Our comment from FitFit UK about Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre:
Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre in Belfast is an exceptional facility that caters to the diverse needs of the community. Visitors consistently praise the clean and well-maintained environment, along with the friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to ensure an enjoyable experience. The centre features a well-equipped gym with modern machines, although some users note a need for additional equipment to accommodate peak usage.
The swimming pool is inclusive and well-staffed, providing a great atmosphere for both casual swimmers and those looking to train. While improvements could be made to enhance the play features for children, the centre does offer a wide range of activities and fitness classes, making it a fantastic choice for families.
Overall, Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre is appreciated for its variety of fitness classes and commitment to cleanliness and service. While some areas require attention, such as gym congestion during peak hours and a need for more streamlined communication regarding pool schedules, the centre is highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their fitness and enjoy recreational activities.
Services, Machines and Guided Classes
Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre: Opinions
Fantastic experience: Great facility and staff. Clean well maintained. I only use the pool. There was emergency maintenance needed to the pool & I got a call from a staff member just before I left home to say it would be ready later that day - how many centres would do that? Fantastic service
Thank you for the review
Positive experience: The gym is good for the most part, the equipment is generally good quality but machines are regularly taken due to a shortage of them, and due to amount of people who have a membership. An addition of new or more machines could be beneficial, such as an extra smith machine as there is only the one. There are many cables available which is excellent, but I think many would agree that there is too much a focus on cardio machines in the gym. Almost half of the gym is taken up by treadmills, Stairmasters and bike machines which I think is unnecessary considering these exercises can mostly be done outside of the gym, this space could be used for machines and racks you cant get access to outside of the gym.
We are refurbishing the gym at Lisnasharragh by extending the strength and conditioning area with the addition of a new rig, additional plate loaded strength equipment and ne sets of dumbbells.. This represents a £80,000 investment in upgrading your gym and improving your experience with us. This project will mean a partial closure from 4th to 8th November. During this time, we will relocate some gym equipment to the sports hall to allow you to continue your training.
Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities and staff
Positive experience: I don't know who thinks up the plan's but they really missed out when the rebuilding this swimming pool kids want slides and more fun
Fantastic experience: I can only speak of the swimming pool facilities, but it's a great space, with plenty staff actively looking after it, always rotated life guards, plenty shower and changing space. Great way to unwind the day.
Positive experience: About time some of the equipment was upgraded. It’s getting a bit squeaky and old. A lot of the machines people max out on as they dont go high enough. And could do with at least another squat rack. A box for stepping up on with weight …..Also desperately needs a hip thrust station as people are trying to do it on unstable benches.
Hi Gillian, thank you for your feedback this is something we are looking into, we will take the feedback on board.
Positive experience: Has a lot of different cardio machines and weight training stations. Can be very busy , so getting to use things can be a lottery. Car park small for the size of facility. Lots of different classes available like pilates, body conditioning classes etc throughout the day. Overall happy when using this centre. Maybe fix internet issues with machines as is non existent in some areas.
Fantastic experience: I wish to highlight the great customer care skills of Ryan at the reception desk, he has been exceptionally helpful with setting up my membership and the Better App, he definitely is value added to your service…
Fantastic experience: I recommend morning yoga with Rebecca
Positive experience: Great gym, sometimes busy with lots of children
Positive experience: Nice .. but needed more court availability
Fantastic experience: I often go to the gym and the sports halls and I love it
Fantastic experience: Love this place,so relaxed
Positive experience: Just started, but find it relatively good. Couldn't book today', but apparently WiFi was down all day. Should be fixed soon. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Needs a couple more hooks in the showers. Unless you don't mind leaving clothes and towel on the wet floor!!!!
Positive experience: It seems like a good leisure centre, I was only there to drop my kids for a summer scheme. My kids enjoyed it, and there was plenty for them to do. The only issue is the car park is small, and fills up early, but there is parking on the main road outside so its not too bad.
Positive experience: Nice modern leisure centre with good staff and great classes.
