Halo Ledbury Leisure Centre

Negative experience: I booked a Spa session at Ledbury. When I arrived only the sauna was working, The steam room was out of order. I was not told this when I booked or when I booked in. I left after 20 mins or so and mentioned this to a female lifeguard who was working at reception. I asked if I could have a credit for another session. Her reply was, "Well, you had the sauna, and that costs a lot of money to run! So I said that I would contact Head Office. She added and remind them that we are still waiting for a part for the steam room. I definitely think customer service is required here. I contacted Ledbury the next day and spoke to a helpful member of staff who put a free session on my mbership details.

Negative experience: Tried calling many times either nobody answers or the phone disconnects

Fantastic experience: facilities are good and staff are always polite and helpful.

Positive experience: The place is a state High School and is never very clean, especially the toilets and changing rooms. The badminton courts are okay but again the hall usually needs to be swept.
