Fantastic experience: Great facility, great staff and warm water. Can’t ask for more

Negative experience: Sadly very overpriced, lots of changing rooms out of order, pool not the warmest and generally just looking tired everywhere now. Oh and the rapids didn't go fast the entire time we were there. Think I'll be going elsewhere next time.

Fantastic experience: Pool, wave machine, 2 slides, lazy river, toddler pool. Chlorine isn't too overwhelming, wasn't crowded due to 90 minute swim limit, hot shower, plenty of lockers but need £1 (returnable), wall mounted hair/hand dryer, shoe covers provided for changing room if needed.

Positive experience: Slippery floor in the wet changing area, could use slip proof paint as I slipped and cut my foot open ruing going swimming. Not very happy as spent £16.20.

Positive experience: Good swimming centre with loads of changing rooms and lockers, I had fun here and would definitely come again. The water slides were excellent, furthermore the main pool had a wave machine. except from when I accidentally got shampoo in my eyes… Whoops, guess that’s my fault

Fantastic experience: Amazing and Fun cafe prices amazing swimming pools are lots of fun.

Positive experience: Pool water extremely acidic and way to much chlorine. The pH should be between 7.2 & 7.6% your eyes are ph 7.5. When your eyes are stinging it's too acidic. Ph of around 5.5 to 6.7 sort your water out. Bleach levels way way to strong. Feel ill after being here

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the soft play today and we had a fab time. Great play equipment and ample seating area! Can’t wait to visit again. We also used the pool A few weeks back and we highly recommend this too! Happy teenager , happy toddler , happy mum!

Fantastic experience: Really great water park for the kids

Fantastic experience: I love larkfield swimming pool, it's really good for adults and children, not the cheapest but still a reasonable price. There's lots to choose from, rapids, jacuzzi, beach-like pool that has waves every half hour, main pool for swimmers, kids teaching pool and a toddler pool with a pirate ship not to mention two slides, one suitable for young children and the space bowl for older confident swimmers. There's a cafe that looks straight on the leisure pools and a soft play area, but my only grumble is that there isn't enough family cubicles and the floors are very slippery so you have to be careful, but I would always highly recommend this swimming pool and it's always my first choice.

Fantastic experience: Long queues on weekends and school holidays at times, but a nice place to take the kids for a swim. The life guards here are on point and I cannot thank them enough for looking out for my son when he got into trouble on the large water slide.

Positive experience: Reception lady was very polite with a smile on her face. Granddaughter and her friend loved the time they had in the pool. Coffee was good but the temperature in the seating area was too hot

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely, clean and great atmosphere swimming pool 100000000% recommend. I have only been four times but have never had a bad experience. You go to be there with you and don't worry about bumping into anyone because that's the while idea of swimming having ti say sorry one hundred times for accidental bumps into people. Reccomend going to the cafe. And you have to get the kids nuggets and chips they are the best.

Positive experience: i was wondering how much it would be for two adults, a 16 year old a 11 year old and 5 month old to swim?

Fantastic experience: I always go to this specific sweeming pool because it has two slides for my kids and a fitness pool in the back for myself. I like that if my kids get bored on the slides which they probably won't but if they do they can go in a pool that creates waves that they can enjoy. There's also a Jacuzzi, changing rooms, lockers and showers. There's not just a swimming pool. There's also a gym, trampoline lessons, basketball court, football pitch, tennis courts and ping-pong courts. This place is wonderful and you should definitely go visit.

Negative experience: Just nearly fainted at the crazy price of just asking to use the pool for one hour. £10.50!! What an utter joke. And 40 pound to use it for a month membership is still a rip off. It's 13.99 to go to a gym for a month where I go to. Found a much better price, only 30 pounds a month in strood and the pool is better and closer to work.

Positive experience: Visited during the week, disappointed to learn that the Slides + Rapids are not open until 5pm. Primary leisure pool could have been warmer. I'm sure this was on the website, but reception could have informed us.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities for ages and abilities. I take my grandchildren there, 6 years and 13 years. At 69 years we all enjoy the various swimming, leisure pools, and slides.

Fantastic experience: There is a fantastic swimming pool near Maidstone. We had a wonderful time there. My children and I had a great time. This leisure centre has a lot to offer. There is a nice water park with two rides and Jacuzzi swimming lanes. Additionally, there is a wave pool every 15 minutes. There is a large car park and bike racks. There is also a gym, spa, and a fantastic coffee shop where you can have a children's party.