Fantastic experience: Come here everyday to gym Good spot a lot of equipment Staff are friendly Highly recommend
thank you very much for the review
Negative experience: I get it a bucket to catch the drips from the leaky roof but as of today it hasn’t rained for a month like ? Where is the lil tough guy who acts like he’s in the movie when we really need him
Positive experience: Great facilities and classes here. I only wish there were more Pilates classes with times I could attend and that there was a hip thrust machine in the gym! Other than that, I highly recommend.
Thank you for the review anna, regarding the pilates class this is something we are looking into.
Fantastic experience: Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre in Belfast is an outstanding facility that truly caters to the diverse needs of the community. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your visit is enjoyable. The centre boasts a wide range of modern amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym equipped with the latest fitness technology. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, there's something for everyone. The swimming pool is immaculate and well-maintained, providing a perfect environment for both casual swimmers and those training for competitions. One of the highlights of Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre is its comprehensive schedule of fitness classes. With options ranging from high-intensity interval training to relaxing yoga sessions, the classes are led by knowledgeable and motivating instructors who make working out both fun and effective. For families, the centre is a fantastic choice, offering a variety of activities for children of all ages. The dedicated children's play area and swimming lessons are particularly popular, ensuring that kids can stay active and entertained in a safe environment. The facility is always clean and well-organized, and the recent renovations have only enhanced its appeal. The commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service is evident throughout. Overall, Lisnasharragh Leisure Centre is a gem in Belfast, providing excellent value for money and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness, enjoy some recreational activities, or simply spend quality time with family and friends.
Thank you very much for the review
Negative experience: The rudest manager I've ever come across. I witnessed him shouting at a staff member in front of customers to the point where the staff member was crying. I have never witnessed such a disgraceful display by a so called manager.
Fantastic experience: Great Gym with a wide range of classes on daily.
Thank you for the review.
Positive experience: Ever wondered what would happen if you combined an under-equipped gym with a year 10 school disco? Well here's your chance to find out.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities and a big pool. Very convenient too.
Positive experience: Decent leisure centre
Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed a great game of badmington here..
Fantastic experience: Great facility with very helpful staff. Great value and Swim Doctors are excellent, patient and also very good value. Facility clean compared to other gyms. Sometimes quite a lot of maintenance work over a long period of time, air con, roof etc but other than that no complaints.
Fantastic experience: Perfect place to exercise and recover your health recommended
Thank you for the review
Negative experience: I have been a member for three years and one thing I can compliment the Centre on is the Gym Staff. Each and every one of training staff are friendly, approachable and always appear to be genuinely happy to see you in the gym or at one of their classes. However, the facilities are nothing short of shambolic. Firstly, the cleanliness and hygiene right throughout the Centre are extremely poor. The toilets are frequently dirty, floors and even walls soiled with substances I shudder to think of, as to their origin. Door locks broken, or not working (two cubicles on the top floor in particular), lack of basics like hand soap and/or toilet roll and clean toilet brushes are not a big ask. Given the level of footfall in the Centre, such things must be routinely checked and maintained. The floor in the main class studio is DISGUSTING, there is no other word for it. It is astonishingly evident that it does not get regularly cleaned. There are hairs, dust, dirt, mud all over the floor, and those are just what can been seen by the naked eye. For a studio that can have as many as TEN classes a day in there (most at full capacity) it is wholly unacceptable that the floor is not properly brushed, cleaned/disinfected on a daily basis. The main building itself, for something that was hailed as a multimillion pound, state of the art construction, is a huge let down. The main roof leaks almost every time there is any remotely heavy rainfall, rendering the main staircase unusable because it is a health and safety risk and is shored up by scaffolding. The far right corner in one studio has a puddle in it every time it rains, but at least someone tries to mitigate that by setting a bucket under the leak. The air conditioning is rarely cleaned or serviced and therefore, fails to work adequately. The ceiling at doorway to the back staircase has tiles missing and clear evidence of damp/leaking and yet, because the main staircase is perpetually out of use, this is one of the advised routes of access for the facilities upstairs. I could go on, but I've made my full feelings known to the Centre itself. For £45 a month, I really feel that members are being ripped off, given the state of the place.
