Positive experience: Really helpful young lady at reception. Clean & tidy area, nice pool. Overall, a good experience

Fantastic experience: Lovely well run swimming pool

Negative experience: Needs a full refurb or rebuild. Changing rooms are not very clean and bins overflowing at times. The pool itself is fine but for an area as well off as Marlborough the leisure centre is in no way commensurate with it's surroundings.

Negative experience: I have been swimming for more than twenty years and these are the most disgusting changing rooms I've ever seen. Brown water all over the floor and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Revolting.

Positive experience: I attend a class weekly here which I find really helpful for my health. Being a popular venue booking is essential.

Negative experience: Appalled at the way the instructor spoke to my child at her swimming lesson! Calling her lazy, telling her to shut up whilst she asked for help. She was also refused a suitable float to help her swim, instead spent the whole lesson panicking and sinking under the water!! The facilities are below standard and filthy. A disappointing and expensive first time visit.

Negative experience: Grotty, very poor choice of classes and timings. For the size of the town Wiltshire council need to do better. Staff are really nice though

Negative experience: Asked at reception if I could please wash my sons water bottle in the now unused cafe sink as we’d dropped it on the floor and was told no and that we’d have to wash it in the toilet sinks

Negative experience: The pool is fine but the changing rooms are grim. They are looking tired- which I can handle- but they were also filthy. It cost over £10 for me and my 4 year old to swim!!

Negative experience: Drove 45 from the other side of Swindon after recommendations from friends. I paid £17.10 for 3 adults and we had our tiny babies with us, one being newborn - it was their first time swimming. The pool was freezing. We were in the water literally 10 mins before we were kicked out for a swimming club. Spoke to the front desk, she insinuated that it took us half an hour to get changed before getting in the pool. Honestly so disappointed, we asked for some compensation but we’re refused. We asked very politely whether we could get a partial refund as we were only allowed in the pool for part of the session time stated online as we were kicked out the pool 10 minutes early for the swimming lesson to put the lane dividers out in the pool. We will not be returning here.

Positive experience: Went there to get vaccinated.People were stationed to direct us as to where to park.Car park is very close to the place which was very convinient since I had a baby with me. The inside was massive so it was easy to keep my distance from others. Entire process was quick and painless.Perfect location for the task.

Positive experience: My daughter goes here for swimming lessons which are really good only downside is due to Covid we can't go in with her and she doesn't like the changing rooms on her own.

Positive experience: This place has the most warm and friendly staff. I tock my boys for a long over due paddle. They had their social distancing precautions well and truly sorted which made for a very enjoyable swim for all of us. I rate this 3 stars because the place is a bid old and shabby but typical for a community leisure centre and above all it was clean and fresh.

Fantastic experience: Campground in Marlborough does not have showers so off to the Leisure Center which is clean with lots of hot water

It is an older building so it doesn't look sleek and modern but it is a nice leisure centre with everything from a gym and swimming pool to different halls that you can hire. Overall I lovely environment and a nice place
