Fantastic experience: Caz is a knowledgable, experienced coach with a World Champion title to her name in sticks! Her gym is friendly and her teaching style is personable, patient and well thought out. Caz is also a primary school teacher, so is extremely well equipped to be teaching wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and sticks to children and teenagers through from 1-2-1, to large classes. Likewise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any of the fighters I know for adult sessions.
