Our comment from FitFit UK about Barking Sporthouse and Gym:
Barking Sporthouse and Gym is a vibrant sports center located in Dagenham, United Kingdom, offering a wide variety of activities for all ages. Visitors have praised the center for its excellent atmosphere and friendly staff, particularly highlighting individuals like Nathan and Quinton for their exceptional service.
Among the amenities, the trampoline park and soft play area stand out as fantastic options for families. Parents have expressed their children's delight in these facilities, noting the engaging and clean environments. Many also appreciate the spaciousness of the gym and the diversity of equipment available, which makes it an ideal place for workouts.
However, some guests have reported issues that could use attention. There are mentions of maintenance problems, with several trampolines and other equipment not functioning properly. A few have expressed concerns regarding the cleanliness of the soft play areas and the organization of birthday parties, pointing to delays and poor staff communication as areas for improvement.
Additionally, while the center boasts a variety of offerings, some visitors wish for enhancements like an early opening time or the inclusion of a swimming pool. Feedback about customer service has been mixed, as some staff interactions have been described as rude or unhelpful.
Overall, Barking Sporthouse and Gym is a well-loved community hub with ample opportunities for recreation and fitness, though a few adjustments in service and facility maintenance could further enhance the visitor experience.

Barking Sporthouse and Gym: Opinions
Negative experience: Very run down. Used to be a place I'd go regularly but there's always things that aren't working. There's no music and facilities out of use which makes the place dull which is a shame as I used to go regularly.
Fantastic experience: Used the skatepark on our visit. Great atmosphere, with exceptional friendly staff. Nathan always makes you feel welcome, helps with any needs, and supports all while they are there. He even offers to film to really give you the full experience. Thank you. Only thing we would suggest is that there was an option for professional coaching....the venue is perfect for it.
Fantastic experience: Great gym, wonderful memberships just wish it was open earlier...
Fantastic experience: I could not get over how brilliant the soft play was. Very good value for money.
Fantastic experience: Lovely gym has almost everything you need... the only thing missing is probably a swimming pool
Fantastic experience: Attended a birthday party with my little one and was very pleasantly surprised by the facilities and care of the staff when asking questions on what is needed for the different activity areas. My little girl really enjoyed the soft play area!
Fantastic experience: Just had my daughter 10th birthday today and our host was Ricky who entertained the kids in the trampolines and very helpful with my staff for kids!! Well done
Fantastic experience: We had my daughter’s 8th Birthday here and it was fabulous. We had an amazing party lead (Ricky) who helped keep kids entertained. All staff were warm and welcoming and despite how busy they were they kept smiling! The room was clean and spacious and we had time to set it up prior to jumping!! Thanks all!
Negative experience: I went there on Saturday. Unfortunately there are many trampolines not working and they just put a tape or yellow sign instead fix the problem. I have a 2 years old and it's not easy just tell him not jump in that place. The staff were rude all the time my son was stepping on damaged trampoline. Another staff dont even knew about the rules when I asked if my son could use the place for little ones he said I just needed to go to other side I was walking to one side to other like an idiot. Finally someone said it was not allowed as we paid for one side of playground. It should be one price for the whole playground but not. It's divided. I asked if I could pay more for my son to use but he was very short "ask reception". I'm not going back there for sure!
Fantastic experience: Kids loved it. The instructors were very nice and patient
Fantastic experience: Fantastic place. Top staff. Kids love it. We’re regulars
Negative experience: Very loud music in the gym area. Can’t hear your own music in AirPods. Headache of this play list. Tried to complain at the reception ,no action was taken. Not mentioning all other issues in the gym area. Need a serious update.
Fantastic experience: Amazing place for children, small and big. We had an amazing time, and my little one explored all the sections for babies. There is so much to do and explore. They even have a section for small babies between 0 and 2 years. So I 100% recommend this place for sports, activities and soft play.
Fantastic experience: Very good gym, 3 very big and spacious floors. Lots of equipment and never gets too busy. My fav place to work out.