Positive experience: Nice swimming pool, reasonably priced, very small though and can get over crowded. Water was cold.

Fantastic experience: I can only rate the swimming pools which the grandchildren and I love. They adore the lazy river but are not brave enough for the bowl slide.

Positive experience: We visit every now and then as a change. Could do with a refresh internally as lockers and changing rooms looking a bit tired. Water in main pool cooler than usual and showers didn't have hot water.

Positive experience: I usually go there monthly for the spa. On my last visit, the jacuzzi was too hot to use, so it was steam and sauna only. It's been like this a few times, November to December, it was the steam that was out of order and there's been an instance when the sauna was cold. It is not fair on us paying the full price to find out that this or this facility is not working when you are already in the spa. We should be told at reception so we can decide to go or not or reception could offer a discount if a facility is out of order, why pay the same price for the use of 2 or 3 facilities, it's not right. What I want is to be able to use all facilities since I pay for it. Swimming facilities are good. Cafe food is good. Staff friendly.

Fantastic experience: Loads of parking. Friendly staff. Couple of fun flumes, lazy river, waves, kids area.. Can't really give any negatives, it's a winner!

Positive experience: Would be such a great place if it wasn't so cold. The water temperature itself isnt so bad but we were freezing just walking from the main pool to the lazy river. We ended up leaving much earlier than planned because we were all cold. It was our 3rd time at larkfield in 4 years, and it was cold every single time. Please turn the heating up!

Positive experience: Handy place for a swim. Lane swimming only during the day, and can be crowded at other times. The only issue is the cost- at well over £10 a session it's unaffordable for most, although they occasionally offer membership offers which can reduce the cost a bit.

Negative experience: We visited last Saturday and its taken a week for our 6 year old boy to get over being ill from the water here (vomiting and Diarrhea) , we saw a few medical personals who said that it's the water in the swimming pool that's caused it. So he hasn't been at school all week. It's a shame. First time we have ever visited and sadly will be our last. Its looks great and has potential but our sons sickness and the floating plasters in the pool, it's a no again.

Positive experience: Very clean, but changing room space is very cramped like the old 60's swimming pool cubicles used to be. Paid for the SPA, wasnt told the SPA pool wasnt working (which is the main reason I went) so could only use sauna, steam room or showers in the SPA area. If I had been told that I wouldnt have gone in

Fantastic experience: Larkfield offers a gym, fitness swimming pool along with a leisure swimming pool, rapids, two baby pools ,hot tub and two slides. There is also a cafe and small shop on site. It cost around £30 - £40 for a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) for swimming but is worth it for a few hours.

Negative experience: Pay to go in the cafe I don't think so . So when my wife takes our grandson swimming I have to sit in the car outside ? And no ,I cannot go in the pool due to being disabled . So I respectfully suggest you avail yourself personally of the services of a indifferently qualified taxidermist !!!!!

Negative experience: We have been regulars at Larkfield since our daughter began to swim a couple years ago. At first we loved it, but unfortunately our experiences have gotten worse as time goes on. The pool is always an uncomfortably cold temperature that leaves us wanting to take our daughter back to the teaching pool to stay warm. It always seems that the centre allow too many people in at once and there is no room to move around or even do anything that resembles swimming. Really frustrating is when we are in the teaching pool with our 2 year old, we are quite often disrupted by older ‘able’ swimmers jumping in around us with no warning or word from the life guards who clearly don’t want the bother of making the environment comfortable for others. The only good thing is that there is no booking, however we will now be looking elsewhere for places to take our daughter.

Fantastic experience: The best place to take the kids 2 slides, lazy river, wave machine, Jacruzi, and a separate full size swimming pool water was nice and warm the room is a bit cold the changing room needs work doors missing off cubicles toilets are clean plenty of staff reception staff are really nice and friendly lots of parking not to over priced no time limits on swimming the wave pool is sloped so safe for all to walk in no deeper than 5ft lazy river is the best and warmest well worth taking the kids for a good few hours kfc only a short drive for food after

Positive experience: Changing rooms are small and there are not enough family changing rooms for the number of families. Lockers are also a bit of a walk from the changing rooms which is annoying if you have young kids and a lot of stuff. Pool is good fun with slides, rapids and wave machines, but the whole building is cold so not as enjoyable if you aren’t running or splashing around.

