Negative experience: Worse gym in Telford. I pay full price every month for facility’s to be down most days. Sauna is always broken, everyone spits on the floor, hot tub is barely ever working and when it is it stinks. 0 maintenance and gym machines feel stiff and half broken, cant find a single positive reason too join here, better off training at home. What a waste of money

Negative experience: The idea of gym is really good, however maintainance is very poor. Gym has car parking, 2 average training room, necessary equipment and Spa area, but recently there is significant luck of cleanliness: dirty carpet, dirty floor in the changing room, limescale in the shower room and the swimming pool walls. Mould and spillage on shower curtains, smell urine in changing room. Horrible smell in toilet. Some mould in the coin is present. Don't recommend until it will improve.

Negative experience: Terrible gym. The manager is rude and racist. . I got accused of doing stuff I never did. Sauna is Always broken or cold and has webs and mold in the corners and along the floor of the wood. The Changing Rooms have no ventilation so it’s always hot in there and the dirt on the ground has caused serious foot problems such as athlete foot for your own sake avoid this gym. the gym itself is never clean the benches have rips and tears and sweat stains . This gym is terrible overpriced and not value for money . They never improve the gym they have had the same old equipment that brakes 24/7 . Overall this is the WORST gym I have ever been too and do not recommend to anyone . Don’t waste your money !!

Negative experience: Spa had an awful smell and got an ear infection after my swim never again

Positive experience: Memberships start from £15 per month for 13-15 year olds for gym only. Can pay per month for £31 or £36 per month for a yearly contract. Also available as a £300 one off payment for a year, which works out as £25 per month. Facilities include; gym, sauna, jaccuzi, swimming pools. As a gym member you can also take children for swimming only, £3.50 for 1st child and £1 per child after that. Family swim options also available. Parking is limited for members only. Otherwise private pay at machines parking is available at rear.

Fantastic experience: Great because i can go at 6.30 in the morning

Positive experience: The pool can be very cold sometimes and they don't warn you of this which is not good for some people with health issues, sauna was braking but looks like they might be repairing it, the jacuzzi is good just the steps up to it can be difficult. Staff are helpful sometimes, the parking is okay but they have lost some spaces which can be a pain as well.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities and warm pool

Negative experience: Only downside is of charging toddlers fee and allowing children till 5 o clock

Positive experience: Good for the price. Unfortunately no more steam room in this pleace.

Negative experience: Organise the parking so if fined for going to the gym, the gym can help override the fine. The changing room used to be split slightly before so I could change with ten other men without having to look at naked men. Now it’s just one open space meaning it’s a free for all.

Negative experience: Not very welcoming at all. I went to have a look around as it's closer to my home than Nuffield health. Unfortunately the girls on the front desk on a Sunday afternoon were unwelcoming and made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I shouldn't be there. The show around was nothing more than 90 seconds of "the gyms in there, ladies changing room in there and the pools through there". Couldn't or wouldn't answer any of my questions. Was more concerned about gossiping with her 2 friends who were sat on the sofa. Shame really as I would have taken out a membership and I would have got a friend to join also. But so glad that Nuffield health is truly inclusive and welcoming to everybody who walks through the door.

Negative experience: Do not attend this gym, unless you want a parking fine of £65 in addition to your membership. Then when you try to call them to help with an appeal they claim the car park is nothing to do with them and owned by Whitehouse Hotel who igracnicly say the same!!!!!! Once I forgot to add my registration details onto their system which I am now paying the price. End of membership!!!!!

Negative experience: Tiny gym, cold showers, cold pool, no jaquzi, sauna didn't work each time we was there but mainly the cancellation process is a con, says on the website to cancel the direct debit but it doesn't show as a debit as its a subscription so there's no way of cancelling it via the bank, been stung with an unwanted extra month of this terrible gym.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed being back in the gym. Staff are very friendly and they have done a brilliant job with revamping the place.

Negative experience: Save your fiver. Membership is a con. Been charged extra for the month with no option to cancel from the bank. When contacted just got a 2 line reply. No sauna ice cold showers and swimming pool and no real selection of weights. £30 per month is just to much. Nuffields better option
