Fantastic experience: Poling for just under 2 years now. I’m so grateful for the journey the PFA and their lovely instructors took me on. When I started I was basically in rehab. Could barely move. Never once they made me feel I couldn’t do it. Or that it was a problem not to be able to do things as beautifully as other people could. It changed my life for the better and beyond.
