Positive experience: Only worth it if you're interested in the classes, instructors are really good and nice. It gets too busy and usually the lift and hot water do not work.

Positive experience: Music great, Sauna is nice, Excellent Classes.. Lil Crowded and small, Classes are hard to book as they're booked up within seconds

Negative experience: Literally to expensive and not worth of it , I did my pass like a student and i showed my id I got deducted 2 months normal price £112 and I ask why they wanted me to email form my uni and other things like that so ridiculous for joining a gym they want this all first time in life happen , they not happy with my student id and I got literally charje normally price for 2 months unworth they didn’t even give me refound back . Unbelievable u subscribe as student and as they can’t accept if they charje u the full price . BE CAREFUL!!!!

Positive experience: I’ve had a yearly membership and I’ve been able to go to a Pilates class for maybe 5 times. Classes get booked as soon as they get released.

Fantastic experience: Love my gym! Staff are super friendly, lots of classes and equipment and just a vibe. I like that they have the occasional DJ and cleaners are busy. Only complaint is though they have cleaners it can get a little dusty around the equipment at times, otherwise good gym. Oh a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for plus there is a sauna when the men haven't recked it

Negative experience: Given the cost of attending this gym I was expecting premium service. That means available machines to train, functioning sauna and showers, clean toilets and overall a nice ambiance. This has not been the case though. The facilities get super busy, you can’t even train. There have been times I spend minutes to find an empty locker. If you attend classes, it may be worth it. But if you plan on training solo or with friends like myself, then no. I also think the idea of a DJ in a gym is unnecessary .

Negative experience: Showers have been broken on and off for the last two years at this location. The equipment is poorly maintained and out of order more often than not. The gym is unclean and equipment is left all over the place. I raised this with gymbox (Natalia and Sarah) and they said I have an option to move to another gymbox location, however this would cost more me more money, and cost me more to travel to that location. The gym is extremely over populated, the feedback on this specific location is poor on the Internet and newspapers (google it) but it is true. However, I have used Farringdon gymbox in the past and that location is very good.

Negative experience: This gym isn’t great, premium price with poor facilities. The gym equipment is old and needs replacing, it also hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. Getting into classes is difficult unless you sit on your phone when they release the availability. They have just opened the male shower and sauna after being closed for 6/7 weeks, no improvement, just fixed the leak and replaced a few tiles. I’m that time we were offered builders showers which if your over 6 foot or wide you had no chance of getting in let alone cleaning yourself. The leak in reception is a permanent feature, is still dripping into 2 lovely mop buckets, it’s been like that for 6 months. The best thing about the place is the staff who must get frustrated by the direction this place run, must be so demoralising. My advice Join pure gym and save the cash, this is a pure gym dressed as a premium gym, you have my word it’s not! I would move, however I’ve been threaded with bailiffs if I break my contract. Avoid this place Update March 23 - the gym showers are out of action again I have no idea how the HSE allows this place operate with shower water leaking on you as you enter and building works continuing in the male changing rooms.

Negative experience: This gym STINKS! Not even in the way you’d expect a gym to, literally reeks from the front door to the gym studio. **In a nutshell, puregym quality at a premium price** Feel completely neglected from how it used to be. Worn, broken and tired equipment is a regular issue. More so as the gym floor isn’t massive and there’s not a huge amount to go around. Did email the studio manager as directed by reception, though I never heard back.

Negative experience: This gym might be good for the lessons, but if you just use it for the weight area, forget about it; it is engineered to make you stay as little time as possible. You enter and there are drops of smelly water coming from Westfield roof. This has been the case for month. Then you get the towels: Gymbox gives you blue towels, so that you can't see how dirty they are. But they can't do anything against the smell, and you will feel that. Then you go to the changing rooms: even on Sunday morning, you will struggle to find lockers available. No idea if they are renting them out, but it will be very rare that you can sit near your locker. You will generally change yourself while standing, in the way of other people. Once you start training, you will have an annoying DJ nobody has asked for, who will puts music of debatable taste at very loud volume. This is to make sure that your ears get so tired that you want to escape this hell. Let's say that you want to use a bench: this will probably be half broken: be the cover or the pin to adjust the heights. Or let's say that you want to use other machines: they will have some piece missing, partially broken, dented, etc. And of course, you will need to queue for all of them, as there's only one type of machine for each exercise. The planning of the weight area is terrible: there's simply no space for people to walk around. The cardio area is always more than half empty. Then you have the dirtiest showers in London: they put low red lights, so you can't really see how dirty these showers are. But you can smell them, and I assure you that the smell is awful. Unfortunately in Stratford it is very hard to find a nice gym. This is the worst if you consider quality/price.