Positive experience: Relatively new leisure centre with a large pool.
Fantastic experience: A little crowded
Negative experience: The pool is not clean at certain hours the day which is very disappointing.
Fantastic experience: Clean, not too busy, helpful staff
Positive experience: Great for taking the kids swimming and staff are always very helpful and friendly. Joined the gym at one time but cancelled not long afterwards. Seemed oversubscribed and hard to get near equipment.
Fantastic experience: We go every week for swimming lessons, kids love it!!
Positive experience: First gym I ever signed up for it’s ok prices are reasonable for students and they have everything you’d expect them to have and then some, only thing I would say is missing is a steam room/ sauna but other than that it’s good.
Thank you for the review
Fantastic experience: A great leisure centre, staff very helpful, spotlessly clean compared to other centres. There's a great choice of fitness classes but if you're looking for a great all round body conditioning, Andrea's step class on Wednesday morning is fantastic.Shes a great instructor & really keeps us all motivated to get the best out of the class.Thanku Andrea.
Negative experience: Real problems with individual showers, always blocked, standing in everyone's used water.this has been an issue since the place opened. Such a shame as its brilliant otherwise
Fantastic experience: Great. Pool is awesome. Palates is also great
Negative experience: When you call yourself 'Better', you really should be. But this gym is definitely not. The physical infrastructure of the centre itself is pretty good. Most staff are pleasant. A few are bit disinterested and there's one little bloke on reception from time to time who's naturally surly and shouldn't be anywhere near customers. Some of the internet enabled cardio machines don't work in the gym i.e. they're not connected to the internet. And those that are, are really slow. Some of the TV channels on screens also don't work either. This really shouldn't be the case in a brand new gym, and speaks to a lack of due care, attention, oversight and accountability. It also speaks to 'Betters' real issue which is genuinely appalling technology. The website does not consistently function as a transactional website. Around half the times i attempt to book online, there's always a problem e.g. there are no available spaces (when there are - as confirmed with a phone call), or they want to charge you (when you've already got a membership) -or their system fines you for being a 'no show' (even when you've attended). I end up having to ring the customer service team time and again - and though they can generally resolve the problem (and are always friendly), it takes 10 - 30 minutes on average to do so. Such a waste of everyone's time, because Better have completely botched the technology - which is poorly designed and built, with loads of glitches that keep reappearing.
Positive experience: The standard is poor compared to other centres. Cafe is not always open. I complained about hand driers not being turned on and I was ignored. They had big signs up after covid saying 'it is essential to dry hands thoroughly' and the driers didn't work - disgusting. Parking area is awful.
Hi Rod can you please let us know which hand driers are not working as we are unaware of any that are not having replaced any out of order ones recently
Fantastic experience: Relaxing swim, friendly and helpful staff. Good experience!
Fantastic experience: Just love lisnasharragh.. Centre.. The staff are so helpful an so well manner!!!
Negative experience: I have only ever used the gym facilities, so can only share my experience with that. I find the gym overcrowded a lot of the time I go there. This seems to be due to a lot of unsupervised children present in the gym - seems like an accident waiting to happen with the way they are using the equipment. Staff on the gym floor either seem to be few and far between or non-existent. Cleanliness is good and if I can get to use all the equipment that I want to (which is rare), it’s usually in good condition.
Hi Gerard We appreciate the gym is busy at peak times and we are working on solutions to provide more equipment and space over the coming months. Juniors are booked into supervised sessions but once they are 16 students can take out a full membership and continue to use the gyms at all times.
Negative experience: I am not sure why the gym is it allows you to book the pool and gum for 6am and opens its doors after 6am. Change your booking or opening hours.
Hi Agnes. The centre opens its doors at 6am Monday to Friday. Could you please let us know on what occasions this has not happened? All bookings clearly state that they include changing times.
Negative experience: Shambolic. You build a decent, modern centre, then front it with staff that appear to hate their job and an online schedule thats frequently wrong. Three times we've been there at the weekend just to find we can't swim as there is something on which isn't listed anywhere. I guess this is what happens when you take a council run service and hand it to a private setup. "Better" indeed. In response to the response below, it may be listed on a few places on facebook (and possibly the front page), but not the actual timetable itself, I checked and the front desk just said "aye it's wrong".
