Negative experience: Disgusting gym, everything is extremely dirty, almost all machines are completely worn out and broken. Toilets constantly stink of feeces. They're also scammers. I've cancelled my membership and they're still trying to charge me. DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS GYM.

Negative experience: I’m absolutely appalled by my experience at Anytime Fitness, specifically with the trainer Alex. He has been nothing but a bully, constantly pressuring me for weekly payments and creating a hostile environment. I am owed £200, and every time I bring it up, he responds with aggression instead of professionalism. This behavior is unacceptable for someone in a position of trust. I expected better from a gym that promotes a positive community. Avoid this place if you want to feel safe and respected in your fitness journey.

Negative experience: I was quite disappointed with my experience at Anytimefitness, which unfortunately falls far short of the advertised 4-star rating. In reality, it feels more like a 1-star facility. Firstly, the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym are major concerns. The environment is unhygienic, and the equipment is consistently dirty and often broken. This issue is exacerbated by the fact that repairs take weeks, and there has been a noticeable lack of air conditioning throughout the summer. Additionally, the behavior of some gym-goers only adds to the frustration, as there seems to be a lack of respect and consideration among members. One of the most frustrating issues recently was the absence of a flat bench press, which is a fundamental piece of equipment. It’s hard to understand how such a basic necessity could be out of service for an extended period. Overall, Anytimefitness has not lived up to its reputation, and I would not recommend it based on my experience

Negative experience: Staff are desperate scammers. Piss poor customer service. Staff don’t listen to valid feedback, and try to lock you in to contract by ignoring all calls or attempts to contact. Gym is always dirty and unhygienic. AVOID. AVOID.

Negative experience: 1 star because some of the machines work but it’s so dark and dirty looking. Toilet always smells like pee, look and feel like a random public toilet in a busy area. Lockers aren’t great either, you need to bring your own lock. In a nutshell it’s VERY outdated. Bad AC. If you have nowhere else to go then join the gym

Fantastic experience: Coach Alex is an excellent trainer!! I’ve had training sessions with him for a few months now, and I can see massive improvements in my strength! He has tailored the sessions to what I needed to achieve my body goals, and it has worked incredibly well so far. He’s also a great person, very positive and motivating :)

Negative experience: I've been a member since August 2023, and I've seen the decline in the maintenance of the gym equipment and see many of my friends slowly quit the gym as a result. The multi-flight machine has been out of action for OVER 6 MONTHS. The leg extension machine broken for over 1 month (pin has worn down and no longer locks the mechanism). And many other machines with their cables snapped. This horrendous maintenance schedule, or complete lack of one, is utterly inexcusable. The manager has made repeat empty promises that something will be fixed, making the statement that there is only one person in the entire country that is able to come to the gym to fix the equipment - doubtful to say the least. Get better. This gym is the most expensive in the area. The price increase last October is completely unjustified given the condition this gym is left in. Avoid this gym.

Fantastic experience: Coach Alex is a great motivator, been motivating me since I started. Very good energy and makes working out a joy. Constantly pushes me to reach my goals, never finish a workout without sweating buckets.

Negative experience: You pay £35 and you have to put a weight to close the door if you pee for 3 weeks it's a shame

Negative experience: Truly amazing staff. Company doesn't care about maintenance of equipment. Lockers have been broken as long as I've been a member. Simple repairs take months (just rehook the punching bags). Money is all going to richer locations like Chiswick where the gym is so much better it's comical.

Negative experience: It's a very small gym, not worth the price to be honest. U think that by being smaller it's gone be less crowded but its the other way around. And the contract it's a nice scam I mean they what a month notice and u still got to pay. I don't recommend it at all. I use to think that the one next to asda is awful but this gym set the bar a little higher

Equipment, lockers, toilets, weights etc. Despite sending them emails and explaining what is wrong, they don't fix anything. And now they increase the price. Disgusting

Negative experience: BEWARE BEFORE SINGING IN - The only possible reason why you see 5-star reviews of this gym is that, after someone leaves a negative review, they start spamming posts on Instagram, begging people to leave a positive review to have a chance to win a free month. I trained at this gym for about two years, but 2 months ago, I cancelled my membership because I moved away from the area. Despite all the issues I experienced at the gym during those two years (which would take me ages to list), I initially decided not to leave any negative reviews and had no animosity against it. However, things changed. My last bill was due on November 1st, and the contract would have ended on the last day of November. But, on December 1st, I got charged again. I went to the gym to speak with the manager, and she told me that it must have been a "mistake," and I would have gotten the money back the following day. The following day, nothing happened, so I went again, and she told me that since it was Friday, no one in the main office was working. She assured me that I would have gotten the money by Monday. However, I waited until Tuesday, and still, nothing happened, so I had to raise a dispute through my bank to get the money back. Now, I'm still receiving emails and SMS asking me to reinstate my direct debit, as they want to charge me for January too. I even believed them at first that it could have been a mistake, but then I started scrolling through the reviews either here or on Trustpilot, and I found out it's a common practice. Probably they hope that out of 100 people, at least 10 of them don't notice that they keep being charged, so they keep milking them, while to the other 90, they play naive and tell them it's just a mistake. If you're in such need of money, go ask for change near the train station.