Negative experience: Good gym, been a literal sewage pipe leak at the entrance now for over a year. Stinks, not ideal when you just shower and walk out. Air con constantly Broken too. Don't know how a gym can say it takes it health seriously when the health and well being is not at the fore front of their minds. Needs reporting to health and safety.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great classes, friendly members and excellent customer service, however ..Lyndon leads the pack!

Positive experience: Gymbox has the best facilities of the gyms in the area and the only one with a sauna. The staff are friendly and helpful, I had an issue which Natalia at customer service and Hakim on sales were very accommodating in resolving. The gym does get busy in peak hours though which can leave you queuing for machines, classes are also hard to book due to lack of availability. Other than that, it’s a great gym with great staff!

Fantastic experience: Best gym, recently had a show around the gym and had a pleasant experience with the staff. They had really good quality and range of kit and they told me they have 100 classes a week! Would recommend 10/10

Negative experience: Terrible terrible gym and customer service! Signed up for 3 months and then I stopped going to the gym as I only signed up for 3 months. Cancelled my membership but still wants money without using their service! £95 /mo is not cheap but service is so so.

Fantastic experience: I always wanted to join gymbox, but I was not sure it was for me. I went in one day to check it out and I had a short discussion with Stefan Stefanof, a joining consultant there. Stefan kindly explain what Gymbox is about, all the benefits and perks that cone with joining this particular gym and showed me all available classes. He even checked to see if I could get a discount. He convinced me and my partner to join. After joining, Stefan checked to see we are both taking advantage of all the opportunities in the gym and went above and beyond to make sure our discounts are applied to the account. I am very grateful. The gym is also very clean, the sauna is a welcome treat and the classes really worth every penny! I highly recommend it to those who want to invest in their wellbeing. Virginia

Negative experience: Was a member for about two years and left early this year The gym has steadily gone downhill since I joined. Oversubscribed, crowded, the staff do not seem bothered, the personal trainers seem to own the place . Would not recommend .

Negative experience: So I joined the gym and it's fine, not great but I got what you need. However, the pricing for the gym is just entirely made up. I joined with my partner so we could train together and her offer was £35 per month less than mine for the same service, £79 vs £113 for access to all UK Gymboxes. When I asked why I was expected to pay £420 per year more than her for the same service I was told because I joined slightly before her. I don't know why we need to play this stupid game to get a fair deal, but it has entirely soured my relationship with this gym.

Fantastic experience: I liked the whole gym from the changing room to the equipment, it was clean and had enough space to train.

Negative experience: Signed up for a student membership £69 but taking £110 from me every month. Hakim stopped all communications once my membership started even though I asked to changed start date. Replied back the day after taking £110 saying sorry been busy and made no changes to my membership/ payments or anything. It has been 3 months, just sort it with the bank

Negative experience: Visited the gym today. Super dissatisfied with the state of the gents changing rooms. Showers very unpleasant with a very strong smell of stagnant grey. This made it quite disgusting and difficult to use the facilities comfortably. Sauna had collapsed and broken benches which were left in pieces. No signs or anyhting marking damage or being out of order. Quite a grim and upsetting experience

Negative experience: Men’s toilets & shower been closed down over a month now. This has to be fix ASAP. Other No point paying every month that much price.

Negative experience: Like Pavel in the review before, I lost a lot of money not reading the T&Cs properly. Over crowded, limited equipment. Would give zero stars if I could. One of the worst gyms I’ve encountered… admin staff are absolutely the worst. THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: I changed gym's a 2/3 months ago to Gymbox on a multi site membership and I do not regret my decision one bit. The staff at Stratford especially Emma, Kim and Colly at reception bring such a vibe to the place as soon as you walk in. There is always a "good morning, hey girl, have a great day" from them all. So Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I have attended a few classes with Malaki (Metcon & Gassed), Jamie (Functional Bodybuilding & The Fundamentals) and Femi (Bike & Beats). They are all very good, all instructors/PT's are very experienced and they push you to do more! Talking through technique and keeping an eye an all are attending their classes. HOWEVER I live for Femi's spin classes. His energy and music is just the best! I highly recommend coming to the Stratford and Westfield London branch.

