Fantastic experience: This is specifically for the climbing wall facilities. This is a great place to learn, climb for fun and being right in the entrance it's easy to get to. The walls have good height of a couple of stories up, maybe 3 or 4.

Positive experience: I come here for gymnastics for my little girl. I do bring my kids swimming but when you book online it's confusing at which pool your booking. You talk to one member of staff they tell you one thing and another something else so I advise to maybe call and ask and hopefully you will get the right one.

Negative experience: Honestly a joke, 50% of the time I come being told adamantly by staff that the app is always up do date on pool opening times to come all the way here and be turned away because it's closed. Now cancelling my membership because I'm actually paying them at this point to waste my time and petrol and not even get to swim. Response is always to be told that 'the app is up to date' when I have screenshots of it being 'open' to get there and find it's not. Awful management and also not clean. Shame because it's a good size pool for lengths

Positive experience: Rejoined due to my gym being closed down. A little rub down and unclean, just need a little TLC. Price wise it's good compared to other facilities in the area, I chose this as it's convenient by being close to home.

Negative experience: Customer services sub par. Reception always on their mobile and witnessed many times ignoring the reception phone. (It's left on silent) I've been coming here for years and in all that time if you call they ignore you and never answer. They hire children who couldn't care less. It's the only leisure centre in Crawley so they have a monopoly. If there was an alternative I'd go there. Honestly the council should start surprise inspections considering it's tax payers who built it. Honestly pull your finger out

Negative experience: Anything but top-notch. Supposed to be a leisure centre promoting good health and active lifestyle, yet they serve this rubbish in the cafe. The service here is shocking - the kids that work here feel it’s more important to talk between themselves than to actually acknowledge you. Cafe area is always dirty with rubbish either on the floor or left on the table, which if you want cleaned you need to do yourself. Overall the food sucks, and the service more so. Everyone Active sort it out!!!

Fantastic experience: We love this place, they have a lovely kids swimming area.

Negative experience: They over sell the venue with little chance of parking. They have dreadful vending machines which don’t reliably dispense drinks. It’s red hot and there’s a huge queue for the cafe, they close a till. Genius.

Negative experience: Do not bring your kids here…. The council are using it to house immigrants, they even warned their clients to not leave children unattended. It should be shut down

Negative experience: Frequent user of the gym. Parking spaces are good. Staff in the gym are OK. The big issues are: * Broken equipment all the time and takes ages to get fixed and the place is so dirty. * Mirrors with scuff, dry liquids and fingers all over and all of them. * Equipment with loads of dust that every time you have a deep breath, you inhale dust. Knowing that is the Personal Trainers who have to maintain the place clean is a nonsense specially in a big space like that. K2 can't have cleaning staff to keep the gym clean? The amount gym users pay to use that space is not worth it. That place needs a URGENT UPGRADE on everything. Needs a deep clean and new equipment. School kids using the gym also needs monitoring. They can use the gym for 1h but bring the friends groups and stay there way over 1h. The paying users have to wait until they finish they're chatting and playing around ( not applicable to all of them ). Compared to other gyms in the area and way cheaper, K2 has to be one of the worse. K2 got stuck in time. PLEASE UPGRADE AND CLEAN THE PLACE. Thank you.

Negative experience: Bought coffee and the seating area was dirty, tables weren't wiped, floor was dirty. The toilets stank. Place needs a good clean.

Negative experience: Gym and facilities hace become rundown since FREEDOM departed the running of K2 a few yrs ago....no doubt the contract went to the cheapest bidder for the contract. Broken pieces on gym equipment and occasionally NO staff around to resolve issues at the weekend. No hand-wash in toilets which constantly run out, more weekend events making parking horrific, Once a good leisure centre, but it's now seen better days

Fantastic experience: Top notch sports park. Plenty of parking. Great facilities - pool, track, fun pool, squash courts, tennis, gymnastics, martial arts, and much more. Cafe is decent and well stocked. Enough seating. Easy to get to as well.

Negative experience: We use this for our school swimming lessons and are repeatedly disappointed with the lack of hygiene. Our changing rooms are always dirty, left with pervious school clothes and rubbish. The toilets are horrendously dirty, last time there was excrements on top of the toilet. There seems to be a lack of experience in the management, and the receptions is dismissive and always otherwise occupied with her ‘friends’. Disappointing facilities and management all round - my only reason for returning is the tremendous swimming teachers. They really do persevere.