Negative experience: Very bad gym we cancelled gym from 6 months before but they still taking money from our account my wife visit 2-3 times every time they said this is the last payment. I recommend everyone don’t join this gym. You can choose any other gym you can cancel anytime

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym last month. Gym is good neat and clean . Only little things to fixed. Staff is very good co opeative. Manager is very nice , polite nature. Any problem you facing they try to sort quickly. About gym equipment is very good and up to date. I just wants to tell you guyz must visit with free pass to this gym and after you will decide. Overall nice good and budget friendly gym . Highly recommend.✌️✌️✌️✌️

Fantastic experience: Found out about this gym through Kiran's fitness page, she gave me a tour of the place, there's a great selection of machinery as well as private rooms to change/shower. There are several cleaning stations around the gym. Kiran was incredibly helpful and part of the reason why I signed up!

Negative experience: A terrible place I wish there should be an option of 0 star. The staff is very arrogant and uncaring. They are always trying to ignore their jobs. I don’t know why company are paying them high salaries when their only duty is to ignore the customers and calls. I lost my key called them and told about the matter first they said we will charge you £25 then I asked why is it they said we are currently busy just give us 02 minutes we will call back you. For next 30 minutes straight I was calling them they didn’t even answer my calls. And it’s not happened for the 1st time. I was about to ask my friends and mates to join the gym with me but now I will ask everyone to avoid this terrible disgusting unprofessional people.

Negative experience: One of the worst gyms I've been to. Equipment is fine although expect 1 or 2 machines to always be out of order and don't expect these to be fixed with any urgency. Very untidy. In the morning without fail there will be rubbish on the floor and no toilet roll. Appreciate it's a 24 hour gym so people at night may leave the gym in poor condition. However, not sure what excuse there is for the blood on the wall of the class room which has been there for most my 12 month contract The "12 month contract" is another key point. It is not 12 months. They will ignore your emails when you give them sufficient notice to cancel your membership once the commitment period ends. Once your commitment period is over they then require 30 days to cancel. This means that at a minimum the contract is 13 months. The contract states that if you give them sufficient notice they will cancel at after the commitment period. However, they conveniently break the terms of their contract and will ignore you. Hounslow is not blessed with good gyms. However, Golds Gym, Anytime Fitness in Twickenham and Energie Fitness in Brentford are all far superior. Cleaner, better equipment and the staff won't spend their whole time hiding in the staff room waiting for their shift to end.

Negative experience: The only good word I can say about the staff, Always smiled and happy to help. But the gym, equipment, lockers, toilets, changing room, walls, carpets, even mirror is broken. Owners not willing to invest but willing to increase the price.

Fantastic experience: Was in uk during Christmas and found this gym while I was staying close to the airport. Staff was amazing, very friendly and the gym has this machine which incorporates boxing and HIIT, it’s small but has the necessary things you need

Fantastic experience: Literally one of the best if you want a little bit more peace than usual. It’s nice and big enough for what you need to do, it’s got a lot of equipment including a boxing section too. Got a tour of it with Kiran very nice and polite.

Negative experience: Third edit: It's been over a year and none of the issues have been fixed. Got an email today about them also trying to raise their prices now on everyone which I'm extremely upset about. Would not recommend as you can see below they say they will take the feedback but haven't actually fixed any of the major issues in over a year. Edit: since my last review and chats with workers that said improvements were coming in Jan it is now August so dropping the review score. If there were any better alternative gyms in the area I would switch but unfortunately there aren't, it's better than the gym and golds gym and exercise 4 less which are the next closest 3 other places Overall a good and gym that never gets too busy. Has a good range of machines, 2 squat racks and dumbbell range up to 50kg. Staff are friendly and happy to help Things that could be improved. 1. Lack of good bumper plates if there's more than 1 person lifting moderate weights then they are all gone. The non bumper plates also are in disrepair with the rubber exterior falling off most the weight still. 2. Need a better bench for benching with a wider base ideally. 3. A good range of resistance bands would be appreciated and a nice plus but not needed. If those items get fixed would be a 5 starr easily

Negative experience: The gym is perfectly fine. However, BEWARE they lock you in for 12 months contract and you CANNOT CANCEL. Its very sad that the flexibility is not there.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of this branch since last October and have seen tremendous improvements in the environment. Toilets are cleaners, the gym equipments are more organised Sppecial thanks to Reggi, Kiran and Alex for restoring my ability to walk again

Fantastic experience: I came in for a tour of the gym last week and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the gym, especially considering it’s in Hounslow. I was shown around by one of the staff, Kiran, who was especially very friendly and attentive of both customers and the up-keeping of the gym itself. The gym is well maintained, has really good equipment and the opening hours are very convenient.

