Woodcock Park Outdoor Gym

Positive experience: This well-maintained outdoor gym is very popular with local residents. It has twelve pieces of equipment: Surfer, Double Sit-up Bench, Horseback Rider, Space Walker, Triax Pole, 2*Chest Press/ Pull-Down Exerciser Combinations, Rower, Cycle Bike, Step Box Body Twister, Skier, Step Box Multi-gym and Double Leg Press, which all work with a free app from the Fitness Legacy Range which shows you how to use them safely. They're for 14+. The only thing it's missing is a water station (and toilets). There are no charges or bookings required.
