Fantastic experience: Great swimming pool and good facilities.

Negative experience: Very good gym with very nice atmosphere. All problems sorted with machines and what not sorted quickly and well looked after equipment. Though staff are sometimes rude and short tempered especially toward children who attend sawston village college and are often abusing their power on children. Opening times are often wrong on timetable and has led to turning up and facilities being closed. Overall a poor customer experience

Negative experience: As a pupil of sawston village college I like to come to the gym arfter school and is a relatively good gym but there are way too many people and i can't use a machine. Also staff think they're are teachers for example getting told off for being on my phone and also being not allowed in the gym with a school top on.

Fantastic experience: Fully equipped gym, at reasonable price

Fantastic experience: I use the gym and pool here. It is a good priced gym, friendly atmosphere and close to my home. I love the Aquafit class - although the changing rooms are cramped with only 2,individual rooms for changing, when busy.

Positive experience: Great place to come and unwind if fitness is your thing not too crowded they have quite a bit available including parking at the front door. Disabled friendly and just mind of children when passing through it is on the school grounds.

Positive experience: Old sand astro, but slippy. Hopefully, once the renovation has been done. It will be more aesthetically pleasing.

Fantastic experience: Lots to do, but hard to get booked in as it's so busy.

Fantastic experience: I've begun going to the gym at the SSC, as part of my cardiac rehabilitation program, seeing as I'm knock knock knocking on heaven's door with a heart condition. The gym is really well equipped with all sorts of instruments of torture, and Ms CB who runs the program is brilliant! At a glance, I can see there's a swimming pool, a squash court, basketball court and gawd knows what else there. So if you're interested in improving your health, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to the Sawston Sports Centre.

Fantastic experience: This is not only a gym, they also have classes like yoga, pilates, bootcamp, swimming pool etc. I’m member for long time and never been disappointed. Good staff and also, lots of different activities to do. Quality - price = good :)

Fantastic experience: A wonderful asset to the community, great staff, great classes and a pool we keep coming back to.

Negative experience: Avoid for children’s swimming lessons at all costs!!!! Staff are rude and belittle the children when they think parents aren’t watching. Also do not give any feedback relating to child’s progress. Swimming teachers were horrible and when I complained the manager was useless!

Positive experience: Took my grandson to Sawston sports centre to play football,staff great, shame not many children turned up to play.

Negative experience: Another “swimming” pool where you aren’t allowed to practice diving in from the side of the pool. They might as well ban entering the water altogether. Then they would be really safe. But although this bureaucratic nonsense is annoying enough, what really bugged me was their lazy and unhelpful response to a perfectly reasonable request to practice dive entries with my son. They could easily have said “there’s a lane, use that for 20 minutes” but instead went with “no, now go away”. Great job guys.

Positive experience: Bit of a maze inside and not clear enough signed for new ppl visiting. The complex is very large and well equipped.

Positive experience: If you are booking a private hall for sports with friends, its a good place, just the halls are slightly smaller than im used to.

Negative experience: Can i give zero star?? 1. Rude email to complain the customer overtime to use the facilities. However, the booking already extended before the end of initial booking. When they found that they are in wrong side, then try to spin the focus to other bookings. 2. Ask a female to go the their court via male changing room 3. Only start to prepare the court (setup the net) when you arrive and it take 10 mins from your 1 hour booking. 4. Aged facilities AVOID!

Fantastic experience: Took our grandson to the football fun factory. Slick operation. Expert guidance and fantastic experience. Even though he'll never be as good as grandad it gives him light at the end of the tunnel. Fair play.

Fantastic experience: Just had a wobstacle party for our daughters 10th birthday. Staff were Amazing, friendly and great with the children. Some children were really anxious to start with but by the end of the session were all confident and having a great time. Highly reccommend. Thanks to all staff involved.

Fantastic experience: Very good - lots of open doors and windows to provide fresh air, to keep us safe while Covid is still present. The venue in the city would be safer and nicer in my view if they would only open a few doors to let in some air. Hand sanitiser can only do so much!

Positive experience: Great to find a pool locally where I can swim. Got all that you need...lockers,showers,change room, lifeguards, swimming equipment for the kids (boards etc), long enough and deep enough for a good swim if you want, shallow end is about a metre deep.... I'll be back, every weekend.
