Fantastic experience: Thank you! To management The manager really went through my issue and helped me out. And i have now got membership to fitness.

Negative experience: Please don't join this gym they charge high for membership and fake information is shared by the reception person so it's one type of West money. All included above are my experience.

Fantastic experience: Place has plenty of parking on side roads, although gym is fairly packed dint have to wait for machines or weights. Some upgrade on machines needed

Negative experience: Moved out of the area so cancelled my membership in September, yet another direct debit has come out of my account yesterday! Staff are useless and gym need to work on their admin as emails and calls are not responded to. Way better gyms in the area than this, customer service is poor and a real put off to this gym.

Negative experience: Many of the machines are broken, the front door is always open and mean all little children and groups of men who are not members always come in . Very unsafe gym!

Fantastic experience: Good gym. Have seen progress in 2 years on my health and strength. Few members I want to give a special mention to is Nathan who assisted yesterday when I needed help.

Negative experience: Been using this gym for several months. Staff are helpful and friendly and the PT I have sessions with there is great. However there is a problem with broken out of order weight machines. One has been out of order since long before I joined. Another two went out of order many weeks ago and not that I use it but even the blxxxy drinks vending machine has been out of order for weeks. For the price charged for membership the owner of this franchise should be able to get these machines repaired or temporarily replaced!! I was told that someone would come to repair them end of August and then told they brought wrong parts! It leaves a poor impression and is frustrating when machines you wish to use are out of order for months!

Negative experience: The gym needs a upgrade! Definitely more accessories for cables and some upgrade in the gym machines as they are getting old ! Energy drinks machine never works and is not topped with proper gym stuff just water and lucozade ! Owner should check the gym !

Fantastic experience: I started coming to this Gym in April for the first time and decided to take a personal trainer to help me with my workouts. I did not know how to use the machines at all. My PT has helped alot, tought me many things I did not know, helped and kept track with my diet. It has only been a few months and I feel and look great! Aurelian is a real professional and keeps me motivated.

Negative experience: Weird people go there.. I was just being stalked by some guy.. He kept watching me and followed me to use the equipment I wanted to use

Negative experience: The showers are very poor, they take a long time to turn on and it took me 1 hour to have a shower and made me late for work. I advise you to never come to this gym if you are going to take a shower

Positive experience: I really luke this gym because its not to far from my house and its not always rammed, also staff are really helpful and friendly BUT there is not alot of equipment in the free weights area and it is over priced comparef to other gyms also in the area, but overall its a nice local gym

Negative experience: Personally I do not like how they conduct they’re business on the first day of arrival they never even bothered to show or give me an induction I had to ask my friends how to do certain things as I was new to the gym secondly I do not recommend this gym because of how small it is and for how expensive it is it’s very overpriced

Positive experience: They have a number of equipments and treadmills. And all were in working condition. The cleanliness in the gym is good as well. The trainers are well knowledged and good in nature. Overall, this 24*7 gym is a good choice in the nearby locality as compared to others.

Negative experience: To be honest im very disappointed about the staff from first day they promise me to shown all equipment how it works but this never happened, they take the money but no customer service at all ,I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone!

Positive experience: It's a nice gym and doesn't get too crowded. I think the staff should give the lockers and equipment a proper clean once in a while.

Positive experience: Only 1 squat rack which doubles as the only place to barbell bench press.

Positive experience: It's far too small and doesn't have enough gym equipment for it to be as expensive as it is (£29.99 per month, peak time). That said, it's never busy so it's perfect if you're overwhelmed by bigger, busier gyms. The equipment could be better but the gym itself is clean and the shower facilities are good.

Negative experience: Overpriced and overcrowded for how small it is. There are only 3 benches in the gym. But it does have very cheap Personal Trainers so worth it if that's what you're after. And its the only one in Kenton

Fantastic experience: Amazing and very friendly place. Very clean and very polite and friendly staff. Trainers are extremely helpful and not very crowded which is my favourite part. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Very positive 1st experience/visit. Roshni was extremely professional and friendly. Just used the treadmill (matrix - don't know what model). She explained how to use it and then let me get on with things. Perhaps not the biggest gym. Not that much space for free weight use or non-machine activities (e.g. Swiss ball). Machines seemed in good condition though. Not the cheapest I don't think (£30 pm). 24 hours though. Went on Thursday between 8-9pm. Not busy. Feel I can recommend based on initial impressions.
