Fantastic experience:

Positive experience: It was a new experience seeing this strange poster, very weird indeed.

Positive experience: very rude and unpleasant staff.

Positive experience: Staff very helpful and friendly. I at the moment just like to use the pool. Wow it’s huge it spilts into 3 pools Either end is about 1metre 20. While the middle of the pool is 2 metres. Only downside is that the water in the pool is not very warm. Have mentioned this to a member of staff which they replied yes we no about this as other people have complained of the same thing. Whoops I mean the depth of the middle pool is 2 metres deep. Changing rooms are huge there’s hundreds of them loads of showers as well. Staff keep the floors nice and clean.Hairdryer’s to use are free. There’s a lovely cafe . I just love this leisure centre I’m so glad I joined.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best leisure centre I've ever been to! Free parking, friendly staff (Paddy) spotlessly clean changing rooms! And fantastic surroundings... Go and do the city parkrun. A free weekly 5km timed event for all. And for those who paddle board the lake is safe and beautiful.

Positive experience: If there ever gonna sell or close this place they should make a skate park I see Alot of youngsters on bikes/skateboards and scooters it would be good for them since theres not really that much to do for them

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the staff and the pool is very clean one off the nicest to have a swim in.the changing rooms were very clean and I had no problems with the showers the water was warm but I wish the timer for the shower was a bit better you get frustrated off having to hit the button every 4 or 5 seconds to get a proper wash down .But a part from that full marks to all the staff you have done craigavon proud.

Positive experience: These are the exact same changing rooms of my childhood. The roof still needs fixed and the place needs painted.

Negative experience: Big pool is freezing with cold air blowing in through vents. Did not think the place was clean at all! Only 3 showers which did have a sign saying very hot! And you have to hold button in for the shower to stay on! I would not recomend this place to anyone and i will not be back!!

Negative experience: Great workers but working in a mediocre building, old and run down, doing great with what they've got!

Positive experience: Ok facilities but great friendly service who simply get the job done- Go rather often to avail of the fine swimming pool. Building is a little out-dated and the restaurant is no longer open- apart from this, a great leisure centre(has all you need).