Negative experience: very bad services during the pandemic while the halls were closed her rooms stopped all the amount of money that was not needed. I sent emails to close the contract as they told me I had to do and I woke up with the payment of 1000 read.

Negative experience: Antime fitness has sold my information to AYOM who is demanding for money on behalf of them, I sent all the proof's to AYOM and anytime fitness that I don't owe the money, after chasing Anytime fitness only emailed once to confirm the payment is related to June 2020 thou I closed my account at start of year 2020, I closed my account due to relocation, and gym was closed due to covid and also the amount is wrong, my monthly amount was £29 not £41. I have been emailing them but no response. Later I decided to get intouch with citizenadvise B they advise me its a harassment on 3 grounds 1} ignoring you if you say you don't owe the money 2} implying that legal action can be taken when it can't. 3} Anytime fitness never communicated with me if/why the debt has been passed on to a debt collection agency. and many more. Good luck for processing this in court

Negative experience: Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! During Covid they signed me and my friend up for rolling contracts, we later found they were yearly ones! When I wanted to cancel they told me that’s fine and to give one months notice. Now have debt collectors after me for the apparent remaining amount I have to pay for the whole year. I’ve been dealing with this for a year now as once I tell the debt collectors what happened and show evidence they use another debt collector. Scam artists that are trying to stay afloat during Covid but using their customers to do so. DESPERATE.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at anytime fitness for 5 years on and off and I can honestly say that since the day I met Terry she has been one of the most friendly, helpful, fun , joyful ,kindest staff I have met with her big welcoming smile :)she’s always making a great effort to keep the gym clean and tidy and is always ready to listen and make you feel better . Positive experience: Not as good as the other branches because there are never enough cleaning products and one of the doors was broken for a long time (might even still be, idk). It’s mostly quiet tho and has a nice atmosphere but I do prefer Feltham.

Positive experience: I think this gym is OK generally speaking but can't be compared to other Anytime Fitness gyms in the wider area that I've been to. It's spacious but the kit looks worn out and the toilets could be cleaner. Sometimes they don't play music and it seems that there's maintenance work being carried out every day recently. It's not busy at all, so no waiting to use the machines.

Fantastic experience: I have never been a member of a better gym in my whole life than Everytime Fitness Hounslow. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, the owner - Neil, is such a professional guy, looking after everyone and everything there! Loved the communication, customer focused, brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Management cares about experience of members. Not too busy as compared to some other local gyms. I have never had to wait in queue for weights or machines. Friendly members and staff. I did have to wait at the door for a couple of days when my fob stopped working due to an issue but was resolved in a friendly and polite manner by the staff. Overall, a great, enjoyable experience everytime I visit Anytime Fitness. As compared to some other local gyms I have been a member of in the past, Anytime Fitness is far better. Evenings there are well spent.

Positive experience: Great little gym, that's not overly busy, the customers that go there are hygienic and sensible, which is really important in these current times! I do think they could have more machines though, for example, another chest press machine (with weights that can be manually added).

Negative experience: Free weights, squat rack and bench are never free and I was trapped in one year contract so couldn't even cancel my membership. I ended up spending 100s of pounds buying equipment that I couldn't use. To make the matter worse during the lockdown while every gym in the country froze monthly payments they kept on taking money and when I cancelled my direct debit they terminated my membership but guess what??? As soon as the gym opened they started charging me again even though my membership was cancelled. They harassed me by sending emails and texts every day and passed it to a debt collecting agency. Just so my credit history wouldn't get effected I had to pay them and got myself out. I would sincerely advises not to join this gym or at least don't sign a year long contract.

Negative experience: I didn't like the gym, the management weren't welcoming, very expensive compare to other gyms, no heavy weights, less machines overall I won't sign for membership of this gym.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional staff. Gym floor is dirty and it looks like no one is cleaning the machines properly. Also staff are not following the Covid-19 rules, as you can check on their Instagram page, they have pictures with a bunch of people who doesn’t keep the distance. I can’t risk my health going to that gym again. Not recommending.