Fantastic experience: We had a great swimming experience never been before the children loved it

Positive experience: Leisure centres are never great but this is pretty decent. Nice selction of pools and slides. Changing rooms pretty grubby but is to be expected in places like this. Pretty pricey just for swimming but again is similar most places now

Negative experience: One of the worst places I’ve taken my baby swimming. There is no booking system, instead they make you wait in the foyer or outside to queue until the next swimming session becomes available. This subsequently left me and my baby waiting in the cold for 25 minutes. Once inside, they only have around 5 or 6 baby changing rooms and they are situated no where near the lockers, meaning if you are solo parent you have to carry your child and all your belongings across the changing rooms. One of the few changing rooms for babies that there were didn’t have a door on it so I couldn’t get changed in there and the one I did manage to get into had a door that didn’t close or lock! This left me struggling to keep my baby on the changing table safely (they don’t have straps either) whilst trying to keep the door shut and maintain my modesty! £11 wasted I won’t be returning. Tonbridge is much better and £1 cheaper!

Fantastic experience: We took our 7-year-old granddaughter for a half term treat . She loved her visit . She enjoyed climbing and playing on the play frame. We had tea and bacon sandwiches while we watched her have fun. There was a small cafe which served good food . You could have dairy free as well. Clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: Went fir stretch and move class which is excellant. However downstairs activity hall is in serious need if some tlc. Also fir the last few weeks previous class equipment had not been removed and it was not set up for our class.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and the gym has had a nice upgrade since my last visit.

Negative experience: I can't express how dissapointed I was because I hired the place for a birthday party (Larkabout private hire) and how sorry I am for doing it. The place was not set when we arrived, the communication with the staff was very poor, the attitude of the staff was dissapointing. I do not recommend this place and I advise all my friends to avoid it. Waste of money.

Negative experience: I came here 3 years ago and remember having to queue to get in then at least 30min wait although it was good but space bowl was always shut I went to come with my children this holidays and you still have to queue and wait everywhere else you can book which seems alot easier better than having to wait nearly half or a quarter of the swim time you would get waiting. Defiantly need a booking system would make it easier for everyone.

Positive experience: Generally a good place for the family to enjoy water activities. Ample parking and a reasonable range of food and beverage on site.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Been attending 4 days a week for a year now, staff are great! Ed is a fantastic staff member , and has gave me great technical advice over this year which has really helped me in my journey of body building, well done guys in taking pride and care in your members!!!!

Positive experience: Lovely pool for kids but make sure to get there for 9am on a Saturday to avoid queues

Fantastic experience: Take my kids swimming here,they like the waves,slides and lazy river,wasn't too busy for school holidays,changing rooms were clean ,showers were hot and all the pools were a decent temperature,and waves were put on quite regularly,life guards do also actually pay attention,which is always good.

Negative experience: Went last week, changing rooms full and I mean full of dirty nappies all on the floor, one even with poo in, smelt, nappy bin looks like it's not been changed in ages and over spilling, I told me and my kids to leave our crocs on until getting to the lockers, swimming pool was fine, spa pool was a bit cold, lazy river is good. Over all a really lovely swimming place to go, just dirty and filthy.

Negative experience: Didn’t let me go toilet and told me to get out after I’m only 14 and really needed a wee. She had purple hair and she was fat.

Positive experience: The swimming pools themselves are very nice and entertaining for young kids. The queuing system to get in however is horrendous. Having to wait over 20 minutes to get in for the next colour band to become available is silly, if restrictions are needed then could really do with being an online booking system. Also very expensive

Negative experience: Gone right down in my estimation. The queueing system just doesn’t work especially of a weekend when families come with young kids who have 0 patience to be waiting around endlessly. The price seems to have shot up (almost £20 For my husband and 4 year old) and to cap it off charge £2.60 “spectator fee” the mind boggles

Positive experience: Changing rooms in dire need of updating (I've been going 20+ years and they are still the same!) and kids swimming times are very limited. Gym and soft play options, including cafe.

