Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate gyms but wanted to join Everlast because it has a pool and offers Aqua Fit classes. I was very apprehensive but Maddie was amazing and I signed up. I have now started to join other classes on offer and every staff member I meet is kind and helpful. Special mention to Natalie and Amanda for delivering amazing classes. I just wish there were more but you’re only human! The gym itself is not too big and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Having the reception area is lovely as a member of staff is always available to offer help and advice and will greet on arrival and say cheerio on leaving. Thank you all for making my gym experience so much more enjoyable. I am about to have an introduction to using weight equipment by Rachael, which I vowed I would never do! Progress!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lovely community feel to the gym. New equipment is great, especially the built in fans. Great mix of classes- especially Amanda’s and Maddie’s classes- they are definitely elite level classes. Maddie is also a ray of sunshine, she is always full of amazing energy and is a great face to arrive to, especially if you’re not feeling the gym that particular day. Maddie is always professional, caring and no ask is too much. The team in general are great but Maddie is definitely the shining star of Everlast!

Fantastic experience: I joined Everlast Gym Kettering as I am working in the area for the next 6 months. I am really impressed with the gym, especially the sauna/steam room (which I thought was too good to be true at first, but was pleasantly surprised!!). I go there on my own and it’s very welcoming as a female. The staff are always friendly, especially when I’ve had silly questions about some gym equipment I wasn’t familiar with (Thanks, Danny!). Would definitely recommend to locals and I’m considering joining my local Everlast gym when I go home.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, especially if you want a gym that isn’t too big. Very friendly and helpful staff (always at hand if you need anything). Cardio area is honestly amazing and guess what? They have a stair master!! elevated pool and a great variety of weight training options. On top of all of this, there’s always a deal on something so you’ll save yourself money one way or another ☺️ with a monthly membership you’ll get 2 guest passes a month so you can always bring a family member or a friend. I’ve tried various gyms like Club Diana, Virgin and Pure Gym, but this one really stood out with how tailored it is. Give it a go and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for 1.5 years, the gym equipment has recently been replaced with new equipment. It's a very well priced membership, and the staff are very friendly, and will answer any questions. Everlast Kettering also has a swimming pool, steam room and sauna. In my eye's, it's the best gym in Kettering.

Fantastic experience: I go here for zumba. Jo is the absolute best instructor makes everyone feel welcome and hosts the best zumba dance classes. It's because of JO that I happily pay membership and LOVE zumba! 5*****

Fantastic experience: Came today after a week on holiday and wow. Swimming pool area been closed for a full refurbishment. Repainted, sauna and steam room deep cleaned and repairs made and AT LAST the redundant jacuzzi covered with a great looking decked area. Been told that next Thursday £100k worth of new equipment in the gym. Placed has looked tired but looking forward to the new look. Ps. Staff always friendy and yes the car park can be busy but tesco extra is a 2 min crossbthe road !

Negative experience: Didn't go inside. Went there 10am on a week day no parking space available at that time . Called the place and they told me to park in Tesco Extra parking... Not recommended if you are looking for a "quick session" gym. By the time you find a parking place and walk to the gym you lose 15min+driving time from your home

Negative experience: Just did not provide. Needs a huge refurbishment (I think that is planned soon) but right now, it’s not up to scratch. Sauna out of action on day 1, steam room is like sitting in a damp changing room, jacuzzi has no water in it, rumour has it that it’s not coming back, gym itself is not tooooo bad but some of the cardio kit needs updating. The staff are however very polite and clearly enjoy what they do. Cancelled membership on day 1.

Positive experience: Great equipment but the female bathrooms need some cleaning

Positive experience: Cheap membership deals better with blue light discounts. Plenty of classes to choose from but have to book very early to get on some as limited spaces . Friendly staff.

Negative experience: When you don't have better choice, Everlast becomes the best choice. Unfortunately in UK everything is the last choice with low expences. The Jacuzzi facilities are closed by saying that they found some bugs in. To my view is just for not spending money. Then water for swimming pool is not changed that often, I think it would need some test and check up..... and other things

Fantastic experience: Lovely place with plenty of space to park. The gym is good but the swimming lessons for kids are a bit too expensive. Overall, it's a good place.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the majority of gyms in Kettering but this is my favourite. Pros: - Lots of equipment to suit my needs. - Staff are amazing. - Decent mirrored studio - Good variety of classes - Pool, sauna and steam room - Easy to get to - Decent app - Reasonable membership price Cons: - jacuzzi closed for good - Showers don't stay in longer than 5 secs with button being held in. - equipment occasionally gets broken and takes a while to get fixed. - No readily available cleaning wipes for machines. - No water fountain (but staff with will up at tap if needed) - Car park is quite small and gets full quickly.