Negative experience: I left a decent review about one month ago when I visited the baby soft play area but having gone recently a few more times I have to do an update to outline how dirty the area is! As you enter, the smell is appalling, I have even seen a man sneeze ON one of the pillars, a baby vomited and none of the staff cleaned it up, neither did that disgusting parent of the infant. Speaking of staff, I must comment that it is NOT appropriate to throw balls back into the ball pit WHILE a parent and infant are sitting right by it, you nearly hit my child in the face. Instead, wait until paying customers leave the ball pit to toss the balls back in! This area needs to SHUTDOWN at least twice a year for a day in order to DEEP CLEAN the soft play facilities because it is in need of a good clean!
Fantastic experience: Bounce bounce bounce! Lots of fun bouncing ♀️♂️
Positive experience: Play badminton here, courts are always messy. Players leave there rubbish around the floor.
Fantastic experience: Really good for all the family their indoor trampoline park/indoor wall climbing/ indoor slate park as well as sports hall and gym i definitely Recommend this place to anyone
Positive experience: Fun and enjoyable for kids. Strawberry slushie wasn't very nice.
Fantastic experience: What a brilliant centre spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful and pleasant will definitely return
Negative experience: It was first time coming to Barking sport house and gym . I had a booking confirmation at 6:30 . At reception when I asked for this class a member of stuff who her name was cloerpatra was so rude to me and keep acting like I am lying . Even I showed her my confirmation email and she told me I didn’t email you and do you see my name on the email .go and see who email you .what a Shame …She made me so disappointed and shocked that I lost my confidence and enthusiasm. I decided to cancel my membership due to this rudeness. Never recommend this center.
Negative experience: Been coming for 2 years now, Gym is good, I like it with regards to equipment and size etc. But the staff are a headache, I was asked to leave at 9:55pm (because the staff probably had plans that evening hence they were defrauding the company and closing earlier) when the gym closes at 10:00pm and when I refused to leave at 9:55pm they made a big issue of it (I had one 3 minute workout remaining for the day). In addition to this, they’re always walking around looking for issues like a teacher. You’d think you were in a school and you were a student all over again. Will give it 2 stars because the gym itself is nice and they offer trampoline parks with badminton although I have heard very negative reviews with the badminton park. Some of the staff are also lovely, it’s mainly the supervisors and the managers who will always be on your back moaning at you for wearing the wrong trousers or the wrong footwear etc.
Hi Ahmad, we apologise for any inconvenience you had. We have addressed this matter privately and really hope to see you in our facility again.
Fantastic experience: What a place to bring young kids, birthday's,parties.Massive& very freindly
Negative experience: Kids enjoyed their time in the jump park, but do not expect to play dodge ball or basket ball, there was little to none to use as they never get replaced..
Fantastic experience: I had an issue with booking online. I paid twice over and didn’t get a email confirming booking. The customer service over the phone wasn’t helpful at all but rude. I then went into the venue and was helped by a very polite customer service representative named Jack. Would definitely recommend coming here
Fantastic experience: Very big and fun place for kids, plenty of parking outside.
Negative experience: very bad experience of trying to book badminton in Newham leisure centre, since they have taken over this centre from 1st of April it became a use less centre. Sent 4 emails and contacted customer service 5 times just to book badminton which I have been playing in this centre for last 7 years. Now this organisation became use less to me
Negative experience: If you want what’s best for you, you won’t book a badminton session here. They will last minute cancel your booking and you will turn up disappointed repeatedly. What’s worse…. they take almost a month to refund you. Save your time, energy and money and go somewhere else.
Positive experience: Decent equipment. 3 gym spaces. Some new and old. No swimming pool
Fantastic experience: Was here on Saturday with my kids, the staff generally were friendly. There was one member of staff, his name was max from what I can remember who went above and beyond the call of duty. He made my time there absolutely fantastic, he is a credit to your team.
