Fantastic experience: I had a great first time experience of visiting the Quad Club. I do recommend this place and definitely coming back for a membership. Everything nice and clean,all facilities are well maintained and equipped, fantastic atmosphere to unwind and having relaxing sessions in jacuzzi and sauna or staying more active in the jym or swimming pool. The girls are at the reception are so lovely and friendly. My favourite one is Dieli. She is the best!!! Kind, polite, professional and always helpful! I'm looking forward to coming there again and enjoy my time.
Negative experience: Recently went true UNREFURBISHMENT. As a long-time member writing about recent gym refurbishment to give constructive feedback as it is made worse and only the new ceiling and new paint are the positives. Pool: Window tinting has been removed so all the people passing by can see you sitting in the jacuzzi or swimming, and there is no more feeling of privacy. The lighting changed to unesserally bright light bulbs shining in your eyes. No more drinking water fountains. A duty of care is to supply this for people in the gym or steam room. Steam room: It is not as it used to be, and its broken steam turns on every 10-15 minutes for a few minutes. By the end of the cycle is almost to sit in there. Shower: Water is unstable and jumps suddenly from cold to hot, and it is dangerous. It operates by timed pushed button, and it is pretty inconvenient. The shower head spreads water everywhere around you but not where needed. No more Chairs to sit or put your towel

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Quad Club gym and I must say, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff, particularly Didi, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my time there. Didi's guidance and positive attitude truly made my visit enjoyable and motivating. The facility itself was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with top-notch exercise equipment. I felt comfortable and supported during my workout, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere was welcoming and conducive to a great fitness experience. I would highly recommend the Quad Club gym to anyone looking for a positive and effective workout environment. Thank you to Didi and the rest of the staff for their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning!
Negative experience: This is not a spa, merely swimming facilties in a business hotel. Saunas were gendered, there were no relaxing chairs, kids swimming lessons pretty much our entire time we were able to use the pool and a tiny jacuzzi. Our massage was also cancelled 10 mins before we were due to have it. Avoid.
Fantastic experience: Perfect location for me and happy with the services they provide.
Fantastic experience: This place is perfect for me it is a good value for the price and I truly adore the girls at the reception. They always lovely and helpful. My favourite is the brunette with the glasses and the blond Italian one. I love that there is a restricted time for children so I can enjoy some peace and quite in a 4 hour window, that is what made me apply for the membership in a first place. I love that the gym has now a lot of machines for ladies as well not just for the upper body. I hope in the future there will be some stretching or pilates classes.
Negative experience: Do not be fooled by the pictures, this place is very dated. Changing rooms are narrow and there are only 3 showers. The sauna is as not working properly. Missing ceiling tiles above the swimming pool.
Fantastic experience: Travelled from Norfolk with a customer. Once dropped I had 4 hours to waste. Irina was outstanding and accomadated my every need. I will most certainly come back when I chauffeur my customers down to excel. Thankyou irina good job
Fantastic experience: Great place to relax
Negative experience: Just wanted to share my "outstanding" club customer service experience. Been a loyal customer for few years until one incident that we had with a new night manager with a zero management skills also abusing my personal belongings as from his words he has opened a checked what was in my bottle. Long story short, things happens, he has totally overthought of his responsibilities and my rights. Tried to sort out things with clubs manager Laura, who said she would come back to me with an outcome, however fully ignored me for 3 weeks, also my emails until I called and she said she didn't call me because the outcome wasn't ready yet, however was ready to give me answer straight when I called, so on the day asked to send it in writing, she said she would have to ask a line manager for that as she is not authorised to do it and....since then I'm still waiting for over 4 months already. Looks like from top to bottom it is a usual management practice to ignore and abuse loyal customers.

Negative experience: Sauna room has a great big gap at the bottom of the door, with a lot of draught coming through. It really defeats the objective; a breezy sauna room! At least turn up the temperature and make it a little bit hotter in there! #CommonSenseEqualsSuperPower!!!
Fantastic experience: New amazing management! Really turned the whole gym around. The staff are 11/10! I’ve been to so many gyms over the years and this one is my favourite. It’s a great place for a day out with friends from fitness to relaxation. Laura and her team are AMAZING! They go above and beyond and the latest edition of new gym equipment is EPIC! There’s now a punching bag!! They have an brill pool, saunas, steam room. The team here really work hard and it shows beyond belief.

Negative experience: It would be a much better Gym if most of the time I want to use it, it didn't have toddler swimming classes. So I'm not using it anywhere near as much as I should so cancelling. I'm a local resident. . And NO, the facilities are not generally well maintained and clean, it's under staffed.

