Fantastic experience: As a new member I chose the right day to do my first swim as for the majority of the hour I had the pool to myself! Lovely warm pool, fabulous jacuzzi, very clean changing rooms and really powerful hairdryers. What more could a woman want?! Looking forward to my getting fitter journey at this great club

Positive experience: We joined the gym as a family of four. The facilities are great, including a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. There are some nice touches, such as bags for wet clothes and paper cups, and the water in the pool is always warm enough to feel comfortable. However it would be great if management could consider some touch-ups and painting, as some parts are really old. What really stands out, though, is the politeness of the lady at the reception. She always greets everyone with a warm smile and is incredibly helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this gym went to do a workout at this gym for the 1st time and spoke to the lady at the desk and told her about my injuries and that I wanted to get back to my fitness and that it needs to be done safely due to my injuries and I would need help with a exercise plan and how to use the equipment at the gym I was then told a instructor is in the gym with a client and when finished he can guide you great I said and got changed and went to the gym when instructor was finished I asked him if he could help he said I be back in a minute 15 minutes later I’m still waiting so I go to the desk and ask the lady where is the instructor I was then told he was in a meeting oh would’ve been nice to be told. I said she just looked me up and down and then I said to her what about the safety of using me equipment before actually doing your training? They are big machines and we need To know how to use the equipment before we actually train on the equipment I was then told by her that no safety measures is put in place as it’s not needed well. This is the first I’ve ever heard from the gym and has put me off completely

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. Not impressed!

Negative experience: Wet bags for your wet clothes in the changing rooms is a nice touch. plus supplementary, body lotion and shower gel. Gym is sub standard, old and tiny. Changing rooms/toilets need a clean and paint as there’s excessive peeling on the walls. In the ladies, there’s strange orange stains on the ceilings for some reason, gross really. The steam room is decent because it gets nice and hot but it could do with a clean. Black stuff in between the grouting is a turn off. Outdated and gloomy, needs some love. .

Positive experience: Had a lovely aqua yoga session with Sara Welhams class and then was able to use the facilities after. I used the pool, very nice.

Fantastic experience: Used the gym on a free trial day pass and the sauna etc, not bad lil place good deal on membership for what's included.

Negative experience: Very disappointed will not be using this gym it’s a rip off staff are very rude they are not bothered with anything mens changing room compare to the lady ones lady’s changing room have private showers in the mens everything’s all open no privacy slippery floor very dangerous the jacuzzi is cold showers are cold nothing works at all in that gym for anyone planning on joining try it out as a guest past you shall see for your self. Everything still the same

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the gym staff especially Mark he tried ripping us of membership prices for that price and the facility they have at that gym not even worth £20 a month and they want 50 lol and a 12 month contract my personal experience the worst gym and especially disappointed with Mark

Negative experience: Pool water was cold , as were showers. Ladies changing rooms filthy, floors very slippery. Staff just sitting around not really bothering with anyone there. Having just had my membership increase come March it will be cancelled. Waste of money

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and helpful, equipment seems new and varied steam room was great hot tub great , sauna not bad

Fantastic experience: Been coming here a few months and have always found the staff really welcoming and helpful! The whole place is always clean and tidy but the only thing I would say is they need to fix the male lockers as not all lock, I have made them aware.

Negative experience: I use to go to the club regularly almost every week before lockdown, well things have changed since then. I went there today and I didn’t get the warmest welcome at all from the staff member Gemma, she was shockingly rude no politeness at all. Not going back there again that’s for sure. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there I use to tell my friends to go there to but not anymore I won’t.