Negative experience: Poorly managed. I was on site on Sunday for the cheer leading competition, how can this place be so highly reviewed. Saturday was a properly hot day. There were barely any drinks available with every vending machine empty, huge queues for food and drink at the cafe with a big sign next to it saying another bar is open upstairs (it wasn't). I just think any decent management team should be savvy to weather conditions and events happening within it's doors. It isn't hard. Why don't you want to make money?

Negative experience: Poo all over baby changing table. Came back a week later and its still there. Absolutely disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Attended Bonsai exhibition and sales. Good venue, easily accessible from motorway. Parking appeared full though we could find parking reasonably easily.

Positive experience: The receptionist was not very professionall at all. I asked for directions for a particular sport happening at the Centre and she answered me without even looking up ☹️

Negative experience: Dirt dirt dirt. People walking in with shoes in the showers area. Lockers and changing rooms dirty and mouldy. I don’t think anyone cleaned the floor there this month. Someone’s hair everywhere, in the showers, water, lockers. Disgusting. Only 4 hair dryers for such a big facility, and of course not all working. Was disgusted to enter the swimming pool. This place should be closed.

Negative experience: The whole centre is good but the food is disgraceful i went there today to have a sausage roll and chips and after my stomach was in pain. later when i got home i threw up everywhere.(i was completely fine before i ate that)Never eating there again

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at the cafe and climbing wall. My daughter and her friends enjoyed an excellent climbing party with Craig and his brilliant team. Afterwards, the cafe team, led by Ramon, provided the kids with a wonderful personalised packed lunch, and lots of squash. Great choice, variety, healthy options and lovely presentation from the polite and helpful cafe staff. Thank you so much for your efforts, you made the party really special and we really appreciated your efforts.

Fantastic experience: Really lovely lifeguards, pool was quiet and they kindly turned the big splashy bucket off for a bit as both my kids are a bit freaked out by it. Thank you

Positive experience: Probably fine once I get to go. However trying to access swim timetable to see when it's free, to be told I am.blocked an contact site email. Hit contact to find I am also blocked from that! Possibly swim timetable is top secret? :) More likely IT needs an update

Negative experience: Nope, nope, nope. The kids activity swimming pool smells terrible and has a slimey floor in the shallow area. The showers are badly damaged and the changing rooms are horrid. We've been to a lot of leisure centre pools and this was one of the worst. The kids may enjoy it, but it's not worth feeling like you need to leave immediately just to entertain them for 45 minutes. Staff on the teception desk were nice enough and the other areas of the K2 look alright. Staff in the cafe were miserable and grumpy.

Positive experience: Great sports centre but food service needs better organisation. Maybe a numbering system so they can keep track of who ordered what...

Fantastic experience: Great venue, great water polo adventure against the local Crawley team.

Negative experience: This place is a joke ..the Web site doesn't say in black and white what time the pool is open or if you have to book. Try to call them and you get no answer.....

Positive experience: Nice gym with lots of well maintained equipment and free weights. Spoiled this afternoon by a young woman carrying on a 45 minute face to face conversation on her phone, whilst simultaneously attempting to use the equipment. Both the caller and her vocal drivel could be heard above the in-gym music. Really, can't we do better than this?

Negative experience: Changing rooms have the same dirt and mould that was there when I was a kid. Receptionists are overall rude and dismissive. It's a shock if you have a nice interaction with them. New staff members are judgemental, dishing out evil eyes to people and extremely unhelpful. There is no timetable handout available. Always directed to their website or app. Neither of which are easily accessible or easy to navigate. Both the website and the app are messy. They are crowed. They are confusing. You get locked out of your account and then can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Ever. Unless you're signing up so they can take your money. Of course they pick up! All food sold is unhealthy. Why would a fitness centre sell deep fried or high sugar items as their main produce? To keep you unhealthy maybe? Overall, for the prices we pay, it's ridiculous.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Cashless centre but want you to pay for locker. Had £1 in change just not a coin. Was advised I could buy a token. Why would I want to buy a token. Asked if I paid for the token could I get my £1 back. Advised no. Asked if the cafe would have coin for change. Advised again no. As it was cashless. £5.70 for just a swim that didn’t happen.

