Negative experience: The gym is dirty, broken equipment, no soap or sanitizer in toilets, very small so should be easy to keep on top of but it is very run down. The centre itself offers lots of different services which I cannot honestly comment on, only the gym I know is poor

Positive experience: Attended a class - which was fab - at this venue. The venue is tired and in definite need of some repair. Parking outside is great and as a facility it is fine, but dog eared.

Negative experience: Avoid! We ordered four mochaccino and one latte. They were full with ants We even didn't get a refund for our money!

Fantastic experience: I must say for a small gym, it has lots of great equipment ,has a main bus terminal so easy to get too, plus the staff are very good there is a chap there called Dan, who does personal hour lessons plus he is very helpful a very happy chap indeed.

Positive experience: Recently joined the gym here, looked at pictures online and thought it seemed pretty decent and modern. First time visiting and it is very very different to what is shown online. 2 treadmills, 1 bike, 1 cross trainer a few machines and some weights. If there are more than 10 people in the gym I don't think there would be enough equipment to go around but all in all I guess it serves a purpose.

Negative experience: Everyone active bewbush gym! This in depth review is over 5 years of being with this gym. Some of the staff are amazing bubbly and can be helpful if they had the freedom to choose. The manager has little knowledge about exercise and equipment. Doesn't listen, difficult to speak too. Chooses which members to interact with. I made a stage 1 complaint: I'm sick and tired of paying for a gym membership to find I can't use the equipment. The equipment is tapped up, broken for weeks, screen has no batteries, feet pedal broken or equipment has been moved and not replaced. Treadmills are too close together meaning I have to endure coughing, sneezing and arm pit smells. As well as other gym members having a full conversation on there mobile phones while walking on treadmill for 2 hours. This went on for the time they were there. Not only does this put you off your own workout but I'm listening to private conversations in English or other. I tried talking to Richard. This wasn't taken seriously. So I contacted everyone active K2. They were no help either. In fact there answer was worse. Trying to justify why not to investing in a gym to bring new members and keep current members happy. Wasted my money. Gained weight while at the gym and became depressed. No goals, lack of communication. Lack of interest no member friendly goals. I went down hill spiral. The Personal trainers are amazing each with there own way. That was the only reason I pushed on and recovered.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Pretty quiet, well laid out and very nice for a beginner to go and not feel subjected to massive gym buffs making you feel inadequate. Overall nice atmosphere and happy I chose this place as my gym of choice.

Fantastic experience: Some aspects of this excellent community centre are open ( private closed use groups) it is a multi used facility in the heart of the residential area.

Positive experience: Only for the most basic events would I ever select this place myself. I attended a small function which wasn't the greatest experience as they had only opened one of the side entrances and the guests were left to get wet as the couldn't use the front. This place could do with some decent heating inside and also some decent toilet facilities.

Negative experience: Awful cafe, we were looking at the menu and a member of staff told us to hurry up and order before she was going to close in 45 minutes. She was pretty much telling us to get out. Certainly will never have our custom!

Positive experience: The cafe in there is really lovely & clean the coffee in there beats all these big names cafes. Staff very helpful & the full english breakfast is great.

Negative experience: We had hired the hall on 25/5/19 for a 1st birthday. All we could smell was burnt hair for the 4 hours we hired for. The salon next door made the hall stink of BURNT HAIR IT WAS DISGUSTING

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym since I was 16, I'm 24 now. This gym isn't fancy, 1 squat rack, 1 cable machine, 1 bench, 2 free benches with dumbbells that go up to about 42kg. You go to this gym if you don't need too much equipment to work out, if you're someone who only works out on machines you're gonna have a bad time. But, talk to Dan. He'll give you the keys to the kingdom to having a great workout. He's super friendly and passionate about working out, also being an experienced Thai boxer. The reason I joined this gym was because of the price and location, pretty convenient. The reason I stayed is because it's a hub for the local community, and one of the few places left in the world where men from the local community can socialise, both young and old. For improvement, have a regular face in the gym, offer unique classes at a cheap rate (if you have an experienced martial artist, why aren't you leaning into that, Richard?), some community activities- why isn't there a run club which since COVID have become extremely popular? The cafe should be opened longer, fresh juice and smoothies to take advantage of the school and post workout crowds. To the people who complain about cleanliness, and other patrons, remember where you are, this is bewbush.

Positive experience: The gym here is clean and well maintained albeit a little small. The staff and friendly and knowledgeable and will help spot you on weights or walk you through your exercise routines. They offer a bunch of classes from yoga to boxing. I have never used the cafe facilities but it always has customers.

Fantastic experience: Ran a couple of dances here good venue and a good size it is expensive though. This is my local hall there is a cafe, gym and other services.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming and helpful staff. Wide selection of pizzas that were very tasty. Good selection of wines with varying prices for all. Lovely desserts and coffee. Good value in nice location.
