Fantastic experience: Great little gym friendly staff and people and wide range of equipment

Negative experience: After today’s experience, this cannot be called a fitness centre. From walking in all I can smell is chemical's from the maintenance team, I understand the equipment needs maintaining but I wouldn’t expect it when the gym is full of people working out.Then less than 10 mins into my workout on of the maintenance team think it’s a good idea to start spray WD40 or something like all over the machine me and another were using. It this point I’ve took a full lung of unknown chemical and had to leave the gym. Absolutely disgusting for a so called place of fitness.

Positive experience: Great gym , friendly atmosphere, very neat and good equipment. I do suggest a larger variety on attachments to use in the lat pulldow.

Negative experience: DON'T BELIEVE THEM! This company traps it’s members in 2 year contracts when you signed up for 12 months so beware! I talked to them about closing my contract a few months ago, but they renewed it without saying anything.But when I spoke to them they said (an email was sent to you before we renewed it) sorry but I didn't receive anything. And now they send me to DS Collection that I have to pay £88,77 Now what I want to tell you is that I will start with with legal action.... Don't reply to this message to say sorry like you do to everyone because this is an excuse.

Negative experience: Very bad contracts , becouse of a medical issue i not been able anymore to use the gym. I asked with evidence to cancel my contract and they hardly answer to mails after 5,6 days , even not being able to use the gym I had to pay one month notice .. would never recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible service manger is very HOSTILE and rude to customers and staff I would not recommend unless u like being treated like a animal

Negative experience: Very good at first but as stated in other reviews subscriptions are not correctly done. They have been charging me the old rate for over a year and then decide to not tell me about the new pay rate? Very negative when trying to cancel membership would not recommend at all. Also not very well maintained due to broken lights and dirty showers.

Fantastic experience: This is not just a gym….it’s a community built around the gym and everyone is there for each other as well as their own journey. Amazing staff and such a friendly environment to train in with an amazing selection of equipment

Negative experience: As others have mentioned, Subscriptions very confusing. They sent me over to debt collectors, I set my direct debits back and then suddenly they kept stealing from my bank! You can't make mistakes like that! Horrible staff, all about money and numbers! That's not how you run a business and treat customers, very friendly when you sign up then no friendliness at all. UPDATE: YOU WERE ALREADY AWARE AND WE STARTED THE SAME CONVERSATION ALL AGAIN. GREAT STAFF UNTIL SOMETHING GOES WRONG TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU.

Negative experience: This company traps it’s members in 2 year contracts when you signed up for 12 so beware! They refer to T&Cs which i was never shown and i highly doubt any of their members would have read and this is how they get you. No warning it was coming to an end or any indication it would be automatically rolling over and then absolutely no way to get out of it! An awful and stressful position to be put in by an unthoughtful and conniving business.

Positive experience: Very good gym, feel like they’re lacking in benches for the amount of people at certain times, wish they had a few more machines such as preacher curl and incline chest press other than that it is brilliant. Would love a bigger section for the bodybuilding side of things.

Fantastic experience: Good sized gym, up to date 5 star facilities. 24 hour makes it a dream for my schedule. An accompanying app making it easy to organise and log your workouts. Classes available very frequently. Top class gym

Fantastic experience: Great local gym, better than chains in the area. Has has all the latest equipment. Got everything you need to keep fit. Staff actually pay attention to you which is rare at other places.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Diversity Fitness! I have found the gym to be a great place to build my confidence in restarting my fitness journey. All the staff are friendly & knowledgeable. The gym is well maintained and has a friendly atmosphere and has a good range of classes. I have also taken advantage of using the golf simulator to develop my golf swing. I want to thank Danny for all his support to help my on this journey. Dannys knowledge and commitment has help me kick start strength and fitness. He has also help me focus on my nutrition and develop healthier eating habits to support my training. Keep up the good work team Diversity.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Diversity for nearly a year. I cannot recommend this gym enough. The members, instructors and equipment a fantastic gym to work out. Nothing is too much for them. Take advantage of the Inbody, personal training, classes and the charity events. Love my Diversity gym family. ️‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Brilliant all round gym, access 24 hours, PT’s have all the time in the world for you, gave me the push I needed to get back into the gym, have all sorts of classes on to fit the needs of everyone, from yoga and Pilates to some HiiT strength and conditioning, also has a golf and football simulator! 5 stars from me. Thanks again guys for giving me the kick I needed.

Fantastic experience: I started here in April/May and can say that it has been a great experience. From day one, all of the staff have been very welcoming, professional and friendly. I have been to various local gyms over the years but never really stuck at it, mainly due to not being shown how to use equipment correctly and not being shown correct form. The staff at Diversity have helped and shown me over the last few months how to use the equipment correctly and shown me correct techniques/form. I’ve never enjoyed going to the gym as much. I can honestly say that my experience at Diversity has made me fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been. I’ve had a few PT session over the last few months to help me achieve certain goals. I’ve lost a lot of body fat, my BMI is lower, my muscle mass has increased, my cardio fitness has improved dramatically and my strength has gone through the roof. My overall appearance is leaner too. Which in turn has made me more confident in myself. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this without the personal training, nutritional guidance and advice from the staff at Diversity. To top this off there is a great community too which makes you feel comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more from a local gym. Keep up the great work guys!

Negative experience: Overpriced. Wasn’t offered an induction so inexperienced users could hurt themselves on machines they don’t know how to use properly. Unprofessional staff didn’t explain subscription properly just say what you want to hear to get you to sign up then send emails demanding more money. Shame because the gym has potential but the local competition is a league ahead in terms of friendliness, professionalism, variety of equipment, membership price ect…

Fantastic experience: An amazing place the equipment is out of this world... lots of tech virtual coaches on cardio equipment and a virtual / class spin studio with amazing lights to create an exceptional experience to set the mood. A must to see it looks small from outside but massive when you get inside
