Fantastic experience: On holiday so was looking for a local gym. First session today and had a great workout. Equipment is good, smooth movement, more of an old style feel with more modern equipment but not the stuff you find in other newer gyms. Back tomorrow for an early start. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a gym that is competitively priced.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff & ever-improving equipment, so much better since the new owners took over (who clearly care about the gym) As a member of this gym for the last 4 years or more back when it was XS, I'm glad to see it getting the care it needed!

Fantastic experience: The best gym I’ve ever been to, all the staff are lovely and chatty also happy to help with any problems you may have, the gym is clean and kept on top of 24/7, gym equipment is great plenty of equipment to chose from to complete a good work out! Keep up the good work guys

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym since being taken over in the past months. Community is growing everyday and it’s on track, if not already, to be one of the best gyms in the area. The staff are accommodating and very welcoming to all members, new or old. You can see the efforts that they are going through to make this THE gym in the area. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few gyms in my time so I’m absolutely shredded and this was by far the best one I’ve been to to date, nice and clean, friendly atmosphere and staff! They also facilitate for absolute powerhouses like myself with there being plenty of weight to lift! 5. STAR

Fantastic experience: Not a member of this gym, but wanted a Day Pass unaware that you had to book a slot, and the lovely lady at the reception desk took my details and let me train without booking. The gym itself was very clean, with staff making sure to prompt you before entering to clean equipment after use, which every member did. Staff were also good at monitoring the gym floor. The equipment itself was exactly what I had wanted. Note this is a very small gym, but it had everything I could have wanted. I love the diverging lat Pulldown machine as many places do not offer that. There was also a place upstairs with a boxing bag which is a nice addition. Will definitely be back and may possibly take up membership, though I am not local.

Negative experience: Disrespectful in the way they speak to paying customers. Unclear guidelines on the way they operate with booking/ time slots. Was made to leave the gym after 45 minutes as i was in a small group of 3 and other people had “waited to come in”. We had paid £7 each on a DAY PASS and where made to feel like criminals when shouted at in the gym to leave after just 45 minutes! No refund offered... disgusting service! Still waiting on a call from management...

Positive experience: A good little gym, cheap memberships which somewhat reflect the size inside and the amount of machines etc they have. The tailored plan isn't really tailored and you could spend 30 mins on Google and make a better one for yourself. Overall a good gym.

Positive experience: Gym is ok, when you mostly know what you're doing. Busy at times, and equiptments are on oller scale. However, I do like to go there. Staff is nice, polite and helpful.

Negative experience: Was signed up on a contract by a Debit Finance representative, 3 year contract and was told it could be cancelled at any time, which was incorrect a minimum of 12 months applied and then a £120 fee to end. Thought this sort of practice was ended, but unfortunately it's still happening here. The finance company are rude and unhelpful and will fine you if you stop your DD. Be warned, think before you sign anything .

Negative experience: Really bad, staff are unhelpful, bad atmosphere and just quite cramped and nasty.

Positive experience: Great gym, easy going, good value. Could do with a second rowing machine

Fantastic experience: Lots of machines and free weights. The gym has plenty of windows letting in natural light, staff friendly. A good range of opening times. A good gym!

Fantastic experience: Good value gym with decent equipment.

Negative experience: I don't trust any company that uses pushy cold calling. When you say no that should be the end of it.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Atmosphere fine if you like dance music or leaving with a banging headache due to loudness of music. Windows in female changing room not adequately frosted.