Hi Charlie. Sorry for your experience that you have had. Our timetable is fully accessible online and via our booking app to see when sessions are available to swim. At the moment in the summer every other weekend we are running our aquasplash as part of the summer period. This has been advertised, and timetabled on our webpage and social media. For alternative locations at weekend when this is being run you may wish to try templemore baths which is just down the road.
Positive experience: In the gym 4 weight machines out of order. Young kids are coming striaght in from the swimming baths using the machines and there is no supervision. A bad accident waiting to happen they misuse the equipment and go on it at breakneck speed. Never seems to be enough assistants about. With the amount of money they aremakiing should have better staff. Locker rooms kept clean and tidy and helpful staff at reception.
Hi Vivienne. Thank you for your feedback. As with all our machines when they break we have reported them to the service company who are waiting for parts for repairs. All children who use the gym have completed an induction, you may have noticed more about during the last few weeks due to an increase for summer programming they are not sneaking up into the gym. There is always staff available if you need anything just ask any member of staff and they will ensure that you are helped.
Negative experience: Poor/No information on when majority of the pool is closed for private swimming training/lessons - this is not ‘Swim for All’. Not ‘all’ can swim there when it is closed to the general ‘all’. You can turn up and the ‘all’ are rammed into half the pool while a couple of kids get half the main pool and the entire diving pool. Waste of time. If you work full time you have a very narrow window post 8pm if you want a bit of organisation. Better could provide more information so that your paying customers can plan and work around the schedule of closures/restrictions. There are already tight booking requirements and time slots to adhere to.
Hi Megan we are sorry that you have had this experience. All of our timetable and booking availability is fully available for people to see on our website and app for booking where you can also see how busy it is likely to be based on spaces still available to book. As it is the summer holidays a lot of people are utilising the pool at all times of the day as families take advantage of the facilities in their doorstep. If you are looking for structured Lane swimming it is available at 6am-9am 12-1:30 at lunch and 8pm-10pm every day. Swim for all sessions are free swimming sessions and therefore are un-programmed and vary day to day as to how busy they are.
Positive experience: Great place , wonderful staff, very nice and polite, always happy to help . Didn't like the number of people around the pool watching their kids swim .... . All the dirt from their shoes goes to the water. I found it very hard coming out of the pool as people won't move to let you go ...... husband and wife and their baby on the prom..... to watch their kid swim... . In the meantime, there is a sitting area ..... I spoke to the manager about the issue and been told that there is no rule for that ......
Fantastic experience: Really good sized leisure centre, plenty of activities and very helpful staff.
Fantastic experience: Really lovely and helpful staff on reception and in the gym. The gym is always spotless and well maintained. A bit more air con and music on would be nice, but that’s just being picky :)
Fantastic experience: Very friendly and accessible to all abilities
Positive experience: This place has been updated in recent years and it’s a pleasure to visit, down a star as the cafe is closed and it’s such a shame
Negative experience: Still hasn't even got a Sauna? It's like a buricratic process to book a swim, staff are blunt and it's just not a fun experience. Cash isn't good enough apparently and it doesn't hold a candle to the previous facility and this is an upgrade? Just waiting for Templmore to open for a workout and a sauna afterwards. Won't be back.
Hi Chris. We are sorry that this is your experience. There are no plans to install a sauna here as there is no space to do so. We do take cash at reception and have done so for a long time. The booking process for templemore will be the same as for here.
Fantastic experience: This is my local leisure centre. I use the swimming pool weekly. It is always clean and well maintained with friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: Nice clean and tidy with plenty to do
Negative experience: Try getting bog roll out of the disabled toilet holder. Scraped my hand.
Positive experience: Not keen on "changing village". Pool is good size.