Negative experience: Amazing gym what can I say. The gym is small. They are not nice people. Too expensive for this gym. They are not organized. I do not like it. Clients don't let you train. They always asked me where I was born, how old I was, if I had a relationship. How to train relaxed there? Never again. I promise. Please do not reply to my message with the offer to send you an email and discuss about my problem. I feel good thank you. Do not worry. I don't understand why, when you receive negative reviews you look for people and beg them to give you positive reviews and cover the negative ones. I really don't understand honestly. People just said their opinions. It is clear that the current reviews are false, because the way you answer them back is false. It is clear that it is false. If it were not false , you would have answered the same as the others reviews. Accept reality or give up your job honestly. But stop covering up negative reviews that have been written with sincerity. You will not solve anything honestly. Disappointed people will always write negative reviews so stop begging for positive ones. Aren't you ashamed to know that you have false reviews for which you begged? Don't you have respect for yourself as a man? Let people express their opinions and stop covering their negative reviews with positive reviews. If you had the same problems, you would be disappointed by injustice. So be fair. I repeat myself, please do not answer me back, as you do every time saying that you can not find anyone by the name. I know you can find them but you just don't want to admit it. Shame on you for taking money unfairly. I hope this message will help you as a person. But this gym is . One ⭐ is too much I swear.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym near Hounslow East. This place has a great atmosphere with incredibly welcoming and encouraging trainers. I joined the ‘breakfast club’ where I join a workout class each morning and then enjoy a breakfast meal-shake with the group: it’s the perfect way to start a day!! I’d recommend this gym for anyone at any level. Pop in and speak to the guys there, regardless of your goals and they will be incredibly happy to help and speak to you

Fantastic experience: Since anytime fitness has opened again since lockdown I have loved being back the new manger emi has changed the gym to a much better place. The staff are the best and have become freinds the gym is lovely and clean and brilliant vibes .i am loving being back training again well done emi and his team ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Anytime Fitness Hounslow since January this year and compared to my previous experiences at another gym in Hounslow, I much prefer the environment at this gym. The gym is clean and mostly quiet and although it is smaller in terms of area compared to my previous gym, I still find that a positive as they do have limited number of memberships which means the gym doesn't get as busy or crowded as my previous gym. They also recently introduced a nutrition bar and Breakfast club (I personally didn't try both) but I think it's a great addition to the gym. I also really like the new layout of the equipment and the instalments of mirrors around the gym.

Negative experience: I regret the first day I entered this gym. Those who work there are miserable. It's not clean, they don't talk nice to you. When I entered the gym they told me that I can close the contract whenever I want and the day I decided that this gym is not for me I was told that the contract is for 12 months and that I have to pay. They talk to you nicely and lie to you at first just to take your money out of your pocket. One of those who works there is called Emi Roberti , the Italian one who is always asleep because he uses illegal substance. In the gym I would have liked to have been asked what motivates me to come to the gym, but I was asked if I want to go out for coffee. How can I pay for this gym incessantly? Seriously. I believe that this gym must be closed forever. One star is too much for this miserable gym. Shame on you all !

Fantastic experience: Finally my brother dragged me down this wonderful gym. Met with Neil and Emi. Very friendly people. Also all the equipment are very good. Staff are very friendly and willing to always help. Joined up straight away. Also the have got a supplement bar. Was given a free complimentary protein shake, which I thought was a nice touch. I would recommended training here. 5 star

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best gym around the area. Neil and Emi have spent a lot of time in refurbishment during the lockdown. The gym looks amazing. I do know there was change in management structure 2 days ago, and some was let go, but nothing has effected the gym. Love the breakfast club in the mornings. Large gym, people are always friendly and willing to help. Showers are private and clean. I would recommend this gym to everyone Ohh I would recommend everyone to try their protein shakes. They have protein bar in the gym now, game changer.. Absolutely delicious..

Negative experience: This gym is so close to home that every time I receive an email saying “under new management”, I re-join. However, over the last 6 years, one thing has remained consistent — the owner, Neil. I have witnessed a pattern of toxic behaviour from this man, creating an unwelcoming environment for both it’s staff and guests. The owner does not value Hounslow’s dedicated community of gym-goers and dehumanises us with his hostile attitude. STOP letting the good people go! The Hounslow branch is dreadful in comparison to its surrounding branches and in these uncertain times, I continue to doubt it’s cleanliness. I highly advise you stay away from this place

Fantastic experience: I'm so happy to join the club. Staff are very dedicated and friendly. Its clean and well ventilated. You can ask for help and advise for your work out as well as your nutition and if they are free they would happily help. They run a breakfast club work out which you'll get a yummy healthy nutritious shake after :D

Fantastic experience: Since the reopening on Saturday this gym has given me a completely new meaning in life. All of a sudden from walk in gym where you go in and exercise I ended up making loads of friend within just few days as well as workout buddies and everyone is so lovely and always happy to help. Thanks to the new management team Emi and Andrei who are just amazing and so incredibly on point with everything this has become my second home and I'm sure it will stay this way. By far the best gym I've every been in (and I've tried most of them...).