Positive experience: Went there with the kids Saturday just gone. Been here a few times now. Pleasant enough. Choice of 4 pools and 2 slides. Fair sized. Only tiny baby area though. Changing rooms need a bit of updating. A few of the doors did not have locks. It bring a family place I think more family rooms are needed for changing. One of the family doors didn't a have door. The cafe part was OK. Decent choice on menu. But I would say a little over priced for my liking. Bought a sausage roll (for take out so didn't have it warmed up), 2 kit kats and a bottle tango cist me £9.00. So if your dining in expect to spend alot. Overall not bad

Positive experience: We had a nice afternoon here with our toddler for the first time. Decent pools. My only complaint is the showers were extremely hot! Not sure if this is typical of here and/or a regular occurrence, but the adults could barely stand it to shower in and it was far too hot for letting children and toddlers/babies shower in. We tried to cup the water to wash our toddler off.. but the temperature definitely needs to be adjusted.

Negative experience: Always a long queue, no booking system, always understaffed and slides closed regularly as a result. Shame as it is a nice pool, just poorly run.

Positive experience: Nice pool with two slides, wave pool, lazy river and jacuzzi. Also has separate small learners pool and toddler / baby splash pool with small slide. Be prepared to wait in queue to enter centre as it seems if the pool is full they make you wait until the next session (bands) are called and people exit. When I went out was only around ten minutes but have heard people wait for 30 mins+ and if the queue is long that could be outside. Changing area is clean enough and staff in the centre are good. One of the slides wasn't open until 5pm when I went, not sure why, but kids enjoyed the other slide and rest of the pool.

Negative experience: The leisure pool is a great attraction for kids. We had a bad experience today however with an over 35 minute wait to get in. I appreciate its half term and busy but noone came to the queue to advise on the wait/ tell people who weren't waiting for the pool to come through, the queue was blocking the doorway and out into the carpark. It also cost £16.80 for just me and my 3yr old to go in which I think is extortionate.

Positive experience: As a TM active member we a fortune to have the option of using Larkfield leisure centre facilities as well as Tonbridge. My children are also able to use these facilities due to doing swimming lessons which gives them a few free swims. Larkfield has 2 slides which my children absolutely love, they have the lazy river rapids again a firm favourite within the family and every so often in the main pool they have waves. The alarm will sound and every one just flocks to the main area it only lasts a few minutes but absolutely every one loves getting involved. There is another 2 pools with in the centre the small training pool which when available is lovely and warm just like a bath this is of course intended for babies and toddlers. Then there's the main lane swimming pool separate to the main area. (Can't say too much about this as iv not used in a very long time) just above the lazy river there is a small hot tub again this is a popular feature. Showers and lockers are close by to the entrance of the pool along with changing facilities male and female separate and a few family units. Upon walking through the entrance of the centre you have a small shop which sells all you need for swimming, google's, arm bands etc. Once through you have a cafe and dining area I believe there is also Lark about at this place (not very familiar) and your obvious vending machines. As you head down towards the changing rooms you have a main sports hall on to the right and at the very bottom gym facilities. (It's been a long time since I used the gym but back in the day it was alright the best thing about Larkfield in comparison to Tonbridge is the pool is on site) I have been coming to Larkfield my whole life and now bringing my children the only thing that has noticeably changed is the addition to the lane pool over the years. Everything else is pretty much the same and thisay come as a surprise it's still as good as I remember it! My children love coming here and at times it's heaving so I guess that's a testimant to Larkfield. Still very popular

Negative experience: There used to be a guy that kept the changing rooms spotless. Haven't seen him in ages. Changing rooms are a mess! Dirty and puddles everywhere. The changing room attendant they had before was constantly squeezing the floor. Please get him back

Positive experience: It was OK, was told we could use the pool noodles for my toodler by 1 life guard and then told we was not by another, family changing rooms needed a good clean and also muddy shoes prints around the pools, toilets had feases splashed all over the back too, overall we had a great time but better communication between staff and better cleaning standards are needed.

Fantastic experience: Great pool for families: wave machine, fast slide, space bowl and rapids means loads to do. Possibly the best in Kent? Facilities clean and staff friendly. Didn't use any other facilities, so rating is purely for the swimming.

Positive experience: Nice swimming pool but... went during the day so you can't use the slide/flume, rapids or the bubble tub. It cost me £16.80! For an adult and child to swim at 10.30 on Wednesday. No wonder people are struggling to do things with there families! Please consider a discount for children like medway do! ( the medway card ) it would help in these hard times for families and elderly!

