Negative experience: Harrowing experience. I asked the worker if I could use the chest press machine and they said "only if you remove the hijab" and I said "its my faith" and they aggressively pulled it off my head and stamped on it.

Fantastic experience: Great value well maintained with good quality machines

Negative experience: Sunday 8am Badminton that is sign posted as a No Strings session only 3 people including me was very poor value considering the price for one hour. It was my first time back there since Covid doubt if I would risk going back for an early Sunday morning session again as I was travelling from East London.

Negative experience: Scammer sport centre. They cancelled my booking due to their closure.They promise will contact me in 3days but It been 2 month I haven’t got my refund yet and no one contacting me

Fantastic experience: The gym is not huge but has all I need, friendly staff, clean and love the group classes, especially Body pump and Women pilates

Negative experience: This was the worse experience.I subscribed with everyone active for 2 months and I asked for a refund they declined to give me a refund and non of them told me about the policy and they took £37.84 for the next month without asking me or tell me.

Negative experience: The gym in itself is not bad, it has the right equipment the problem is the rude staff working there.

Fantastic experience: I love this place

Positive experience: Floors are usually very good for badminton, some ventilation issues causes hall to smell bad/ too warm on some days.

Negative experience: One Indian boy from the reception was really rude and seems he doesn’t know how to do his work. Pathetic

Positive experience: This gym is quite small but I’ve been 4 times now and there’s never been too many people in there. It doesn’t quite have every piece of equipment I’d want and there’s not much floorspace for cardio workouts but it’s enough to get a good workout in. The staff there are really nice and friendly as well. Solid option, good pick but not going to blow your mind.

Fantastic experience: Good place for badminton. Nearest tube station is Edgware Road Bakerloo Line (10 mins walk).

Fantastic experience: Great staff and venue. Even Westminster council has four public PCs for anyone to use which is fantastic.

Negative experience: No one at the front desk, however they start cleaning at 8 PM and kick you out by 9:45 they start yelling 5 minute count downs in the last half hour none stop. They get in your way so you have to move while they clean and your e the s burn from the chemicals while you’re doing weights. They clean things while you’re using them. They take weights off your machines. They turned some of the lights off so it got dim while lifting weights. Please fire the staff and be open till ten. Other everyone actives aren’t like this. I’ve been with you guys a few years. Came back after I moved back too. Got lumbered here, and it’s the worst gym experience across 4 countries and 10 plus years using multiple gyms. Do better. Don’t get a membership at this locations.

Fantastic experience: The Staff are super helpful and very accommodating. We play badminton most Tuesdays , everything is always ready for us and the place is clean.

Positive experience: Great gym. A bit small and sometimes busy; but priced well, clean and friendly. Bring your own towel.

Positive experience: One of my absolute favourite gyms. Hard to overstate how much I like this gym. Very reasonably priced, good equipment and local.

Negative experience: Having been to a number of everyone actives this is by far the worst. The staff are absolutely shambolic and haven't a clue as to what services are offered. They are entitled, pushy and plain unhelpful. Try and get someone on the phone and if they don't want to answer the questions, they simply hang up. In the off chance they hold a conversation, you still won't get any questions answered and will be told to expect a call back but alas, months and still waiting after multiple attempts to get anyone to answer simple questions. Avoid at all costs and instead utilise church street or seymors leisure centre which are run by the same everyone active group but are far better with their customer service.

Fantastic experience: Nice sports hall. Probably the best in central London for badminton. It could be quite warm there. Also a bit difficult to find parking spaces.

Negative experience: Facilities are alright but the staff is really rude and unreasonable.

Positive experience: Has almost everything one would want. Value for money !

Fantastic experience: A great little gym, with helpful staff, good opening times and an amazing price. The best priced gym in the area by far with all the machines and equipment you could want. Have been going for a few years and really enjoy it. Yes there are more expensive gyms with fancy equipment and plush fixtures but that won't help your gains :) muscles don't see the scenery they just see the lift.

Negative experience: The Gym upstairs is terrible, badly positioned machines with very bad attachments. Do attention to detail e.g running machines could be closer to the wall and aligned to provide more space.. not 1 forward,1 bent, one behind etc. this lack of attention and lack of common sense is apparent in other places. why put bar bell stack in the stretching area when you already know they is no space. good showers and badminton courts, good staff

Negative experience: It’s such a shame they made this building newly and it has small facilities what a shame! I go to symour leisure centre even though this is literally 3 minute walk !

Negative experience: There was no shop in men’s toilets for three days in a row. Also most of the toilets and vending machines are out of order. Place feels abandoned

Fantastic experience: Good place used it for months and months no issues and it's always been nice and clean staff are amazing happy to help you can book the little halls out and they are cheap ans cheerful and they comes and help you with anything that's you need.

Negative experience: At 9.00 a.m. 23/12/2021. It was awful.I found a Doctor? I don't if he was, but he looks nervous and impatient. Not polite, I tried to cooperate with him, but he was nasty and rejected my cooperation. Very bad experience. My arm still in pain.

Fantastic experience: I came here to receive my booster and I was looked after by YAEL and KARINE. Their service was simply exceptional: in less than 60 seconds it was my round (way earlier compared to my reservation time), they were smiley, friendly, welcoming as well as highly efficient. The whole journey lasted for about 8 minutes. Fantastic. High-Five ;)

Negative experience: Went for my booster vaccine, I had an appointment booked from 2 weeks ago. There was only one queue for everybody, and was told up to an hour to wait! What is the point in having an appointment if they don't have separate queues. They obviously cannot cope with the demand.

Fantastic experience: Came to get my vaccine booster. It was not amazingly well signposted as you enter through a different entrance but everyone was helpful and it was easy to find the right place. All the volunteers were efficient and it was very quick to get my vaccine and wait the required time before leaving.

Positive experience: Mainly uses the hall... Rubber flooring. It's nice if they do clean the floor more frequent. Small gym but it has equipment that can do most things. However one of their staff at reception is very rude.

Positive experience: Most inconsistent gym I’ve ever been to. MOST of the staff are great and helpful. As well as unclean changing rooms and toilets (consistently), tonight they decided that customers don’t need lights when trying to use the lockers to get their stuff and to get changed. So, we had to use the flashlight on our phones to see what we were doing. This was no doubt to try and get us out quickly despite the sports centre still being open for another 10 mins but it’s just dangerous and unnecessary. This gym is cheap and you’re constantly reminded of that but it doesn’t have to be that way. If there were ANY other options closer to me, I’d be going there. Hopefully a puregym or something else opens up under one of the new blocks being built in the area. I’ll keep adding photos of what other things the staff decide to surprise us members with as there’s almost always something!