Negative experience: Packed. Expect to wait for weights. Constant battle. People who go to the gym aren't too friendly either. Seems to be a lot of staring... No lockers available as they are all taken. Classes take up much space leaving a small gym even smaller. Make the extra trip to farringdon gymbox

Negative experience: Overpriced, overcrowded, and basically a scam when cancelling. They make it as difficult as possible to stop the payment once you decide to leave. My contract was supposed to be only for 3 months, but if you don't stop it through the website they will keep billing you on a monthly basis, so they are billing me from an extra month

Negative experience: To be honest, I fail to see the tremendous excitement surrounding this specific venue in Stratford. While Gymbox as a whole holds promise, there's a significant gap in quality between different locations. I became a member over three years ago under the impression that a joint membership would grant access to any Gymbox facility for the price of one. However, recent changes have resulted in additional charges, which is understandable but nonetheless disappointing. What's particularly frustrating is the attempt to persuade me otherwise, as if I've forgotten why I chose this gym in the first place. Such behavior feels condescending and disrespectful. On a separate note, the spinning classes often leave much to be desired. It's not uncommon to find numerous bikes out of order, with last year seeing as many as 15 unusable bikes out of a room with 25 spaces. Issues with amenities abound. The air conditioning is unreliable, towels are frequently unclean and foul-smelling, and the sauna experience has been nothing short of humiliating, despite reporting the matter and receiving promises of resolution, which never materialized. Furthermore, the lack of LED lighting in the Stratford location significantly impacts the atmosphere, unlike the fully equipped and vibrant Farringdon branch. The weightlifting area in Stratford is notably cramped, prompting my decision to opt for a joint membership. However, safety concerns persist, with some equipment posing risks to users. Ultimately, the decision rests with you, but this list could easily extend further. All of this comes at a monthly cost exceeding £100, making the subpar experience all the more frustrating.

Negative experience: As others have experienced, it's worth thoroughly reviewing the T&C's and not relying on membership information you receive in person or over the phone.

Negative experience: Pros: They provide towels, soap and sauna. Some teachers are amazing (Molly Toner, Hester Campbell, Hattie, Hannah Ablett, Victor Gomez, Jamie Shaw, Alison Vella, Renato Gunther). Convenient transport links. Cons: Their floor to ceiling windows allow the drunk people from below to see the pole class which encouraged a dude to break into the 8pm class from the street without being a member to make offensive jokes. Very scary and anxiety inducing when you are barely clothed. During August and December as the gym gets less overcrowded they cancel multiple classes without telling you (nor the teachers) about it ahead of time. Poor management of expectations. I wouldn't be this upset if they had sent the news ahead of time like in a Newsletter. Incredibly unfair punishment to loyal customers that decide to not freeze or cancel their memberships on the holidays. Asked for a refund for the classes that I will miss and they won't give a penny back. Very dishonest policies and the main reason why I decided to make this review. The rest of the year they gym is overcrowded. Rainbow washing: They don't have any gender neutral toilets or gender neutral changing room but during Pride they're very quick to flash the inclusive flag while doing none of the work to help trans or nonbinary folks feel included. A lot of teachers are mediocre and you are better off following a Youtube video but the following ones you should defnitely avoid: LoisTrapeze screams on her microphone and doesn't break down the movements to be understood prior to putting them in a combo. Has great energy but no pedagogy ability. Ruby Newson, arrogant and not welcoming. Teaching ok except for telling lies like "if you don't dance with shoes it's a legal problem". I'm an insured dancer and responsible of my body, signed a waiver at the door. Contortion: this class needs renaming. Some of the strength classes also need a better description, they try too hard to be funny and forget to properly explain what to expect. Jessica Ashby: Run away from her "Pilates" session, because she doesn't know Pilates. She makes a blend of mediocre ballet with messy "pilates" and some yoga filosophy, tends to not make the same number of repetitions on both sides so keep your own counting. If you are looking for real tough Pilates this is not the one. Follow Jesica Valant on Youtube for professional and free Pilates. Some of the towels stink of sweat. It's a russian rulette whether you get a stinky one or a good one. Smell it before you take it to the changing room. Majority of users don't put back the equipment they used, it's a mess everywhere and they stay sitting on a machine while on their phone. Terrible culture and lack of kindness The fees are very dishonest as everyone pays a different price depending on how much the sales team think they can get out of you. It's a gym that puts profit over values. You won't feel cared for at this gym. Take your money elsewhere. PS: The photo of the guy in red T shirt is the guy that broke into the 8pm pole class to make offensive jokes.