Positive experience: I use K2 very regularly. It's a nice, fairly new leisure centre with easy access to the m23, a23 and about 2 km outside the town centre of Crawley. It features a very large, split swimming pool with sauna and steam room, and a kids area. There are a few squash courts and gymnasium and rooms for courses as well as a track and sports field. I use the gym, it is very well kitted out but can become busy in the early evenings. There are plenty of running, cross, spin machines, gym equipment and various weights. There is also spin rooms and more rooms for various courses as well as treatments. It's best to see what they offer. The gym changing rooms also include a sauna and good showers, though soap often runs out so consider bringing soap. There is a good restaurant. It does breakfast, rolls, pastries, a good place to get a nice meal. Prices are quite reasonable, and subscriptions are a fair price and possibly can use other sites with the correct subscription. You can also use the facilities such as the pool on a pay as you go. I joined it firstly as it was the leisure centre and felt my money was better spent as a local service. But it also is, in my opinion, a very well kitted out facility, friendly, and accessible. It is not closest to me, but actually has among the best hours and facilities and good value. It would be nice to have 24 or later access as i work in London. But it's core hours are 6AM to 10PM week days, and 7AM to 6PM weekends. Other facilities may be different times.

Fantastic experience: We went there as part of a school sports day. Fantastic field and track facilities with excellent facilities for spectators. The weather was good, which helped too!

Fantastic experience: Only ever came here a few times when I was a teenager to compete in various sports with the air cadets. Took part in swimming competitions and athletics competitions the facilities are great here.

Fantastic experience: Excellent venue, good drink/food outlets, good service, clean and well run.

Fantastic experience: This is allocated to a back entrance to Tigate park. The bus route 2 metro takes you here. There are various competitions of challenges take place here of various age groups. You can take part in Swimming, Gym, rock climbing and you can even get a concession pass to bring a new lease to life to your health. It is a sports academy with available membership team in the entrance at your convenience. Any questions or hosting events are all answered just by asking directly. The clinic of no-smoking sensation is also here holding products to help you quit the habit. A true health gain with clinics and classes a worth while of taking part in your time. Small contributions of cost do apply but the benefits last longer. Taking part Is of your better of interests.

Positive experience: The children's pool was closed and could not be used. Also, it only had swimming lines in three categories: slow, medium and fast, which you had to swim in one of these lines. There was no place to walk in the water that is suitable for treating back pain and all parts were about 6 feet deep. You must have a £1 coin to lock the cupboard.

Fantastic experience: Large sports centre with a lot of facilities. I’ve personally used the rock climbing walls and the running track and found both to be well maintained and worth travelling to the centre for. Ample parking and well located near crawley, as well as close to the M23/A23 for easy access.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant pool. Very fast. Great for immense PBs. If you want to take 11s off your 200fly time and reach the final you never thought you'd make in a million years, this is undoubtedly the best pool for it. So much better than all those other slow pools out there.

Negative experience: Terrible web site. Can't contact anyone via email and can't leave any feedback. Don't bother booking classes on a Saturday as you'd be lucky to get parked. Very frustrating experience. Disappointed.

Negative experience: Hello, £56.97 was withdrawn in my first month of subscription, although it should be £27, knowing that when I joined I paid £36. I called them many times but they did not answer it's a bad customer service *not recommend at all*

Positive experience: Great for activities but absolutely useless for swimming. Can never tell when the pools open and when it is open, half the time you cant use it. Weekends everything shuts way to early. Considering its our towns only swimming pool, kinda hoped they might focus a bit harder on making it active for the residents of crawley. Never answer the phone either so literally have to just arrive and hope for the best

Negative experience: Such bad place to go swimming, In the family pool, swimming classes were in progress on Saturday. There wasn’t any place to swim properly as the pool is way too small and half is been used for lessons. Staff was so rude shouting at kids. Don’t bother going to this place, go somewhere else. Such a waste of money.

Positive experience: I arrived early in the morning to swim. I hadn't been before but the receptionist was very nice and explained how it worked. I payed 5.25 which I think is a bit expensive since I was only there an hour. The facilities were really good and the pool was clean. When I left it was really busy though. Overall, I had a nice time and will go back.

Positive experience: Can't fault customer services here, and the amount of facilities available, in these uncertain times post COVID, it really is a Godsend! the only reason I am not able to give a 5 star is due to the state of the changing rooms in the swimming area. Cannot blame the staff totally more so people who use it like a toilet! Thank you CBC & Staff for your welcoming attitudes. Negative experience: water in the pool is very cold. I am paying for 2 kids swimming lessons and we have to skip couple of winter months (still paying to keep place) because it is really freezing

Negative experience: Thought it would be a good health club but disappointing..Swimming pool seems always occupied no free spaces and steam sauna shuts off early all week. No options for evenings after workout. Gym space is small. It’s just too big of a centre with poor use of space. Let down.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Great infrastructure, well kept and well served. We went for our daughter’s cheerleading competition. Although extremely busy, space and facilities proved adequate. Recommended.

