’d definitely rate much higher, these just unfortunately have affected our visit.

Negative experience: Read the negative reviews and believe them. Poorly trained staff with little interest in customer care; filthy changing rooms and very cold pool water. We were visitors to area and looked forward to family splash session. We lasted 35mins before we left. Complaint made.

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed with the services after not even half of first lesson for both of my boys. Staff manager Christian very unprofessional , not good in customer services and privacy and confidentiality. Discrimination of disable and staff not trained to deal with special needs. No company policy or risk assessment for special needs classes.

Positive experience: Good number of changing rooms. The Baby changings have their own bins, bit cramped with the changing table down. Pool is too cold for the duration without thick swim suits for toddlers/babies. We had to get out when my childs lips started to go blue 45 mins into a 75min session. Well maintained and sufficient life guards for a pool that size. Shallow end toys and waterways are fun and different than ive seen before at other pools. Would recommend.

Positive experience: Changing rooms are ok - we've always been able to grab a cubicle, however, the showers are appalling, they either need new shower heads or pressure change - there are also about 6 or 7 showers, which, after a session, if you think one family of 3 or 4 want to use them, that's half of the showers taken and there are multiple families per session. As the showers don't operate great, more time is spent using them so people are left waiting. Although the pool is large enough, the slide is fun and the toddler play area type thing is enjoyed by our little one, the water could do with being at least a few degrees warmer - it's unpleasant to get into and you need to swim to stay warm, which isn't always an option when you're stood playing with a toddler or sat in the shallows so they can play. Please consider changing/updating the showers and increasing the pool water temperature.

Positive experience: I was impressed by the attention of the poolside staff today. Front desk staff member was friendly, welcoming and made time to support kids in giving them confidence in asking and paying for their post swim treats. It was far cleaner and tidier than our last visit a year or so ago. Pool showers and shower heads need attention, as do the locker keys (missing an/or broken band's).

Positive experience: Booked online went straight in plenty of cubicles. Water was warm enough once splashing about. The showers wasn't very good pressure wise so if your wanting to wash your hair afterwards I would think twice and maybe clip hair up till you get home again. Wave machine was pretty awesome. This is defo geared more towards younger children the toder splash part is absolutely lovely! Highly recommended for families with younger children.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our visit to Malvern Splash. I was a little hesitant after reading some reviews, but the changing area was absolutely fine. The sessions are timed and as long as you use the full window of change over time you'll have no issues. My 2 loved the slide, waves and floats and are desperate about coming back again.

Positive experience: My children really enjoyed the big slide, the floats and the waves. Couldn't have a proper shower afterwards and the changing rooms weren't all very clean. All in all a good experience.

Negative experience: What a disgusting place that was. Would never come back, basement of bacteria,viruses,urine in the water,well overcrowded,staff are teenagers with no knowledge about anything, changing rooms dirty and feeling like you are in a war of zombie kids and grownups looking like just out of the walle movie. Dirty disgusting disappointing place to be in.

Positive experience: I'm coming for a few good years now. But today, i was a bit disappointed as the slots shrunk to 1h15min, and it was quite cold inside. It is now very comparable with waterworld on prices. But there is a big difference on what they offer.

Fantastic experience: Moved to worcester recently and found Malvern Splash whilst visiting Priory Park which is a short walk away. Visited a few times now with my 7 year old daughter and we have a great time. Water chute & wave machine are fun, staff are very helpful and friendly and changing rooms clean and tidy. Well worth a visit especially if you have children and you can enjoy the park after.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the splash for a while it was never my favorite for a swim ....but today I was pleasantly surprised the changing rooms are no longer cramped and stiflingly warm and the pool was not like a hot bath! Good swim!

Fantastic experience: Facility was good, but the attentive swim coach and assortment of toys was what made it a great visit. Free coffee too!

Negative experience: Overall I was disappointed!! Staff at the front desk didn't want to be there and couldn't really be bothered to serve you either...I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR A PARTY ..... PARTY ROOM WAS DIRTY, Previous users dirty coffee mug in the sink and the sink was filthy too! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER POOR SHOW !

Negative experience: Overcrowded, either poorly managed staff or understaffed. Changing rooms were filthy - even a dirty nappy left outside a cubicle. When I wrote to complain, no response. Wave machine very weak and slide was closed for almost half the session.

Negative experience: Enjoyed a splash yesterday (sort of) pool was below comfortable temperature, only put the wave machine on once in the hour we were permitted, very busy & felt overcrowded for nearly £22 for 3 people I would not recommend this pool!

Positive experience: It was a nice place to take the kids for a bit of fun The only downside was the online booking was not the most straightforward and trying to find swimming timetables wasn't easy. Things may have changed since our visit

Negative experience: i was going to bring my 2 kids here but it says the session is for 1 hour and 20 minutes for nearly £20,why cant it be like before where you can go as long as you want and why is it so expensive. dont think we will be going again unless they make the sessions longer,shame really as my kids use to loved going there

Fantastic experience: We have visited a few times for the Family session with the waves. Our children thoroughly enjoy it all. Clean and tidy, except there was 3 showers out of order which created a large timely queue at the end of todays session. Slide is suitable for over 2’s. Lots of lifeguards & plenty of floaties for children to use. We visit regularly. The car park just over the road is £1 for 2 hours which is ideal.