Fantastic experience: Great gym that has everything you need and more from calisthetics to weights to plenty of cardio machines It has a good atmosphere and good mix of people from avid gym goers to newbies and nobody is judged which is important in any gym, standards are kept up your not going to see 10 people hanging around a machine taking pictures of each other in jeans.

Negative experience: AVOID. I asked to freeze my membership until the end of September, which was confirmed last month. For September, the freezing fee is £15. When I requested to cancel earlier this week from the end August, I was told that that they had to "unfreeze" me and charge me one last month membership fee. This is unacceptable!

Positive experience: incredibly busy unless you go to the gym at odd hours. Latest cardio machines, good selection of weight equipment. Friendly staff. Not sufficiently clean locker room and showers - there’s always a weird smell

Negative experience: It’s a well rounded gym. The main issue is the gym equipment’s maintenance, where rubber components and so on can be missing, and the fact the machines aren’t very clean.

Negative experience: At the end of contract, Users must contact their bank and block monthly payment. Otherwise they keep taking money out of your bank with deceitful contract. Site staff are very aggressive. Emails are also very aggressive. I lost 3 pad lock for a month. No one keep it as lost property. Monthly membership is almost 100 pounds / month. To current users: Contact your bank and block payment when you decided to leave. They will send you threatening / harassment emails. Block email from this gym. I am considering it as financial fraud/harassment legal case.

Fantastic experience: Honestly love this gym, the staff are really nice, the people that work out there mind their business and don't bother anyone, there's always staff cleaning up and keeping the environment safe, and I love the equipment there. Also love the fact that I could sign up for any classes

Negative experience: How I lost £180 pounds by listening to the sales representative and not paying attention to T&C's. When I initially decided to join Gymbox Stratford, I was hesitant due to the crowdedness of the Stratford area. Despite my concerns, the sales representative assured me that the gym would not be overly busy during off-peak hours, prompting me to sign a 3-month fixed contract to evaluate the facilities and foot traffic. Unfortunately, my initial worries turned out to be correct. The gym is indeed extremely crowded, so much so that booking a class is a race against the clock – one often has only a 30-second window at midnight, a week prior to the class. This is not the kind of stress I anticipated from my gym. Following the end of 3 month contract, I decided to relocate to a different area and thus, find a new gym. However, Gymbox Stratford continues to charge me £95 every month, despite the contract term having ended several months ago. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue – speaking with receptionists, emailing the management team, and even removing the direct debit from my bank account – yet, the monthly deductions persist. So even if on words your contract is 3 months fixed, on paper it means rolling basis and Gymbox will charge you anyway after the fixed period ends. In order to stop payment you need to fill out a special form 30 days before anticipated 'departure'. Having said that in reality it will mean 2 additional payment cycles.

Negative experience: Because of their mistakes, they overcharged me and then they deliberately hesitate to send my refund. Worst gym experience ever. Going back to pure gym, thank you

Positive experience: Can be busy at lunch 12-2ish and in the evening. Very stuffy at those times but any other time is really nice place to train. People don’t seem to know how to share the squat racks but usually with a bit of education are happy to share space if needed. The PT’s just drop their kit around the place to ‘reserve’ equipment which can be frustrating, especially when they want to do bench press in a squat rack… but we move. Punch bags and octagon available if that’s your thing. Changing rooms are ok, sauna is good and gets up to about 85 last time I checked.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. Has to be one of the best I’ve ever gone to. It has a ton of facilities (showers, large change rooms, saunas) and plenty of space in the gym portions. There is a large free-weight section, large hardio (cardio) floor. It has plenty of squat racks, a boxing ring, and loads of punching bags to boot! The classes are fantastic: so many options. The instructors are fantastic and very friendly. Some people may complain about booking the classes, but if you set alarms for the ones you want, you should be fine. Overall, the gym can look intimating, but everyone there is so friendly and happy to help. I am so happy I switched from the anytime fitness near by in Stratford. I joke that I basically live there cause I’m here so much. Finally, huge shout out the ladies at front of desk that I see most days (Colly, Kim, Gabs, and Emma). They are seriously the best! Funny, kind, and most importantly encouraging. I have never had a bad experience at this gym (aside from my alarm getting me up so early for my morning spin classes haha!).