Negative experience: Absolute pathetic insitution, they will cancel you badminton booking for absolutely no reason without any explanation. Pathetic fools
Fantastic experience: Very good day in the half term where 6 Gp with out a appt and free food and blood check, massage for hands and back free hair cut, free children milk getting made it was so beautiful and good day
Negative experience: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent string of cancellations for badminton court bookings at your facility. For the past three weeks, my group and I have consistently booked badminton courts, only to have our reservations abruptly canceled without any valid explanations provided. Today, we arrived at the Better Center at Barking and Dagenham for our scheduled booking, only to be informed that the badminton courts had been canceled once again. To make matters worse, we were told that an email notification regarding the cancellation failed to be delivered. This recurring issue is unacceptable, especially from a reputable company like yours. The frequency of these cancellations is disrupting our plans and wasting our time. We rely on your facility to honor our bookings and provide the service we expect. The lack of communication and reliability is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the customer service we received at the reception desk was shockingly poor. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and provided no assistance in resolving the situation. This level of service is below any reasonable standard and reflects poorly on your establishment. As paying customers, we deserve better treatment and more reliable service. I urge you to address this issue promptly and implement measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. It is crucial for your reputation and for maintaining customer satisfaction.
Positive experience: I had my son’s birthday party, the place is lovely but poorly coordinated . Our food arrived late, when we were about to cut the cake they communicated that the centre is now closed, leaving us in a bad position with our guests…
Positive experience: Great gym for families. Nice staff. Toilets and food need improvement.
Fantastic experience: It was great experience in climb zone. Excellent customer service by Quinton, he encouraged us and was very helpful and making us have amazing time 5 star for his service.
Fantastic experience: It was my kids first experience at the Clip n Climb! We had the best experience with Quinten. He was so calm and patient and extremely motivating. He taught techniques, showed, helped and pushed the kids to their best capacity, all with a never ending smile. My kids were so happy and said we will always come here, only because Quinten made their experience an unforgettable one! Thank you so much to Quinten from me and my kids! We truly appreciated your kind support and hope to have more experiences with you around.
Fantastic experience: There is a playing area for kids balls and trampoline is really superb my baby enjoyed it
Fantastic experience: Perfect place for all levels, it's a huge indoor space with wooden floor throughout, there's even room for scooters . The entry fee is fair and they have equipment you can rent for a minimal price. Also has a seated area for onlookers etc. Prebook online or pay on the door. Perfect for rainy or cold days.
Negative experience: Been going to this gym for many years. Due to financial reasons I recently had to stop my membership. I was on a walk in mayesbrook park the other day and asked to use the bathroom (I have bladder issues) and was denied as I wasn't a member. As the only toilets in the park where else am I suppose to go? Really disappointed with the way this 'social enterprise' conducts itself. To add to this, they have issues with people playing badminton after their one hour session is over, even if no-one else has booked the court and the sport hall is basically empty... Really disappointing stuff.
Negative experience: GLL who are the operator are a charity and society for benefits of the community. However that does not reflect the actions of the organisation or the centre. Customer service and customer care does not exist, there seems to be a great deal of effort and energy used to upset members and users of the centre. Short notice cancellation, no explanation, no notification and general lack of care is the norm. Whilst using the centre, unfriendly and unprofessional behaviour and the feeling that users and visitors are an inconvenience to be tolerated. Poor quality equipment and environment preventing use of the centre. A charity which receives support from Councils and other benefactors should be expected to deliver a better and more friendly experience then commercial facilities. I hope that someone will take the time to read the review and consider looking into the issues and experiences of the users and the large number of reviews setting out the poor experience and services being delivered by GLL and staff. This surely cannot be allowed to continue.