Positive experience: A bit small, you get an hour and about 15 minutes and the wave machine only went twice. Cramped changing area.

Negative experience: I would give five stars if the life gaurd helped me if when I was drowning, I had too save myself.

Positive experience: Would have given 5 stars but cleanliness in the changing rooms and mass entry/ exit times made it tricky to get a changing room big enough for me and my daughter. Plus not enough showers. Pool was colder than expected too, that said, it was good fun, the flume slide was quite fast and my two children (6 & 8) loved experiencing their first flume ride. Wave machine was also fun although only put on twice in the 80 minute swim session.

Fantastic experience: Had a blast with my 5 year old. Lockers need a pound and the car park over the road wasn't working for credit cards so also needed cash.

Positive experience: Friendly, efficient staff. A bit crowded such that it restricted our enjoyment a bit because it was hard not to bump into people.

Fantastic experience: Loved it all of us did, including big kids. Good family swimming pool, big log flume was fun, the waves where so cool, had a little slide and some water stuff for little ones to do. The only thing I would say is not enough changing rooms for everyone when you get out. I was lucky as me and my daughter got out 15mins before the time. The rest of the group stayed and struggles to find somewhere to get changed. I do recommend going the staff are helpful and friendly to.

Fantastic experience: It was great as I was able to go to this swimming pool without booking or having a membership - cost was £5.80 as of 6th August 2022 for an adult swim - reception desk is open with a receptionist and they let you in - changing rooms are of a reasonable size and plenty of lockers and changing rooms and looks new - 4 lanes for the lane swimming in the morning - fast, medium and slow and a general lane - good lane discipline, and a very enjoyable visit - there is a car park opposite (Priory Road car park - with a charge but some off street parking is available)

Positive experience: Great fun for kids in the waves session. The one big tube slide is good fun but generally more suited to under 10's. Some good things for toddlers/little ones to play with too. The only down side is that it can get very busy - especially at weekends.

Negative experience: We tried twice over 2 days calling to ask if the flume was in use. No answer. After a 45 minute drive we arrived on a Thursday midday, to find out no flume in use. 2 very upset children. The staff at reception weren’t very understanding of our situation, we spent 10 minutes in the pool. Full of babies and very small with the swimming lanes in use. Really disappointing as the flume doesn’t affect the use of the pool area. Not very clean in the changing areas. For the few minutes our children went in the pool for, they found it too cold, also the changing areas.

Fantastic experience: Really great little wave pool, with a splash area, small kids pool and lovely little flume ride. The changing rooms were actually of a reasonable size, clean (which always seems to be rare in public pools!) and functional (with lots of large lockers). The staff were friendly and helpful and brilliant with kids. Very impressed overall for a small town pool.

Negative experience: Tried phoning before attending, rang for ages but no answer. Website didn't state that any swim sessions were fully booked so drove there (45 mins), paid car parking, to be told they were fully booked. So a couple of weeks later, decided to go again, this time making sure I booked in advance, the pool was freezing, my little one was shivering the whole time and lips were going blue, so we got out early. This was specifically an under 5s session too, the water was too cold for me let alone babies. Will not be returning.

Negative experience: We visited Malvern splash today for the first time. Lovely place but the pool was too cold for both me and partner, my two children were really cold. The first thing my son said was its too cold, they were both blue and freezing so we left early in the end. Such a shame as they probably would of enjoyed it alot more if it was warmer.

Negative experience: A fun pool with a slide, wave machine, floats provided and plenty to do in your allocated slot. Paid parking is opposite. Be aware that in 2022 they're still asking for £1 deposits for the lockers, which I didn't have and was a massive faff to organise. Unfortunately staff were very rude. Telling me I'd overpaid online then refusing to give me a refund despite them pointing it out (!) and said I should pay less next time instead (I live 100 miles away, why would I do that!) and were then awkward about trying to find me a £1 coin to use. Tried very hard to ruin my visit.

Negative experience: Changing rooms stank of wee and clearly hadn't been cleaned for while. Once in the pool an interaction with a lifeguard caused my daughter to cry which isn't really what you want. She was a cm too tall to ride the slide by herself despite being a very nervous swimmer. Ruined a good day. Not sure we'll be going back.

Fantastic experience: Took 3 children aged 10, 8 and 4 to waves session, they loved it, plenty for the little one to play with, slide and floats loved by the older ones. Everyone loved the waves, it was crowded, but plenty of lifeguards to ensure safety

Positive experience: Great pool for sub 10 year olds. Wave machine and sedate flume they can ride themselves. Interactive splash area and smaller pool. Quite cold air and water compared to some. Toilets were out of order which meant everyone queued for disabled toilet. Also not enough showers and only a tiny number of family sized cubicles which means it's a bit chaotic at start and end of timed sessions. Easy parking across road for reasonable £2 for 4 hrs. £1 for 2hrs. Card payment available.