Fantastic experience: I found it really difficult attending other gyms as they were too far from where I lived. The location of the gym is extremely convenient, and the culture of the gym is unmatched. Kaya, in particular, is a friendly face at reception and is always willing to answer any questions I’ve had.

Negative experience: So disappointed... I signed for this gym as a friend told me that the classes are amazing, unfortunately I didn't had the chance to try it as ALL classes are always fully booked for all week and part of the next! Also the gym is too small and with not enough equipment. I been there at many different time and is always the same situation! I had to change my workout plan as there were no machines available so many times! Also there is no enough space in the free weights area! I was doing some reps and a guy that was walking around literally hit during the exercise as there was no space even to walk around, is even more stressful than an enjoyableenvironment. I had a really bad experience and I will never recommend this gym. Absolutely no worth the money!!!!

Negative experience: Was previously a 5* review but has gotten a lot worse since the new year and is hard to justify the price - the most popular bits of equipment can be hard to get on even outside peak times, and 90% of the time people don’t bother to put take their weights off the machines or put them back (even seen dumbbells I've needed left in the separate cardio area a few times). Would benefit massively from doubling up on a few of the machines (cables and leg machines particularly) and having a member of staff on the floor to deal with the people who load up 300kg on leg press, do 3 half-reps, and then walk off with the weights still on. Staff at the front desk are really nice and the classes are still great.

Positive experience: Update: FIX THE LEAKS ALREADY!! The gym is great, better than when I joined last time. But seriously it's been 1 month since I started again and the leaks on the main entrance and in several places inside are still there!!! I don't like getting drops of questionable water every time I have to walk in and out of the gym, and OMG BELIEVE ME when I say the smell some times is just horrendous! Not to mention dangerous having buckets and towels in the middle of the corridors like that, or sometimes not even those so it's proper wet on the floor, someone might get hurt! This is health and safety SOS, I wonder what will happens if someone walks in for an inspection in that building. I also wonder what is the general manager of the establishment doing for it ‍♀️ I would give 1 star, but I really enjoy the dry part of the gym now, so 3 stars for that, but seriously, fix the leaks... Last review beginning of 2023: Overall great gym. 4 stars out of 5, because I feel like some of the staff are a bit pretentious, and I do not like this personally.

Negative experience: Hi there, I did got in touch and I would love to actually speak to someone who would be able to help. I am even open to maybe continue with my membership but at the moment I am extremely disappointed of the admin and payments teams. I have requested in many of my emails to talk to someone higher up but with no luck. I have joined this gym only for some of the classes and I was reassured that there will be enough capacity but in 3 months I have not had the chance to book or attend one. Therefore I requested an early termination as there was no point to keep paying for something I have no opportunity of using. If there is anything that can be done, I could consider continuing but for now, my experience has not been great at all.

Negative experience: The gym has excellent equipment but sadly it’s so busy all the time it’s impossible to use any of it. Weekday mornings, evenings and weekends, doesn’t matter when you go, you will always be waiting for equipment. They need to start reducing the number of visitors, it’s a harrowing experience being in the weights room in the evenings these days. Too focussed on revenue and not on customer experience, shouldn’t be accepting new memberships at the detriment of others.

Fantastic experience: Booked the Bike and Beats class with ClassPass and had a blast! The gym is modern, clean and has good facilities. The changing rooms are really big which is fab! The class itself was really motivating, I've never used the colour system before but it was a good mental and physical challenge. The music was brilliant - not the usual techno/ house pounding away, but a good mix of classics and newer music to keep it interesting. Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience! I was visiting a few gyms and wasn’t sure which one I wanted to go with but it was because of this lovely lady at reception - Yanique, that I chose gym box Stratford! She welcomed me with a warm welcome from the moment I entered the gym and remained extremely helpful throughout, she directed me to all the right places and people and I was able to get the correct membership that suited me best!

Fantastic experience: Ive been a member at GymBox Stratford for 2 years and i dont see myself at another gym, everything is set out well for me i attend classes on a daily and emjoy them, the weight secrion is awlays motivation as thr equipment is up to date. The location is perfect for me as i drive into westfield and get free parking from the gymbox. I highly recommed gymbox straford its got it all from thr classes to the sauna. Izzy

Fantastic experience: Sona the receptionist is an extremely diligent and helpful worker. He always greets me with a smile no matter the time of day that I frequent the gym. He also happily assists when information or help is required regarding membership or using the gym. He is a great asset to the gym.