Positive experience: Average price but quite busy, unless you come in the afternoon. Also expect several machines to be broken and stay that way for weeks.

Positive experience: It is cheap and useful for what I need it for, but no equipment cleaning facilities, which after covid isn't acceptable. Seems a lot of the equipment is out of order and needs fixing.

Positive experience: It's ok, plenty of kit to get a good workout, but it's massively oversubscribed, some times you go there and you have next to no chance of getting on what you need without a wait. The spa bath almost never works too

Positive experience: Love it. Joined this morning, special offer £5 until end of July. Love swimming, but haven't been regularly for years. Went for a swim tonight, pool is great, steam room small but fine, showers are a bit rubbish. Didn't use the gym, looked very busy at the time I went (18.30). Looking forward to swimming again tomorrow.

Negative experience: Horrible organisation using shabby (close to predatory) business practices, Ive made a subscription for myself and my daughter. After more than a year, I've tried cancelling my daughters subscription. If you try to cancel, they tell you that You can only cancel using the online account. When you try to log in online to cancel, you can't do it. If you try to reset the password, you are informed that they can't send you a reset link. If you speak with the gym staff, they send you again to the online account (not working) If you cancel the direct debit, they keep attempting to charge your without notice and insist that you still owe them money unless you do a cancellation application online (ignoring all screenshots evidence provided that the account cant be accesed or reset). They refuse to cancel your subscription uless and they insist they are entitled to keep charging untill you back pay them even if it is for services you did not wanted, did not used and were unable to cancel because of thier own design.

Positive experience: Decent weights area with various machines and free weights. Plenty of cardio equipment plus a pool area with steam room, sauna and spa bath. Competitive price for all that is included.

Fantastic experience: My partner finds the gym welcoming , with a nice range of equipment. There's also a pool and sauna. All round a good value.

Positive experience: The staff are friendly and welcoming but the gym itself needs improving. Gym area isn't that big so if it's busy you'll have to wait longer to get on the equipment. The showers don't work properly and the spa area needs some maintenance.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member here for a year now. Great value! Pool, gym and classes all included in membership. The changing rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is slightly colder than it used to be I think, but still warmer than others. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all fab. Have done a couple of classes, hope to do more when time permits. I would love to see more of the popular classes duplicated through the week or at different times as there are often waitlists. There is a reasonable amount of parking outside, some use mcdonalds and tescos car parks and walk across. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The app is useful for booking classes. It's frustrating that when you wait list it doesn't auto give you the space when it becomes available. So many times they've emailed when a slot comes up but it's gone before I've had a chance to read it.

Positive experience: Good gym with, friendly staff. However, unfortunately, a high proportion of those attending the gym now appear to be under 18. It seems to be a place to hang out for young people. Unfortunately due to this and not being able to access the equipment due to the increased numbers I have cancelled my membership

Negative experience: Basically steal money from you if you try to leave. Cancelled membership in April got told by a member of staff via email last payment would be may. I then changed bank accounts but hadn’t yet closed the other one. Fast forward to July two more payments have been taken taking me into overdraft and receiving charges from the bank. emailed the head office who said it was a typo final payment should of been July and that they weren’t going to do anything about it. They then took money again in august. I first contacted the branch on 5th august spoke to someone on the phone sent the email chain over and still not heard anything back other than an email saying we’re chasing it (20days later still waiting) . Emails get ignored no help provided. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. And if you read other reviews you’ll see I’m not the first person this has happened too. Trying to make extra money by stealing from people.

Positive experience: First impressions, very clean with good facilities. Didn't seem overly busy.

Positive experience: Good gym. Friendly staff. New machines. Clean and tidy interior. Changing rooms and lockers. Showers. Only issue is there's no water fountain like there was before covid. Forced to buy water in gym or bring your own.

Negative experience: For god sake deep clean the place, every time I go I get ill, gym and equipment is filthy so is the water in the pool, wish I’d never joined.

Negative experience: Absolute shambles of a gym more like a kids community centre then a gym 4 lanes to swimming blocked up with children constantly like it's a communal pool when it's supposed to be a gym. Don't bother doing a years subscription whatever you do as if you don't like it they won't refund you your money if unhappy pay as you go to save yourself the misery and the gym is full constantly with kids sitting on apparatus sitting on there phones as you wait to use any apparatus

Positive experience: Great gym membership price, bonus having the pool, steam, sauna & jacuzzi. The place needs a bit of an update, it is looking run down in areas. Also a good clean, noticed some large cobwebs hanging thought-out the main gym area and plenty of dust all round tv sceeens.