Negative experience: Avoid This Smash: As an avid badminton enthusiast, I joined this gym couple of years ago to play badminton. Since last couple of months I had the misfortune of experiencing badminton courts, and let me tell you, it was a complete drop shot into disappointment. Court Cancellations: The most glaring issue was the frequent cancellation of badminton courts. My carefully planned rallies were met with more "court unavailable" notifications than winning smashes. This lack of reliability is enough to leave any badminton player stranded and frustrated. Poor lighting: Adding insult to injury was the poor lighting, both in the sports hall and the car park. The badminton court felt more like a twilight zone, making it difficult to track the shuttlecock. The dimly lit car park, on the other hand, was an unnerving welcome and goodbye. I have been playing badminton last 15 years in different London boroughs and never seen £1.50 charge for non members to play badminton with a member. This is a joke as we need at least two players to play. In conclusion, unless you enjoy the thrill of unpredictable cancellations, prefer badminton in poor lighting, and find solace in dimly lit parking lots, steer clear of this badminton facilities. Do yourself a favor and avoid this particular badminton centre.
Negative experience: This the worst badminton center i have ever seen in my life evertime they cancel the sessions last minute. Poor lightning atleast 40 percent of light will not work at all both in the sports hall and car park is always dark. They never keep the courts tidy and neat. Lines of the courts is very poor with 100 different colors. Badminton nets are worst they have so many holes never tie it tightly or correctly. Additional charge £1.50 for non member. Never treat people with respect no responsibility for the staff i am seeing this from last 3 years
Negative experience: The badminton court booking system and attitude of the staff have taken a nosedive in the last few months with last-minute court cancellations, poor customer service and treating customers rudely. According to their terms and conditions, they are allowed to cancel bookings at the last minute, however, as a customer, it is only tolerable in exceptional circumstances. A clearer policy on acceptable reasons for cancellations is needed along with a compensation for inconvenience. If you plan to do this on a regular basis, then please let us know so that we can find a facility with more reliable services.
Negative experience: Badminton booking sessions are cancelled very frequently without enough notice to booking holders and each time they give same reason 'cannot access their systems' it is noted some other people's sessions either were not cancelled or were allowed to play there. This appears unfair, the sports centre's management is not at all upto the standard and far from efficiency. The lighting is not adequate in the courts and players do not have adequate visibility when playing. I would not recommend this centre in my circles and local communities unless the centre improves.
Negative experience: Barking Sports House has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are very rude and disrespectful to customers and make their own sports house “rules” for the day and impose these on the customers. When we challenge their approach, they say if you don’t like it then leave. For the past few months I’ve booked badminton courts and these get cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. PLEASE AVOID BARKING SPORTHOUSE… IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY TAKING MEMBERSHIP.
Positive experience: Took my 2 year, sister and nephew to the soft play. Very nice experience, staff helpful
Negative experience: Joined them for Badminton Courts which is part of my package, but despite that I am paying a hefty amount each month to play badminton, they keep cancelling last minute if a private party approaches them for a private hire. Instead of being honest and upfront about why they are cancelling for more money, they lie and say that the Courts are under maintenance. It's a shame that a brand of their calibre has to resort to lying to make extra money and steal us of our hard earned money.
Negative experience: Been a member for over 2 years just to play badminton but their service is really poor so I cancelled my membership.
Negative experience: Constant last minute cancellations on bookings, rendering a £60 badminton membership useless. Am unable to book a court and am met with aloof and rude behaviour from staff members. Please resolve this issue
Negative experience: Always talking about staying active working together as a community etc but disappointing us on daily basis with the ridiculous customer service and last minute cancellations whenever we book a session to play badminton. Been a member for a while because I play badminton at Barking Sport Centre. Even after paying so much money and making bookings in advance but my bookings get cancel last minutes just so they can make more money from others club by giving them the whole hall and cancel our organised sessions relentlessly.
Negative experience: From last 2 months they have been consistently cancelling badminton bookings. Sometimes on the same day and sometimes last minute cancellations. And the worse case scenario is sometimes they don’t even bother to send an email. Nobody from the team is listening and taking the responsibility of resolving this issue.
Negative experience: Daily cancellations of badminton bookings, last minute, minimal notice. Have discussed this with the manager James who assured me that he plans ahead and it was the system at fault, however nothing has changed. They have let the badminton community down, no consideration, no empathy, no respect. Choosing paid private bookings over members pre-booked sessions. I guess money talks, so much for being a social community enterprise, just a fancy slogan. Disappointing.