Positive experience: Love this gym - great selection of classes. Only down side is that is popular so hard to find space on gym floor if you want to do your own little hiit workout or squat rack space at peak times. Thumbs up for new manager Adam who's working hard to make good changes!

Negative experience: Pricepoint is far too for for the gym considering the aircon always breaks, the door is broke, the sauna is broke, the cable machine is broke, the dip bar is broke…. Sewage has been leaking for months at the entrance of the gym. The roof is leaking as are the urinals as are the mens showers (pictures attached). Thankfully they're fixing the showers but are ripping them out for what must be the 4th time and they'll be OOA for 5 weeks.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym I’ve been to. Lovely staff, up to date equipment and huge range of classes. Gabrielle set up my membership and has been amazing ever since. Sona has also been brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Gymbox Stratford is always a pleasant exeprience. The facilities are clean and accommodating. Shout out to Sona who always greets me with a smile, and makes any guests i bring feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: My wife and myself joined a few days ago at Gymbox (My wife was an ex of Gymbox she have always love it) and from the beginning our experience has been exceptional. The rest of the staff in the reception have been friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Connor and Tamara! We went on the tour of the gym with them two who was being very friendly and welcoming throughout the tour!! They were also just the right combination of joyful, energetic, kindness and thoughtful. We both are deaf and they made us feel at ease and put in effort to text down on the phone and lipreading for us to understand. On top of made us feel like joining the gym and helped us to find the best membership deal. We left very happy and satisfied with our option. Facilities are fantastic, the changing rooms are great, equipment is top notch, far more hygienic than other gyms I've been to. Happy to be a member of Gymbox.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time visiting Gym Box Stratford to use the studio space and I am yet again beyond impressed by the amazing F.O.H staff. I was greeted by Gustave and Ruby who helped me with my booking quickly and efficiently, they also made me aware I could get 2 hours free parking which was a bonus and I did not expect that so was lovely for them to advise me. Overall a really lovely place, filled with good energy and vibes! Can't wait to return. Kourtney :)

Positive experience: The gym is a good place the staff is friendly but not helpful many times with customers. Except Yanique, she is a very kind girl, attentive and always willing to help with any customer inconvenience, she is always very kind and always smiling. Lots to learn from her really. Positive experience: Really cool vibes inside the gym especially when the djs are banging out the tunes! Extremely friendly staff especially Tamara who’s always so helpful! High quality classes. Defo recommend Jamie’s battlebells & wod classes, Jo’s strongman class and the Muay Thai class

Fantastic experience: I love this gym!! Never have I had such a great experience with staff in London especially at a gym. The staff are amazing and the studio spaces are very hygienic and clean. Such great vibes here and an all round enjoyable place to be!

Fantastic experience: Reception staff is always cheerful and lovely especially Rakea. She has amazing energy which rubs off on others which is needed before starting a gym session. She’s is very welcoming and patient when it comes to questions regarding the gym. I would definitely recommend gym box to my friends and family. The facilities are outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, and atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly especially Nia who was very helpful and professional when I was there!

Negative experience: I have been a member for a couple of years here. Gym is okay. However, things are always broken and take months to fix. Communication is poor and it’s frustrating for members. Recently showers have not been fully functional for months.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with Gym Box and have not been disappointed! Such a vibe as soon as you walk in the doors I am greeted by friendly reception team-Nia is so helpful and friendly, I love that they provide parking validation, towels for workouts, good supply of drinks and energy bars after a hard work out – I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Fantastic experience: Visited the Gymbox for the first time last Sunday . The staff Nia at reception were very friendly, and helpful and I will be back to continue my new journey on getting fit.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment with friendly staff. Ruby is a fantastic personal trainer! For the first time in a long time I feel like I’m looking after myself properly which is thanks to her constant support. I’ve lost weight, got fitter and feel so much healthier! Ruby has been really supportive and approachable and I have never felt hesitant in asking her things about my workout or diet, Could not recommend her or Gymbox enough! Xx

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! Facilities, classes and atmosphere are second to none. Aaron the Sales Manager is so welcoming and helpful! He helped me to get set-up and was completely transparent from the off, couldn’t have been anymore clear which is one of the reasons I did sign up with him