Positive experience: The gym itself is very good never having a problem getting on the equipment but the showers on the other hand are absolutely awful. Please spend some time and money on the shower area. The shower curtains need replacing and the showers themselves do not stay on long enough constantly having to activate.

Positive experience: Now a good gym, in the past it was so dated but now has had its equipment revamped and a much better place to train. Changing rooms could do with a revamp.

Positive experience: Everlast would be a great place to go if they did some repairs to the place. I have been going since it was LA Fitness and only slight decoration of the place has been done all this time even though it changed hands several times. At the moment the pool is cold has been since the summer last year. Women's changing rooms are like changeing in a freezer. Showers luke warm. Staff have been told about this time and time again but nothing seems to be getting done. I'm not complaining about the staff they are really lovely and friendly that what keeps me going as they always find time to talk to you. Its a pity the big bosses do not do something to make these improvements.

Positive experience: Sauna and steam appear to be constantly out of order and lane rope in swimming pool needs replacing. General up keep not good.

Negative experience: Be very very careful. If you cancel your membership for any reason it’s a nightmare to get them to stop billing you and even harder to get your money back if they were allowed automatic billing on your bank account. This happened to me and I can’t express enough how sorry I am that I joined Everlast Fitness Club after this dreadful experience. Even to this day, months later, I am still having automatic membership deductions taken from my bank account, an account that I cancelled. Their customer service is a solely abysmal. Usually they won’t respond to queries at all and if you are lucky to get a response it takes forever to get it. Nothing about their customer service is customer oriented. You’ve been warned. Stay clear of this gym. If you don’t then prepare to regret joining in a major way.

Positive experience: I'm here Monday to Friday...the atmosphere makes me work harder, the music makes me feel good, and the few people I speak to motivate me. Male staff are helpful too.

Positive experience: I love this gym. Firstly it’s a bargain at £20 per month. It has a pool, sauna, steam room and jucuzzi and a well equipped gym. The one slight issue I have is that the jucuzzi is often out of order and not available for use. This is disappointing as I love to have a chill in there after a swim. The staff are friendly and polite and the changing rooms are clean. Lovely hot showers too! All in all - % recommended

Positive experience: Has had a new make over in lockdown it seems. £20 a month is ok. It’s not a huge place and loses a star for the car park being tiny. Has a pool though and isn’t called sports direct anymore , which makes it sound more appealing to start with.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership today 23 September, because they have introduced track & trace. People need to wise up, there is no deadly pandemic. 99% recovery rate, 24th on list of causes of death, you are more likely to die from travelling to work. You get a track and trace and then someone else gets a PCR test (fake test btw) before you know it, track & trace says you've been next to someone who got a positive test, which is, remember, a fake test, you get a message telling you to isolate for 14 days. Good luck paying the bills. Next they will introduce vaccination passports, and microchip implants. Stop going along with the new abnormal.

Fantastic experience: Love going here, for yoga, and occasionally swimming. Don't go as often as i should, but it's really convenient for my house as it's walking distance away.

Negative experience: Barbell collars are cheap and hard to put on the barbell. So basically people will be lifting with weights sliding off.

Positive experience: ABSOLUTE FILTHY HOLE. !! The changing room are disgusting with mould everywhere. The mats and equipment are ripped to shreds. The whole place needs closing down and refurbishing. It’s DISCUSTING !!

Negative experience: Gym need referb steam room in disrepair spa hardly ever available plus showers broken and cold. Disabled lady with consultants letter stating not to over use wrist as soft tissue injury yet SPORTS DRIECT GYM are harassing me for £94 broken contract of which I didn’t take out. I could leave at any point after 6 months. Disgusted of how I’ve been treated. I’d be very careful with this so called gym... I only used the pool maybe once or twice a week and sometimes that was closed due to over use of chlorine. After falling and hurting my wrist I couldn’t attend! Never again stay away if you don’t want your leg scratched in steam room or burnt skin from too much chlorine in spar and swimming pool.

Positive experience: I joined this gym back in septer 2019. Brilliant staff, amazing classes and instructors not how i thought a gym would be at all. I feel at home here

Positive experience: Adequate facilities but poor showers and some broken equipment