Negative experience: Ridiculous waiting time to get in. Need a booking system like others have. I said this to the receptionist who replied "we tried that, but feedback was, it was getting all booked up, people couldn't get in." I then pointed back at the people queuing out the door and into the car park... "WE CAN'T GET IN"

Negative experience: Took the kids for a half term swim but had to leave early because the water and air temperature was so cold. I was also disgusted at the smell of urine in the toilets.I'm not sure where other people think it's acceptable to pee but it smelt like it was all over the floor rather than in the pan. I did speak to a manager and explained our disappointment but he said his thermometers says the water temperature is within limits so nothing he can do. He did say they had employed someone specifically to make sure the toilets are clean but clearly this has not worked. I've suggested he purchase new thermometers and hire new cleaning staff.

Negative experience: Ridiculous system. Not able to book swimming and then asked to turn up and hope you dont have to wait for two hours to get in! It's 2023 - get a booking syatem

Negative experience: I thought we lived in the 21st century, but apparently a booking system to prevent numerous children from standing out in the rain is far too sophisticated for this particular leisure centre. Hopefully the 'Internet' and some kind of technological evolution will happen soon to this antiquated establishment.

Positive experience: My son loves visiting here because of the lazy river. Staff are kind and plenty of lifeguards. I personally think it’s a bit tired looking and there are parts that are in need of a good clean

Fantastic experience: Great time with the kids! 2 good flume rides, wave machine and rapid river as well as smaller pools for the young’uns. Reasonably priced 8/10 and the food/cafe was ok even if we were all starving! Half decent grub even if the presentation was a little bit lacklustre! 6/10

Negative experience: Pay a monthly membership only to be told we still have to wait an hour to swim when we only want the baby pool. What’s the point in being a member. Very disappointing. Always queues for swimming. Never enough baby changing cubicles.

Negative experience: Disappointing overall. The free weight area is quite small and badly set out, making it hard to walk around when it's slightly busy, yet there is a large cardio area with an abundance of machines that are rarely used. These areas should be swapped with half the cardio machines gone in my opinion. The soap dispenser in the changing room has been broken for MONTHS! The ice machine in the spa area works rarely. It worked recently for the first time I'd seen in 10 months. Most of the gym staff seem nice, but as alwaysone or two that are just rude and saying Hi seems like an issue. The reception staff are all rude in my experience. Especially on the weekends, the seem toxthink it's down to members of the public to let people.knkw wait times etc.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place we had lots of fun we went for the swimming pool with our 3 years old daughter and my 3 months old. We had a great time.

Fantastic experience: Larkfield Leisure Centre is a fun one to go to, especially with children because of the flume, the wave machine, the jet pool that pushes you around in a circular path and the jacuzzi styled pool. There is the more traditional fitness pool as well, but the fun loving children are not in that one. There are a range of other amenities as well.

Positive experience: Not my first review of this place, its ok...needs proper dry changing rooms with lockers inside, needs longer opening hours, other than that, all good

Negative experience: The only time they pick up their phones is if you call them first thing in the morning during the week. Can't even get through to them to discuss booking a badminton court and the website doesn't work!

Negative experience: Although I know larkfield pool is a great pool, I just Can't justify standing outside in the rain for an hour and half. There has to be a better system. Then to add insult in injury you have to pay to sit in their cafe and spend money. Also the staff are so rude. When I complained about having to pay to watch, after I have to wait outside for 90 min, he told me I didn't have to wait I could leave if I want, So I did. Drove to Maidstone pool, 5 min wait and no charge for spending money in their cafe. We got in 40 min quicker than the estimated time we would have waited outside Larkfield. I shall not be returning to Larkfield again. Strait to Maidstone in the future. can't justify standing outside

Fantastic experience: We are loving this pool and my grandchildren are coming on leaps and bounds in the swimming lessons; they have really progressed. The coaches are friendly, encouraging and engaging and I'm delighted we selected this venue. The pools are great fun and there is lots to do, no matter what your age and/or ability. I only have two issues: 1) The no shoes policy in the changing rooms is not enforced, even with signage up. I get irritated by people either not taking their shoes off, or not putting on the shoe covers (even though there are plenty available) and it would be great if this could be monitored. 2) Availability of swimming lessons. Having two grandchildren attending, it's proving difficult to get them on a lesson together and at a convenient time (4pm is too early as we cannot get them there in time for school). As you can see, both issues are not really the fault of the centre; parents are the problem when it comes to the shoe policy, as it's usually the ones watching their children in lessons, and the scheduling is because the lessons are so popular. Hopefully both can be resolved in some way, in which case it will make this venue absolutely perfect, and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place. Have you tried their swimming pool? It's absolutely lovely with loads of twists and turns. The waves are amazing. I've never gone to any other part of the center but there are loads and loads of activities to choose from. Staff are helpful. It's clean. Lots of parking spaces also.