Negative experience: Their treatment for their loyal members is humiliating. They will cancel your booking last minute without any reason whatsoever. If you write to them to complain, they will ignore you. If you raise a concern publicly, they will ask you to send a private msg. If you send a private msg, they will say that the cancellation was because of repair & maintenance and in line with the T&Cs. However, if you pop in when the alleged "repair & maintenance" is meant to be going on, you will see a private booking being served. They are pathetic liars - not merely disloyal, disrespectful & dishonest. Avoid them at all cost; spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Negative experience: Barking Sports House consistently cancels badminton court bookings at the last minute. If reliability is important to you, I'd advise against booking courts with them.
Negative experience: This gym has gone downhill ever since new management took over! The badminton courts are constantly cancelled leaving loyal customers and gym goers frustrated. Whats more, the staff are rude and abrupt, dont even both registering with these lot!
Fantastic experience: Came to the trampoline Park with the kids. All had an amazing time. And staff was very helpful and polite
Positive experience: We visited the trampoline park and the soft play. Great fun for the kids, very clean. Only points were the fact we couldn’t access the softplay from the trampoline park. Even though there was access we were made to walk back all around the building to the other side. Also the cafe was closed.
Positive experience: Cafe is overpriced so take your own refreshments. Not the cleanest place I’ve seen but kids don’t look at that type of thing.
Fantastic experience: We had our 10 year olds birthday party today at the trampoline park. The staff were all amazing, very helpful, went out of their way to assist us and make our boys day as special as it was. Would highly recommend it!
Fantastic experience: Great soft play area for younger children.
Fantastic experience: Really good trampoline Park, not too busy like most places and my 3 year old absolutely loved it. Soft play could do with a renovation though, not enough activities.
Positive experience: We have been here a lot and also for few parties. They need to review the preparation time for parents or allow people to buy double slots. It's always chaotic, and I feel really sorry for the parents.
Positive experience: Best soft play and trampoline park I’ve been to, very clean, went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t even busy. Only downside was 1 member of staff working at the reception on a busy Saturday afternoon, there were 2 birthday parties and many others using the facilities but one staff member trying to do it all, he was rude too, couldn’t handle it and was rolling his eyes and sighing at customers.
Fantastic experience: Visited the sporthouse and used trampolines for the first time. Lot of free parking for customers. Even though I'm a better member at another leisure centre, I felt the existing member discount was negligible so the charge was expensive. Had to buy trampoline socks with rubber soles, as normal socks are slippery and not allowed.
Negative experience: Stuff are very rude especially James his showing attitude and gave us wrong information. While we are playing badminton James went to the middle of the court and he didn’t even let us play for 2 minutes extra while there is no one coming to play and the court was empty. He talks very aggressively we are very disappointed with his service.
Negative experience: "I had a disappointing encounter at Better Gym recently. I approached the receptionist and politely asked if I could use their restroom. To my surprise, I was refused and told that non-members shouldn't be on their premises. It left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed with the customer service. I believe a more courteous approach could have been taken to handle this situation."
Fantastic experience: I come here at-least once a week to the soft play and today my drink got stuck! I was helped by Lewis he literally got it out with a clipboard honestly lovely staff!!
Fantastic experience: Great Trampoline park. Big, well maintained. And staff are friendly. Lots of.other facilities. Climbing walls. Indoor skatepark. Free car park. Free outdoor playground too. My 8 year old loves it. The other East London trampoline parks are very run down. Zap in Stratford is now closed. So this place is the best option weve found. Could do with a bit more of a cafe amd perhaps some games like table football for when the kids have finished bouncing, otherwise all good.
Negative experience: It has atrocious changing and shower facilities. No cubicles, the showers are open, and no lockers in the changing room. The lockers are in the hallway, so if I want to put my bag in locker while I shower, I have to go out to locker in hall, naked in my towel. This is a first, I've never seen such poor facilities in a gym. I wouldn't recommend this gym to any sane person.
