Greenock Sports Centre

Fantastic experience: I'm a support worker who's service users the sports centre to play badminton the staff are very nice to them.

Positive experience: Good for kids parties

Positive experience: The gym has a good choice of weights and machines though the place itself is a little dark for my liking being in the old extension 5 a side hall back in the day. Otherwise I can't really say it's changed much. The 5 a side parks are still the same from when I was a kid only difference is the price! Last I played on park B or 2 it still had same bevel on the boards down in the corner and a drip coming from roof with 1 of the lights out. I am Truly bewildered how the can charge about £60 a park in that condition.

Positive experience: Still waiting on a call back

Negative experience: Gym is good. But lap swim is terrible. Too shallow throughout, but the broken adjustable bit is too shallow to even pull. They have nice lane lines, but I’ve never seen them in the pool. So you have to swim with the bad ones that do nothing for turbulence.

Positive experience: Cannot coment as ive never been.

Negative experience: Smells of damp, roof leaks, floor is damaged and showers are shocking. It's completely run down but remains ridiculously over priced.

Fantastic experience: Went to church in here and it was lovely. Vineyard church run their Sunday service in here and I would highly recommend

Negative experience: Toilets and showers are disgraceful.

Fantastic experience: Go to METAFIT! It's challenging! Half an hour of sheer endurance and exercises you'll do that you never thought of!

Positive experience: There are two main sports centres in greenock one situated looking over the Clyde towards loch long and the other next to the old James watt college now renamed. Has great facility to train and staff Personal training is at hand for any queries just ask inside including two swimming pools,gym and more it's a great place for anyone who wants to increase their firtness or form.

Negative experience: Had my daughters 5th birthday in here bouncy castle football and goal provided in price pretty basic but next to us was men playing 5 a side so you can imagine the language pretty colourful but the kids loved it

Positive experience: Great staff great local resource with a wide range of activities and range of price membershipplans. Could do more to help tackle poverty premiere inclusion.

Positive experience: Full of crossfitters. But the wee weight gym gym has some serious trainers who know what they are doing.