Positive experience: Some of the staff are particularly rude and officious, generally just a bit surly. However, some very nice employees too. Nice facilities, would recommend arriving early as it gets busy at the weekend.

Fantastic experience: Really good pool for families, water is warm , and even warmer in the baby pool, lots for children too look at or interact with, big slides for bigger kids, and the cafe serves plenty of healthy options and stays open as late as the pool. Free parking too. Recommend but does get busy, but to be expected

Fantastic experience: Only advise. Attempt to miss the queues. But even then they have a really good system in place with allocating 1.5hrs per family with a coloured wrist band. And it does work. Great fun with the slides, wave machine. We have been coming here for years and years. It never feels outdated. Cafe after is reasonable with cost as well. Both hot and cold food for adult and a kids menus. Parking is normally available at anytime.

Negative experience: Attempted to go to the teaching poll yesterday but avoided as massively long queue out the door in the pouring rain so returned home. Tried again today, and still a long queue out the door near on an hour wait with no communication from staff. When asked to use the toilets, staff members barked at me to go round the other way. 1.5 members of staff on reception is not enough. Changing rooms Limited space for family change and the cubicle did not have a lock, so had to stand by door. The teaching pool only opens at 10 am on a weekend, which you think would consider young ones being up early. Tried calling in the week, and phone does not get answered. Shame as was first swim out with little man, and all this made it quite stressful. Seems pool has got too big for its boots.

Positive experience: We used the soft play at Larkfield LC. The kids had a great time. On arrival, there were plenty of tables that needed clearing of plates and cups and cleaning etc. Our biggest complaint is with the cafe. It seems that basic customer service training has been skipped all together. My advice to anyone planning a visit is to take a packed lunch and plenty of patience.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. The fitness pool is great for people who just want to swim. The children's pool is great and the fun pool is perfect for families.

Negative experience: Came here today around 12.30pm firstly the building was freezing. The changing rooms were absolutely disgusting. The female wetside toilet may aswell have been another pool with the amount of water in there. Every pool other than lazy river was cold, especially the toddler pool with the pirate ship and small pool. Can't tell me it was 30 degrees or high as a former Duty manager I know pool temps and it was far too cold. The poolside itself was freezing with tons of breeze which made both me and my toddler shiver, made worse by the cold pools. 2 showers were stone cold with everyone avoiding them. Then we had to queue up freezing waiting for a family changing room because they were all occupied so had to cram me and my baby into a female changing room and then had to change him on a bench which had rubbish on it. Overall very poor experience. Didn't see one cleaner or anyone checking over the changing rooms either.

Positive experience: As far as public swimming pools go this isn’t terrible, but it could really do with a refresh / deep clean. There is mold / crust around the edges of the main pool, which is pretty grim …

Fantastic experience: Great facility with flumes and lazy river. Best bit though was how attentive and engaging the life guards were during our visit which is not often the case at leisure centres.

Positive experience: Gym not big enough for the amount of people there. Avoid the gym on a Tuesday it is ridiculously busy. Best going mid day but not practical if you work. Evenings are just so busy right up to 0830/9pm everything takes longer because you'll spend an hour waiting for various machines.

Negative experience: Queued outside for maybe 20 minutes. Then got in and had to wait another 15 mins. Then water was absolutely freezing. My 2 year old had blue lips after 20 minutes. There's a wave machine and 2 slides. There's some hand dryers that are onndifferent levels so useful for hair drying. The wait time and cold water is enough to put me off. I wont be returning.

Positive experience: We went during a busy summer break from school. There is a main area with 3 separate swimming pools for children. There is also a lane swimming pool that we didn't use. The main pool has a fun water wave machine and water fountains but is not a deep pool and the water was cold. We enjoyed the pool shaped like a donut with water jets that push you in one direction. We spent most of our time here. There are slides too but queue was too long. I spent an hour in the pool with my 2 children. Changing rooms are clean. Staff helpful - thanks to.the lady that gave my son an eye wash kit. We enjoyed getting hot food at the end but speed of service could be better. Great little surf shop near to the entrance too and free parking. Possibly would rate 4 stars on a less busy day.