Negative experience: I have booked the football pitch 5x already through everyone active. I have called K2 as I needed receipts for my bookings. I was asked to come and see them so they can print them out. I went there and the person from the reception didn't know how to print receipt someone came to help him out and after several attempts he apologised and said that he wasnt able to provide me with the receipts. I was advised to came another time so they will be ready for me. I came another time asking for already prepared receipts that are waiting for me. No luck. The receptionist ask for my email address and assured they will be emailed toto me. Nothing on my email so gave them a call. I was advised that my receipts were prepared in the envelope with my name waiting to be collected. Today cam to collect them (attempt no 5) no one had a cluse about the prepared receipts (guessing nothing was prepared) I was promised that soemone will get hold of me tomorrow and explain how to get receipts. Looking forward to hearing from you tomorrow

Positive experience: My kids attend swimming lessons here. The lessons are good, relatively small classes and patient teachers, although the price has increased a lot over only less than a year. Lots of facilities on site, including café, gym, nursery, climbing wall, squash courts and diving. The cafe is over priced, with the coffee just about passable. The changing rooms are, to be honest, horrible. Something is always broke and it always smells horrible. The whole place is in desperate need of a refresh. Previously have attended the gym here, although a few years ago now and enjoyed the facilities then. Large carpark, only a few parent and child spaces though.

Negative experience: hired a personal trainer Monique beaton. gave upfront money £160 without even trial 1 minute session . she cancelled her last session by saying you're signed for 12 weeks not one week where as Pt's first message was this she got it signed and didn't even discuss with me . on the agreement it says (weekly installments, fortnightly and single payment) but she didn't even told me payment options . if it was 12 week agreement she shouldnt have taken one payment and in terms and conditions she doesn't even mention that in case of breaking the agreement she will cancel last session . but she cancelled kept the amount of £40 which is alot for me as im house wife i used my birthday money plus £60 i borrowed from my friend. it completely doesnt make any sense that how this heartless lady treated me . i dont know how a woman and a mother can do same to another woman. i have been calling the gym they stopped taking my calls so i went in person had a chat with manager he said he will sort it out for me but never called me. im in deep depression and on citalopram pills. im unable to continue gym and my daily activities like looking after my baby which is only 18 months old. im badly struggling to cope with depression i just want my last sessions money back which is £40. please please help me. im still waiting from them to sort it out for me.

Positive experience: Attended a trade show in the sports hall. Seems like a great facility; Squash, Indoor Bowls, Gym, Swimming pool etc. I am sure there was more, but didn't see it.

Negative experience: The booking website is absolutely atrocious. Very unclear and frustrating. Staff on desk simply refer you to the website to make bookings without any kind of acknowledgement of how shockingly bad it is. Seriously need to sort it out as it's a barrier to people wanting to use any of the facilities here

Positive experience: Very good leisure centre with many facilities. A bit annoying that the membership does not cover booking badminton courts and squash courts etc. Good gym equipment variety

Negative experience: I went swimming after work on Thursday 11th (evening), when an older man (around 60s) knocked on the shower door and said "I have something to show you", later when I came out fully dressed and anxious, the man then opened his robe and flashed the entirety of his naked body in my direction whilst mumbling something. I left promptly scared, panicked and unsure if this would be a safe environment to return too.

Positive experience: Once you actually get the app to work its excellent, very convenient way to book classes and group sessions etc, facilities are pretty good here, but can get very busy in the gym on Mon, Tues and Wed's evening after work. Climbing wall looks cool, have not had a chance to explore everything yet, pool is nice and cool and not over chlorinated. Some areas look a little tired and the local authoritie needs to do a few minor upgrades and smarten it up a little, but overall 8/10 with most staff being friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Great facilities but we booked lane swimming in advance. Can only cancel by contacting K2. 2 days away from the booking tried 6 TIMES calling to cancel and 6 TIMES after a massive amount of time phone call was just cut off fom their end. If you don't cancel they apparently charge a further 4 pounds for not showing up. Make it easier to cancel bookings please.

Positive experience: Very impressive facility, but having no nets on the throwing cage is unacceptable. This means that young athletes don’t get to compete in discus and hammer competitions at the grassroots level.

