Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: Glorified paddling pool. Not at all suitable to train in. In about 10 attampts I have never been able to swim uninterrupted lengths. Today was the last straw as staff pulled lane ropes across me as I swam. Go to Tryst in Cumbernauld. Far more geared to training and always at least 1 dedicated swimming lane, but usually 3.

Negative experience: Really small pool with shallow water... It is included in my Airdrie Leisure Center membership, otherwise I would never visit. The opening hours are a joke.

Positive experience: Great pool, sometimes it needs a little tidy up and it stinks sometimes, but other than that, it's pretty decent

Positive experience: Only complaint I have is the amount of swimming classes that are on...you can never swim the full length of the pool

Fantastic experience: We go first thing in the morning 8 O'clock All I can say is the staff are welcoming and helpful when we are there Also the people that do go swimming are all very friendly it's a nice relaxing environment

Negative experience: For reasons unknown to me, this North Lanarkshire pool has very restricted opening hours.

Negative experience: Very poor pool, older members very inconsiderate and staff atrocious. Not recommended. The worst swimming experience of my life.

Negative experience: A very basic pool! they do lessons for kids which are reasonably priced but my boy moved from another swim place to here and 8 mnths later went bk to the other place and had not progressed at all!!! I am not at all happy about that as id rather have payed more and him learn! the space they have to swim in is about 5ft by 7 ft with 6 kids in just isnt big enough ! my 12 yr old the water came upto her waist and just couldnt swim in it at all , pointless!

Positive experience: They need to update their timetable.on the app as the pool times are quite limited due to classes etc. Also, attendants please stop slow tandem swimmers taking up 2 lanes when the pool is busy. It's so frustrating.

Negative experience: Shuts at half one on Saturday and Sunday. Nothing else to be said really.

Positive experience: A basic pool, good for learning to swim. Not heated and often a draft making it seem cooler. Deep end has adjustable floor height and wall to block off for lessons. Decent sized changing cubicles and toilets. Shower area is open plan and right next to pool. Seating area if your have kids in for lessons where there are comfortable leather single seats. On the wall there is lots of information about the swimming club. 3 stars as it is a basic pool with no other facilities like flumes or water play areas. Given the size of the building this is no surprise. Staff are welcoming helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Called ahead to see if pool was open, told yes but only till 2. So i arrived at 1315 hoping for at least 45mins in pool with my 11mnth old baby. By the time we were changed and in the water it was 1325 still 35mins i thought not to bad. At 1330 we were asked to leave the pool as centre was closing.. staff had zero clue blaming each other for the breakdown in communication. I did receive a refund but was still a waste of time going when the correct info could have been given over the phone.

Fantastic experience: The only problem have with this pool is a gentleman who i presume is a manager very condisending looking down his nose at me as if im some sort of scum bag so for that reason i will be taking my custom elsewhere .

Positive experience: small but enjoyable gym and health suite. Only issue is having to get dried before heading up to use pool.

Positive experience: Does what it says on the tin: a swimming pool and small gym. Opening hours are problematic: 8-12 pm & 4-8 pm. Just don't expect a warm, cheery welcome on reception ... you'll have a long wait! Lol.

Positive experience: Good central location. Not much on site parking but plenty close by. Stopped going as convenient times for me often coincided with children swimming lessons. Mostly found anywhere from half to 3/4 of the pool would be blocked off for lessons so no much swimming could be done

Negative experience: A change of hours by the council now means no access after 6pm for the public during the week. If you work during the day then the only time you will get to use the public pool is at the weekend.

Positive experience: Good pool with no frills, (slides etc..) went with my 2 year old granddaughter but forgot her safety ring asked if I could borrow a noodle or a ring and was informed they are only for the swimming lessons. Health & safety gone mad.

Negative experience: Total joke phoned the swimming at three to be told it was on . walked all the way down with the kids n the woman at the desk told us it was swimming lessons n because there wasn't enough life gaurds they culdnt get in and when. I spoke to the woman that the desk she looked at me as if I was stupid gona cpmplaine bout this its a joke
