Fantastic experience: Amazing food, use regularly for business meetings. Warm and friendly staff, would highly recommend.

Positive experience: It's great if you want to relax by the pool or if your very into commercial gym stuff but it is rather outdated around the pool and could do with a revamp. The joining prices are a bit steep but you are paying for the luxuries and the variety of classes. It is a very tidy place and the staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Best hairdressers.

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money. Sauna has been on and off for weeks (mostly off), cables have been broken since late December and now the jacuzzi is off. I didn’t realise their New Year resolution was to not fix any equipment. Given the price and the fact there has recently been a 10% price increase you would expect good facilities.