Fantastic experience: I love this place! When I was younger I used to skateboard here, and managed to get a job as a receptionist for the gym; was a lovely team to work with. Now, I bring my son to softplay and we come here nearly every day. The staff are friendly and very considerate.
Negative experience: The gym here is terrible with the highest membership fee in the area, don't be swayed by high ratings, it's their other services which are good not their gym. I've seen lower priced gyms being way better than this one while being a lot smaller, I'm going to change to other gym providers soon. - Machines have missing knobs to even operate, is anyone even checking them? - Benches are rocking side to side - Machines are missing cushions on seats - The floor is uneven, you can trip up easily in weight area. - Wouldn't say there is a wide range of equipment for strength training, - Barely any sets of the same weight to go around, you have to wait for someone to be done. Especially on upper floor where the weights range is so minimal. Not enough benches for such a large space too. - There are decent amount of treadmills, cycle machines and squat racks, that's the only positive.
Negative experience: This place has gone seriously gone downhill in recent years and espeically this year with the supposed new owners. I'm only writing this because of a recent email they sent stating they're increasing the monthly gym membership. I would understand if it was a decent establishment but they are so clueless and deluded it's beyond laughable. I wouldn't sign up if you were considering to. - They take several months to replace or fix machines, any gym of their size would do this within a week. One example is that stair machine which they promised they would replace right away but it took about 6+ months to replace. - If they can't fix a machine, instead of replacing it with a new one or even a refurbished one, they replace good machines with old, dingy and even worse ones to the ones we already had. Beyond confusing how they think this is ok. - Staff? God knows if they even have any. Most of them are so useless and do nothing but stand around miserably still moping over the queens death or something. They hardly clean or tidy anything and a lot of them are rude for no reason. Considering we pay their salaries and they basically work for the members, it is embarassing. They need to train these people better. This was once a decent gym with good facilities and machines but now it is a mess and needs a good clean up. Increasing gym prices and not even fixing existing problems is worrying. Sort yourself out.
Negative experience: I held my daughter's birthday party at this establishment today. I paid for a party package as I have attended previous parties here before. Firstly, the room that I booked was left in a state from a precious party. Although, they offered an alternative, I picked the room I wanted for a reason. They managed to clean it up as best as possible whilst we was there but it easy not of great standard. Secondly, they always give misleading instructions to their customers. They told me I was unable to pay for extra kids on the day but previous parties were allowed to do so, resulting in me losing out on money with no rectification. A member of staff said I'd be able to use it to attend in future, whereas the manager point blank said no there's nothing he can do about it. Lastly, the food was not up to it's usual standard as ALL the kids said they didn't like the food and there was leftovers. Bare in mind, my children and I have attended parties herer before and had no issues prior. I'm so disappointed with the service that Better have provided as I am quite regular customer and have been attending here since it opened. This has led to me not wanting to come back again!
Negative experience: I regularly come in with my two kids for jumping and soft play sessions. They jump on their own while I look after them from the park. however today I came, they expected me to jump with the kids which is completely unreasonable. I don't have the strength to jump with the kids. not interested. this your foolish policy if yours doesn't make sense.
Fantastic experience: Huge three level building with various types of machines. Lots of activities like skateboarding, badminton, kids parties space and so on Cafeteria is open with cold or hot ready to eat food as well. Teas and coffees, soft drinks and ice creams / vending machines available for purchase
What great pictures you have posted and thanks for taking the time to leave the review.
Fantastic experience: Very nice skate park my son loves it. There is a nice park where you can take a walk
What A great Response thanks for taking your time to write this
Fantastic experience: Children loved it here, wish the sessions were a little longer. By far the best trampoline park!
Positive experience: Nice club for kids and also fot other activities
Negative experience: Horrible manager, we made a mistake with booking we missed the Day when we were supposed to do the climbing activities just realised after we went there that it was the previous day same time. but there was no remorse from the manager even after seeing how disappointed the kids were. I accept its our mistake but am sure there was a better way to handle it. Even if its a half refund o'r 30 minutes climbing to make up for the kids but he dint want to understand. Really disappointed!