Negative experience: The CoffeShop service ....disgusting.... We just finished swimming and went for a sandwitch with my son.. We got served by a girl from kitchen,who was just disgusted by her job. Honestly she was rude when brought the chips.Really Unprofessional. No Smile on her face....just pure disgusted about every order she gets. Bad attitude...rude overall. Will not dare to take a seat anymore....

Negative experience: Cannot recommend swimming lessons for kids (beginners). Classes are only 30 minutes and many times teachers are late and classes started 5 minutes after scheduled time and many times finish earlier than supposed to finish. Many times my daughter learning time was only 20 minutes, also teachers commitment is minimal. Cannot recommend.

Negative experience: I enrol in December 2021 as a Concession (student full time). I was informed to bring my proof in to reception at K2 Crawley, so I did same month. I brought My University Card and TOTUM membership card. The lady at reception said all good. Next month, I realised it was not good still have been debited £29.99 instead of £24.99. I have been there more than 7 times now. Consequently, I talked with one of the managers at the time where she explained that it was an office mistake when doing memberships. She said she sent an email. Unfortunately, happen the same inn April 22. This is when I came in again and I meet Emma Revel the big manager as they all. She repeated the same and apology. She said she repeated the same again. Unfortunately, next month did not happen again! I meet Emma there again and she apology again and did it and refunded me back. Note: Every time I was offered the refund of the over payment 29.99 -24.99 = £5 straight away. Again, did not go through this has happen every time. During these months… Last time I went to was yesterday the 05/07/2022 (7 months after !!!!!). Again, Emma was there I explain to her I start to doubt from all of them and their professionalism. This is not normal. I also said I require a compensation for all the time spent there, (almost 7 hours) and I need my refund again! This time It is from June and July as I could not come throughout June time at office opening hours as I usually go to gym 6am to 7.30am. She said Let me send you an email again to be happy to change your membership to £24.99. I repeated is not change!!!!! It is a requirement since the beginning and a mistake done by yourselves somewhere around any department (office or them). I also requested a compensation. She said it needed to be done she sent the email, and I did write back (I can provide all evidence). She also said regarding compensation to give a 1 month free in September as in August she has to wait to come out of my account to be able to proceed to the free month (which really, I do not understand when issue caused as being happening for 7 months). Note: Yesterday I had a biopsy, and I was feeling very venerable and in pain. However, I need to go there today to solve AGAIN and work afterwards. She directed me to receptionist and apology once more (I am tired of apologies, and it is not 1 or 2 times is 7!!!) Receptionist supposed to do the refund. When I arrived home, I realised I did not sign any paper (usually for merchant copy I need to sign the refund- used to it now) I checked account and I was debited!!!!!! 9.98 instead of being credited. Therefore, I sent the email again to Emma. She replied to same day and called 7 times to avoid me to go to K2 Crawley as explained on her emails. However, never mentioned any compensation and still. I could not answer the phone till later due to heavy work. This morning I had time and went in and a kind receptionist that only saw today called Rute assisted me and refunded me £19.96. She asked me if she could have my receipt of being debited to have as proof of transaction. I said yes but let me take a picture before (done). I had enough with this lack of professionalism, apologies are not worth for coming in and DD are for a piece of mind as already said. I want a solution to this soon and not for 1 month but for the 7 months of worries and 8 times lost equivalent to 7 hours and 30min spent. If I as working at those time, I could have earned at least £85! I am very disappointed with this service! I need a solution of the DD being £24.99 and a compensation for all this matter caused. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible. But cleaners and Swimming pool staff are kind and helpful! I enjoy go swimming with My kid on Saturdays!

Negative experience: I been to many gyms David loads la fitness virgin active a load of GLL BETTER kings gym Been in the gym for over 10years training all sorts both cheap and or expensive I have never ever been felt I got put off going to gym I literally had to move because the staff were beyond unprofessional and one member of staff pretending she was from fitness team when she wasn’t trying to hustle you off machines for her mates who was training little lady around 50 blonde And to be honest the swim pool always under maintenance broken etc. all in all don’t go here I no it’s cheap but trust me work out in your garden it be better than paying for this.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place/gym/tracking area/swimming pool/climbing and whatever into the forest, or so it looks like. I've been there since early in the morning because my daughters had a competition. It lasted for some hours so I had a walk around and I was really impressed by the beautiful natural surroundings. it's really lovely. I didn't try any activities but I'm sure anything would have been great. And they have the capacity to host a massive amount of national competitions. Really impressed!