Fantastic experience: Been a member of The Quad Club for a while now and must say Club has very nice facilities. Staff and personnel are very nice, especially Irina, who is very professional, friendly and happy to answer any queries arise.
Positive experience: Very good customer service skills from Laura. I haven't rejoined since the lock-down closure . This is because the prices have gone up considerably because loyalty rates no longer apply. The change of peak time to a much earlier time also means the prices are higher.
Negative experience: Omg after being a customer for the last 5 to six years a new manager called Jack Forester is now running the spa He's rude to his staff and also rude to customers doesn't even try to listen or understand what customers are saying He just keeps saying I know that's what you paid before But these are the new prices shoving the papers on the counter in a arrogant and obnoxious manner Good luck all past customers and new ones

Negative experience: Was told I cannot enter the gym by Sara because I forgot my gym pass.... all she had to do was to manually sign me in! BAD BAD SERVICE....
Negative experience: I am not one to spend time writing reviews, however, I experienced the MOST shocking experience and felt the need to write a review about the service I have received today. I have been using the Gym and SPA facilities at Quad Spa for 4 years. The service was overall good with the previous management (pre-Covid), but now the management has changed. I was excited about returning to my normal routine now that gyms have reopened after lockdown. Unfortunately, this has gone down terribly due to a staff member who works there her name is SARA.. She has made me feel uncomfortable, is very abusive, and has completely ruined my experience. She is the reason why I will be cancelling my membership. The Quad Spa website, Google, and Crowne Plaza site all clearly mention the facilities close at 10pm everyday. What happened today (17.09.20), was that I entered the gym at 9pm only to be greeted by Sara who said 'Oh, you are coming at this time'? Not even a hello or good evening! I immediately felt uncomfortable, and responded by telling her I will be out by the time you need to leave. She then told me that the facilities close at 9.45 and that I MUST be out of the building by 9.45. I was confused and I knew this was wrong and, in 4 years that I have been using the facilities, I have never been told that I must leave by 9.45! What happened after was much worse. I stopped using the jacuzzi by 9.30 which allowed me time to shower and to get dressed to leave by 9.45. Upon leaving by sharp 9.45, I asked Sara if this was a new change? She told me that this was always the time and that it is also clearly mentioned in my contract! I politely asked her to point this out to me, she then aggressively pulled out a contract (please see attached), where she was so sure to point out that she was right. Surprise, surprise, the contract mentions that you must stop using the facilities by 9.45 to allow you time to use the shower and to get dressed and leave by 10pm! I then asked why she had lied to me, she then mentioned that this is not her problem and that she does not get paid if she has to stay after 10pm! She was shouting at me the whole time and when I told her that I will be making a compliant to the manager, she told me that she didn't care?! I will be escalating this to the Crowne Plaza manager, lets see how they respond and handle this. This is a complete breach of contract. I pay my membership until 10pm. Members should not be made to feel uncomfortable and have to leave 15 mins early so that staff who get their wages paid by our fees to leave early! Disgusting service, also the facilities are falling apart! Please spend your money elsewhere!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND ABUSE FROM SARA!!
Positive experience: Could do with some maintenance by the pool area. Friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: The reception team where amazingly accommodating, I even left a box of chocolates for “Laura”, due to some issues with my booking she managed to ensure me and my boyfriend where able to spend the day at the spa for his birthday. We had a lovely masseuse called “Tristana” who not only made us feel comfortable and worked amazingly on my massage but she advised us both on after care. I also left her chocolate, that’s how lovely she was. I recommend this spa and their facilities. Anisa

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience yesterday. I would highly recommend The Quad Club, it is excellent! Greeted by the lovely and friendly Anna I was booked in for a full body massage, given to me as a gift from some good friends. The massage was one of the best I've ever had by Sabiha. She was attentive, listened to my needs as I was holding a lot of stress in my back and I just wonderful afterwards...she has some healing, magic hands! Book with her! Thank you for making me feel wonderful ladies at the Quad Club.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, pool and sauna. Swimming lessons are offered at this facility by Love to Swim and Waterbabies. Pool is ideal for kids to learn. You won't be dissapointed.

Negative experience: Awful customer service! 1. The very limited classes they had available have been cut, no warning to members. No temporary change to the gym rates. My wife has to now be a member of 2 gyms 2. The staff have taken 3 months to ‘look’ into buying a piece of gym equipment (eBay:£10) we have suggested, despite speaking to them about this many times. The front desk had no recollection of previous discussions. They finally discussed with the manager, who has refused within 2 mins without even having the descency to even directly address the customer 3. The facilities are constantly over chlorinated and dirty despite many customers complaining 4. Showers have broken dispensers since months, never addressed 5. Last week the staff forgot to put out plastic cups for water or to even turn the music on! 6. In the past the cleaner had tended to come in well before closing time and look unhappy that you are still around, although this has finally been addressed ALL IN ALL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fantastic experience: Went for a couples treatment with Louise and Hailey and it was lovely, woke up today with my skin feeling so smooth, will definitely go again and buy their essential oils next time.
Fantastic experience: Louise is amazing!! Best massage I’ve ever had, 10 stars. I highly recommend her. The spa isn’t so new but has a great steam room and sauna. Will definently be back for another massage.
