Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic gym! Being open 24/7 makes it incredibly convenient for any schedule. The equipment is top-notch, and the facilities, including showers and toilets, are always spotless. Emilia, the manager, is exceptionally welcoming. The views of Plymouth Sound from the gym are breathtaking and probably the best in the country. I highly recommend anyone considering joining to do so—you won't regret it!

Negative experience: very hard to cancel

Negative experience: Extremely difficult to cancel memberships in this gym. Emilia was very rude and difficult to talk to. They hardly reply to messages and even though you email a month before to confirm the cancellation, they still need proof so that they can cancel it. Update for Owner: I appreciate you have confirmed all of this, however, this is not the same person as you have mentioned and I do not understand what you mean by that.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym and it has everything I need plus amazing views and very well priced

Positive experience: I've been going to this gym for just over 2 years now, I originally gave this place a 5 star review but because of the whole hiding the remote situation and having to work out to pop/love songs rather than putting on something more suited for a gym I'm having to drop it.