Positive experience: Skatepark review: staff friendly and helpful, good layout, size of ramps, and with flat area for practice. But the wood can be quite slippery, my wheels slipped out from under me at the top of a ramp and made me fall pretty badly. Unfortunately I wouldn’t come back for this reason.
Thanks for your honest feedback, and for leaving a 4 stars review
Negative experience: The staff making coffee need to be train how to make a good coffee. Probably coffee they used is rubbish, as the creamy bit never came out from the machine plus they warming up too much milk for one coffee. Whatever left in a jar they adding more milk for another customer, which makes the milk burnt. Coffee tasted horrible, I asked the lady to make me another one, which she did but it tasted the same. I would like to suggest that nuzzle to make milk froth should be cleaned each time , which evidently it is not. I understand it’s not a professional coffee shop but the price they charging is not much less than high street. Will never purchase hot drink from them
so sorry to hear this please DM us on [email protected]
Positive experience: Good experience with a lot more to do they have a soft play for kids, rock climbing, trampoline. £8 per child for soft play and for 1 adult is free and for trampoline £9 for kid and £11 for adult
Thank you for taking your time to add the great photo's on, and also for the great review.
Fantastic experience: Local to me, but going for the first time for my friends son birthday party. Very large premises, housing gym, sports house, soft play and bouncing play. Ample parking space. Very impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. Soft play was small, obviously not a proper soft play, but none the less, kids still had fun, was clean and spaced out. Bounce area is very big with various areas. For parties I would highly recommend, selection of kids meal and for adults, a plus food is halal!
Thank you for your great review, we are so happy that took the time to give the 5 stars review.
Fantastic experience: Efficient staff, always clean. Love the trampoline Park. Changing room always presentable and stocked with toilet roll
Thanks you for your great feedback
Fantastic experience: Been many times to this venue, well run, always clean and always have knackered children after our visits.either parties or individual play are excellent value for money
Thanks for your 5 star’s review
Negative experience: The trapoline park itself was really nice and fun to play in.The service though was really bad, they didn't let us bring food from outside or even help us cut the cake. There was a list of names of kids who ordered for certain foods. They just gave us the list and didn't read out the food orders. They also didn't decorate the room for us. They didn't give us party packs although we brought our own one. I will never be going back there again
Sorry for your experience, please DM us to get a better understanding, where we went wrong and how we can improve on this. [email protected]
Negative experience: Poor communication between staff members & unreliable service. There was a huge blunder from the organisation's side when it came to the bookings. Had my poor kids waiting for an hour or so before the issue had been rectified and they were allowed inside... Even then, a lot of time had been wasted where the kids had only about 1/3 of playing time. Will be going to Flip Out next time! ♂️✌
Sorry you had this experience please email us on [email protected]
Positive experience: Everyone seems to be having a very fun time.
Thanks you for you review
Negative experience: Avoid this place. It’s a scam. Missing information on the website while booking and then charge you extra for everything. They charge adult even if they are just supervising their kid. Very rude staff.
Thanks for your honest feedback please email us at [email protected] to discuss your concerns
Fantastic experience: Skatepark review. We travelled a couple of hours to get there and it was worth the effort. Great skatepark with a big selection of ramps, dropins, bowls, half pipes, rails... It has it all. Fast wood construction in great condition. And very friendly staff at check-in.
Thank you so much for your 5 star reviews
Fantastic experience: A really nice gym and a lot better than I was expecting. There is so much to do and all age groups are catered for. It's clean as we, which is a massive plus for me.