Negative experience: My wife who is disabled and I travelled 100 miles to K2 i( Crawley) to attend a Bonsai event (at 10 AM) on Sunday 8 May 2022. We reached there at 8:45 and the car park was full and overflowing with cars (parked everywhere imaginable). All the disabled car parking spaces were occupied mostly with cars which were not displaying blue badges(!!). Eventually we were helped by a very helpful car park attendant who managed to find a space for us in a place where cars are not supposed park so that I could get the wheel chair out and get my wife out of the car. The attendant told me that there are three events taking place on that day and cars are being turned away!!!! Inside the cafe could not cope with the volume of customers with one person serving coffee/tea. With a Que of about 40 people the last person could wait up to 40 minutes if the person takes 1 minute to make a cup of coffee and take the money etc!! Obviously the management has never heard of queuing theory!! The solution is to have 3 or coffee machines. The seating area was filthy! Crawley council Health inspectors should visit the place once in a while! My wife had to use the female toilet for the disabled. She has her own tale vows which she will be putting in her review! I believe the access is poor with toilet people difficult to access and poor hand dryer access. All in all very badly managed by someone incompetent! The management should make sure they do not 'bite more than what they can chew'. Otherwise given that everyone travels by car these days organise number events for which they can provide car parks for. Also someone should enforce disabled parking rules ie if there are no Blue Badges displayed in disabled car parks the offender should be fined or asked to move the cars. Catering should be managed to cope with the volume of customers! Only positive things I could say is that the hall was good with plenty of space and good lighting. Hence the two stars! Best thing is to avoid visiting the place!!

Fantastic experience: Nice big leisure centre with free parking! Coffees and snacks at the cafe are well priced too!

Positive experience: K2 is a busy lively sports centre. Plenty of space for parking but it can become busy in the evening with waiting times to drive out. Some staff inside the complex especially on reception but not all seem a little bored but that should not put you off from visiting K2. One thing that I like about K2, is no sign that I can see, any cowboy private car park operators ripping off, tricking the public into paying money. These Cowboys are not wanted and should not be tolerated. There is plenty to do at K2 inside and out.

Fantastic experience: The badminton courts of K2 are the best in Crawley. I’ve also gone there for squash and totally loved the court and the vibe.

Negative experience: A bit disappointing really. I booked online to go swimming. When we got to K2 the main pool was shut due to a swimming competition and half of the play pool was closed off for swimming lessons, leaving the two slides a very small area to paddle. This was not identified when I booked, had I known, I would not have gone.

Fantastic experience: Huge sports center with so many facilities, attended a boxing show, which was well run in the large hall holding around 1,000 spectators. The venue is easy to access with plenty of parking. There's a small cafe inside with a reasonable choice of hot and cold snacks and plenty to drink.

Negative experience: Front of house is absolutely useless. The lady with the blonde hair can not answer even a simple question, she has no idea regarding activities, memberships, lessons and so on. Even if there are 20 people awaiting for her she can not be bothered. Extremely rude personality acting and answering as she is over everyone else. Phones are Never Never Ever answered. There is no one to complain too. But they don't forget to take there monthly payment and even to charge twice for the same month.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities with sports hall, football, squash, badminton, gymnastics and climbing centre to name but a few. Refreshments and coffee bars are a bonus too.

Negative experience: went to use the free gym pass today as I wanted to get a gym membership closer to home so thought I’d try out k2. When we first got there, the woman at reception had no idea what we were talking about when mentioning the gym membership then just told us to go upstairs. We waited at what looked like the gym reception for 5 minutes until we were asked why we there. We explained that we did the free day pass online and spoke to a lady who told us just to come to the gym, and he said he has no idea who we are and to call her back, we found out the person downstairs is the one on the phone, so they obviously don’t speak to eachother… Finally found where we were supposed to go for the gym memberships and managed to get in. Just felt so unorganised and didn’t feel like anyone me cared because we were using the free trial. Going to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: K2 has started to be part of my life, with ample parking, lovely changing areas with sauna, friendly staff and a lovely environment to workout

Negative experience: They try their best but I’ve always found them to be disorganised. The attitude is almost like they’re doing you a favour by letting you use the facilities! The website is incredibly clunky & when I’ve called up to ask about booking things the staff try their best. On two occasions the information on the website has been incorrect. The pool is fairly clean for a public pool. I wish they’d do more to encourage kids into activities. I often am made to feel like I’m being a pain when I try to find out about courses / activities.
