Positive experience: A bit tired and in need of a renovation. The viewing area for the pool is way too hot and a waste of money for their heating bills. The view of the baby pool is obstructed by the waterside. However convenient to have children's swimming classes on a Saturday.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking customer service with no empathy or consideration at all from the man on the front desk. Myself and my family turned up half an hour early for a swim session to be told that it was fully booked. I pointed out that on the website it says you don’t book the sessions??? I was then told that you have to do it by phone. I then asked why doesn’t the website tell you that and the representative shrugged it off and said it was nothing to do with him and regardless, the session was full. I said that it’s everything to do with him as he is sat there at the reception desk of the establishment my complaint is about. His attitude was that he couldn’t care less and it wasn’t his problem. It was as though he enjoyed telling me that we couldn’t swim. I believe that a degree of racism contributed towards his appalling manner and total disregard for our disappointment. There was no offer to book a session for later in the week or anything. He either needs a lot of customer service training or moving to a non front of house role

Fantastic experience: First time taking the daughter up this morning, have to say I was pleasantly surprised, it's not modernised but everything is presentable, family changing rooms could fit a loads of people in compared to other places we've been, water was lovely and warm and it was quite quiet in there considering its the school holidays, little hidden gem for keeping your children entertained for an hour. Staff were great too.

Negative experience: Massively misleading photos - I think my bathtub is bigger than this pool

Positive experience: The first time there as our new local sports facility was a bit disappointing. The pool, gym, etc. looked good, clean, and tidy enough, but nothing to write home about. The person on the main desk was not particularly welcoming, I'd say they came across as apathetic and disinterested in terms of body language and general communication. Despite my attempts to strike up some kind of conversation. No welcome, hardly a smile, etc. Perhaps they were just having a bad day.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant for the family, pool is a bit small considering non-swimmers aren't allowed past a line. Would find it too small/restricted if there are a couple of familys swimming but on the day we visited it was very manageable. Would happily visit again!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and accommodating to our ask to just use the showers after we’d been out on our bikes. £3 for two of us to shower and the showers were lovely and warm.

Positive experience: Love it! May not be the best gym l've been to, but the staff are great, is quiet first thing and the equipment is more than adequate. Building needing attention, the Council should provide funds and show greater interest in the well-being of the local population!!!

Negative experience: Dirty changing rooms. Disabled parking taken by staff. Showers either too hot to use safely or freezing cold. They also seem to be set on 10 second timers. I noticed that 2* and 1* reviews quickly disappear!

Positive experience: Nice pool. Warm water. Slide to entertain children.

Positive experience: Friendly helpful staff. Never overcrowded in swimming area even when the flume is operating good lifeguard coverage and they frequently change stations on rotation. Probably needs a bit of an upgrade. Sessions with flume are 1hour no consession's during this time. One adult and two children costs about £17.00 we enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience: Sweet, clean little pool, with a flume and very helpful staff. There is also a leisure centre but we only swam!

Positive experience: Wasn't there long enough to make constructive comments, but in the brief time I was there it appeared clean a broad selection of activities and the staff where very helpful

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter and I went swimming for the first time since lockdown and she loved it. The water was nice and warm, it wasn't overcrowded and lovely and clean.

Fantastic experience: We roller skate here every Fri evening, Adults roller skate night organised by Liz. It is just a great space and we are very grateful and staff are awesome and friendly.

Fantastic experience: A well run swimming pool that was clean and the water was quite warm. Good for all ages with the small pool, larger pool and the slide.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic little sports centre. Staff are very nice and the toddler session in the pool are fab. They put toys out for the little ones and the pool is a lovely 32 degrees.

Positive experience: Quaint leisure centre, all clean and with covid measures in place. No need to book for pool which made more flexible. Warm pool and a flume (not open at the moment). £5 adult swim

Positive experience: This is not a great place. The "gym" is put into two old badminton courts. Limited equipment, didn't have the feel of a gym. I found the place quite demotivating. I didn't use the swimming pool. Changing facilities are the best the 1970s had to offer. Lack of competition had surly kept it limited, but probably all that can be done in an area as unpopulated as this. Not really good, but not worth complaining about if this is your only option.

Positive experience: Zwembad was vol, hierdoor konden we met ons gezin niet naar binnen, dit was helaas teleurgesteld, maar aan de andere kant, beter dan toegelaten worden in een te vol zwembad. We hadden wel 3 pond betaald voor het parkeren.

Positive experience: Overheated conference room. Tatty toilets. The staff are wonderful and seem to be fighting a losing battle with the neglect.

Positive experience: Nice pool with chute, was a food place to spend an afternoon while on holiday when the weather was not the best.

Positive experience: Great for family and fitness freaks alike. 20m three lane pool, toddler pool and water slide. Several swim, circuit training and turbo training sessions per week. Plus other classes, call them. Fitness suit, Large gym, Bowls hall, Squash court, Cafe, Modest sized venue but good value!