Thanks so much for your 5 stars review
Negative experience: RE: Schrödinger’s Booking Several classes at my school went to the trampoline park recently, and while the kids really enjoyed it, booking the activity for them was a nightmare. I sent a booking email to the Barking GLL email, as detailed in the website, back in February. When that email went unanswered, I made a site visit myself to try and sort out the booking. The staff at the front desk were really helpful. I showed H the unanswered email and he answered every query I’d listed in the email one by one. He then took down our booking details and then went off to speak to B. When H came back, he said he’d sorted the booking out for us, and all that was left for me to do was to send an email detailing the number of kids that would be attending, and their ages. Since my previous message to the Barking GLL email had gone unanswered, H asked me to send it directly to B’s email, and he also wrote down his direct email so he could be CC’d in. I sent off that email (addressed to B, and CC’d to H) the next day, on March 2nd. That email also went unanswered. When my students and staff turned up on March 12th, no booking was found. And when a booking was found, it listed my name as well as 3 juniors - clearly not the details I’d provided in either email or in my f2f chat. Rather than accept the fault of the booking lay at the hands of the centre, my staff were left to deal with the fall out. They had to make a new booking, and provide the ages and numbers of the children again - this took around an hour and a half sort out. This meant 1. The completing of paperwork a second time cut into the new hour we’d booked, so our students only received 45 minutes of jump time. 2. There was a knock-on effect as parents were left waiting at hometime for an hour and a half. Some parents had to make two trips to collect all their children as students who’d gone on other trips returned back to school at the time they were supposed to. 3. My staff had to work overtime calling up all the parents to inform them about the delay. I don’t understand how this has happened. Either we made a booking, and the correct number of students should have been listed under my name, or was there was no booking, in which case my name should not have been listed as having made a booking at all. What it clear is that the centre repeatedly dropped the ball, and my establishment were left to pick up the pieces.

Negative experience: I'm giving them a 1 star rating if it could it would be zero, my sister in law paid over a £100 for all the children to go on it was a waste of money never again to this place. I went to supervise my nephews and my daughter omg this is the very first time I went and definitely will be the last time as soon as me and my sister in law dropped off the children I was approached by Mohamed who was working there he clearly told us in clear English we need to wear socks to go beyond this point so we went to wear our socks within a minute he sent someone else to tell us the same thing and basically told us to get out of the area even though we were in the middle of wearing our socks so we told them Mohamed has already told us but now he has sent someone else aswell I just put both of my socks on now guess what someone else has been called to tell us the same thing omg I got so angry it seemed like we were being racially discriminated me and my sister in law made a complaint to the supervisor this whole thing has made is very upset the birthday party that we held had been ruined by this one employer Mohamed picking on us he told us were not allowed to have our handbag on us after a little while I saw a white lady carrying her handbag in the trampoline whilst she was supervising her children and jumping and she wasn't stopped so clearly we were picked on never ever gonna go back again and gonna tell all my family and friends not to bother
We are so sorry you had this experience with us, we had change in management recently so we aim to improve our customers experience. Thanks for taking your time to give your feedback.
Negative experience: Some stuff are making company reputation very bad and company taking advantage from paying customers as well. For example collecting £1:50 from guests is ridiculous. Some guests has to attend with members because them are belongs to playing badminton.Without them can't play badminton.
Fantastic experience: a fantastic venue with new high fund equipment the climbing and trampolining is particularly good for children
Thanks for your 5 star review
Positive experience: A great place for trampolining. Not given 5 stars because there were repairs that were left on a couple of the trampolines/basket ball areas and there wasn’t a ball for the basket ball area. The trampolining is also very expensive for a family.
Fantastic experience: We took the kids here over the half term and they really enjoyed the trampoline park!! (We all had lots of fun) But I especially wanted to thank the receptionist Ella!! She was so helpful and polite!! Thank you!! We would definitely recommend it
Thanks for your 5stars reiew
Negative experience: This center has become greedy during cost of living crisis. Previously, trampoline and soft play area was all inclusive, which meant that you pay for 1 hour session and spend 30 min each in both sections. Now you would have to purchase separate tickets for each area and spend double the money in this cost of living crisis. Rip off! I won't be returning to this venue.
Fantastic experience: Great venue for Futsal & Handball matches. Ample parking.
