Positive experience: Rubbish coffee

Fantastic experience: I've been here a few times, for the kids, we spent some wonderful moments, sometimes it's quite crowded but it's worth a try, the kids have a lot of fun, obviously they want to hang out at the pool again.

Negative experience: Equipment is quite old . Full of school kids hogging the machines - even when not using them - just sitting on equipment for 30 mins looking at their phones . Staff are helpful enough, but don’t seem to take any direct action. After 3 months I’ve cancelled my membership and gone elsewhere .

Fantastic experience: Great place to exercise for all the family with choice of Gym , Swim and a good variety of fitness classes too.

Positive experience: Attended a course, reasonable facilities provided.

Positive experience: Make sure to go on weekday pool is small but cheap to get in. And still good for kids Lifeguards are a bit over the top. I get it, but it's a bit much.

Positive experience: I used the badminton courts and my boyfriend uses the gym and sauna. He says the overall cost is really good for the price paid, but don't expect it to be well equipped or very clean.

Fantastic experience: amazing, i always go and would recommend it amazing how many life guards there are slide us very safe and water is perfect temperature just overall amazing would go

Negative experience: Staff are rude. Every single time, they ask whether I have booked a court. Need to give your name and details every single visit. I don't know if the colour of the skin is their issue. Lings forum and duston sports centre don't do this questioning. Anyway, no more visits to Danescamp.

Positive experience: Good pool and the kids seem to like going down the slide. Changing room floor could be much cleaner.

Positive experience: Clean and well maintained leisure centre. You have to pre-book before you go which is a slow process as each person has to be booked individually. I went with my 8 year and their friend and they thoroughly enjoyed the flume, water features and large shallow area. This visit was quiet, so plenty of space, but can be crowded in the areas for weaker/non-swimmers. Only thing that lets Danes Camp down is that it is often quite cold due to the large open space shared with changing village.

Positive experience: It was very 80’s. It looked like season 3 of Stranger Things. It was fun but very dirty and the place looked tired. It was good for the kids but cold for the parents. The life guards looked so bored

Negative experience: Horrible company! I signed up 12 months contract, and then they decided they gonna close health suite every weekday from 11a to 5 pm, for "cleaning"(absurd excuse). So now it means they're not providing full service and not allowing to cancel contract. Absolutely unfair and disgraceful!

Positive experience: My little daughter enjoy this place!

Negative experience: The pool was OK, but locker room needs a serious clean. It absolutely stunk of urine everywhere in the locker rooms, I even questioned if they painted the walls in urine too. I probably won't return for that reason.

Fantastic experience: Very good pool with easy disabled access. Clean and safe. Great for kids.

Positive experience: Had a nice time with my Daughter at this pool today. Book online and walk straight in. Good changing rooms and warm pool. Several activities to keep the kids entertained but not much space for actual swimming, also not all the built in toys are functioning.

Fantastic experience: Clean building with large car park. Definitely an excellent activity centre to go with kids. Only downside is the family shower is not open due to cleaning issue which is understandable.

Fantastic experience: Nice place to swim nice friendly staff. And its got a water slide and good play area for the children.

Positive experience: Lovely time with my son but have to say that I was a bit disappointed that some of the water features for little ones weren't in use but the ones for older kids were ok so didn't understand why. Also note that even though time paid for is 45mins, you will be made to wait at the start and rushed out at the end so in reality 35mins pool time at must.

Positive experience: The facilities are great. Just a shame they didn't use the lock down time to do a little decorating, fix the toys in the swimming pool and clean out the water. I have been in the pool 2 times with my boy to get him back to swimming and on both opening days there was a pile of sand in the water on entering the pool. Notsurehow or why it was there...

Fantastic experience: Clean and recently revamped. Membership gives you access to the swimming pool, and multiple other gyms and a cinema in Northampton. A bargain for the price of one takeaway a month. Fitness suite is compact but well equipped. Peak hours are about 5-7:30pm. Outside of these hours, you can complete your weight circuit without too much hassle.

Positive experience: The swimming pool was a fair size and the slide was pretty good, and it's nice that they have a little slide especially for babies, a few water features dotted around the pool for the kids get under. If you want something healthy to eat after your swim then don't bother, unless you don't mind a handful of grapes as everything else is either full of sugar or full of fat, and they don't even do chips so you might be better off going to a weather spoons like we did in the town centre called the codwainer which was lovely. Also we had to wait almost an hour to get in to swim as the pool was full and we had to wait till the next session started.

Positive experience: Go here quite often for a swim with my little boy. The pool is nice and clean and has facilities for little ones to play. Changing rooms are not always the cleanest though.

Negative experience: I just walked all the way up to Danes camp with my niece and nephew to take them swimming and they tell me I have to have an adult with me because my nephew is 7, even tho I’m 16 and capable of watching him
