Negative experience: Honestly the worst gym I’ve ever seen or evening heard honestly the best gym in oldbury if your local to that area is oldbury jd gym I wouldn’t waste your training or paying at energie fitness oldbury it’s a very small gym that probably my be benifical but not the best interms of the inside
Negative experience: I cancelled my membership with a member of staff and he forgot/didn't cancel it. No issue as it was a mistake, which happens, but I asked for a refund for the extra month and they have refused, so have effectively stolen a months membership off me... The gym itself is ok but very small, parking is bad in the morning and they don't do classes anymore, so I moved to the JD gym next door which 24hrs. I would recommend you do the same!
Fantastic experience: Lovely place small and cheap to join. All people are friendly and is nice and quiet. Parking is also easy available.

Negative experience: At first, I've left a one-star review although the Energie Fitness Oldbury staff assured me that the direct debit was definitely cancelled so I've changed it to 4 stars. Unfortunately, another payment was taken despite my multiple requests to cancel the membership. I'm not using the gym but I'm still being charged for it... Phone calls don't seem to work... Apparently I can't quit that gym

Fantastic experience: Brilliant little gym , perfect for what I need at the moment all the lads there are awesome , Alex knows his stuff and is brilliant at what he does, and will point you in the right direction. Would love to see a leg press machine and a lat raise machine

Fantastic experience: Small, local and fits the bill in what I need. Not asking for a lot, free weights and cardio machines is only what I'll ever use and it's always free for me. I only ever go either early morning or lunch times. Not busy and small, decent and local gym.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym ever !!! Nice , comfortable, reliable staff, conditions and safety measures are remarkable since opening back up from the lockdown and it's always clean. Weights, machines and the apparatus are very comfortable to use, i remember myself finding a few machines hard to use, but the staff member on duty (Keiran) helped me through it all and made sure i exercised comfortably, he is a brilliant and a professional staff member, always greets me with a smile, and instantly makes you feel welcome, Alex also helped me with weights and techniques, and he is also friendly individual to. With such tremendous customer service and the gym overall I will never ever go to another gym again, so thanks you energie fitness for being my second home, my whole experience has been amazing and I feel welcomed everytime.

Fantastic experience: I love using this gym as the equipment is very easy to use with instructions on the machines. Always members of staff to help you, all very friendly and always walking round to see if you need help especially Connor. A lot of machines and equipment to use for all my workouts! I think it’s a great gym would 100% recommend

Negative experience: The staff are not always available , and usually work with appointments, a gym should always have its staff available except after working or opening hours .

Negative experience: I arranged to meet an instructor to show me the gym, as a potential new customer with an adult family, all looking to relocate from another gym. I waited, contacted reception, waited again, tried phoning, several times, asked customers already in the gym (who were quite happy to let me in with no pass.) no one turned up. I would be concerned in a gym with no supervision at all, so I will not be joining.
Positive experience: Really good staff and some knew machines in car park busy late on then it is an hotel