Positive experience: Good staff on reception. The changing area is clean. A few of the doors have the locks broken off them though and haven’t been replaced but lockers and the rest of the area is good. Good hall for badminton and table tennis and again the staff have been great setting up. The pool is good when they have the separate swimming lanes set up for people actually wanting to swim lengths which saves everyone getting in the way. They should’ve put a few slides in, but can’t be helped now. Decent sized pool and clean
Positive experience: Although the centre is relatively new, the machines are not well maintained, which has meant it feels like you're using old rusty equipment
Fantastic experience: First time back in the centre for over 25 years. Really impressive looking inside. Great views over Belfast when using the gym. All ages of adults taking part. If you haven't been yet, you've got to have a go.
Positive experience: Great facilities all new but small items around the centre are starting to break/are broken alread.
Positive experience: Main pool was cold, went into the smaller pool that was warm until some baby threw up and they had to clean the pool. Sent us into the cold pool then when the warm pool was ready it turned into a hydrotherapy pool so no one was able to get back in . Also when the pool floor was being moved there was a loud alarm that started to aggravate the kids especially mine with Autism then having the pool attendant blowing their whistle and shouting at me to get out as our short time was up upset him further as he didn't want to leave the water as the changing rooms were even colder!
Hi Darren thank you for the review. Unfortuantely we are not able to turn the alarm on the pool floor off. This is a safety feature that we have no control over. The main pool is 29 degrees and the smaller pools are 30 so there is not a huge difference in pool temperature.
Negative experience: If you're looking to take up swimming to keep fit, do not join Better Lisnasharragh. Every midweek evening, between 4-8PM there is no accommodation between the 2 pools for people who want to swim lengths, I have no idea why they will not put in a lane to accommodate the 5-10 swimmers who are there at any given night but they don't, leaving them to have to zig zag through the kids in the main pool. On top of that, you may have your plans to swim on the weekend ruined by the entity of the main pool given up for water polo. To make things worse, there is no direct line to the Lisnasharragh leisure centre to make a suggestion, only the UK wide Better call centre
Hi Ciaran we have dedicated swim for Fitness sessions every morning, evening and lunchtime, to create a balanced programme that allows access for everyone it is not possible at all times to accommodate everything for a small number of people. This is why the sessions are advertised as swim for all and not swim for fitness (lane swimming). We do appreciate that timings do not suit everyone but to create the best balance our programme is clearly defined for people to both book into and see on the website.
Negative experience: Staff are good No indication when the pool is booked out on the app Far too many people in the gym at any one time Gym showers out of action for weeks
Positive experience: Clean and tidy changing. Lovely pool and warm but toooooo many school kids on a monday morning. Need to time it between schools entering and leaving to get a cubicle...also Water fountain dispenses luke warm water...
Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic leisure centre, recently completely rebuilt, the gym is big and open and accommodating for all. It also overlooks the front main carpark and pool area so your not just staring at the walls.... It's got a full sized swimming pool and a separate diving pool and a large spectators area so you can relax and view all. It has all that you need including indoor playing courts etc, large changing facilities inc showers hair drying location and a cafe just inside the main entrance if you need a tea or coffee also sells snacks. Great membership deals as well. I personally happen to love it it's large very clean and the people and staff are very friendly and helpful if you should need anything. So if your in the area pop in and give it a try I don't think it will disappoint.
Positive experience: Great swim facilities, however for a brand new place only recently refurbished the equipment in the gym is doesn't match this, the boxing gloves provided offer no protection. Not as good as conswater or bettergym Belfast
Fantastic experience: My favorite gym and best stuff
Negative experience: Went swimming this evening during a swim for all session and had to leave after only swimming 400m. Half the pool was taken up by the swimming club and the remaining half a pool was absolutely rammed beyond capacity. I am aware there is is swim for fitness times however these are very awkward timings for someone who works, there needs to be at least one lane for swimming during swim for all timings! Alternatively could you advertise online how many lanes the clubs are taking up so that I can make an educated guess as to whether it is possible for swimming. I have come in a few times now and have left having not even done a warm up.
Hi Aj. We cannot guarantee access to lane swimming during general swim. This is due to the popularity of the sessions for families at these peak times.
Negative experience: No swim for all available on Sundays only lane swimming no use for familys with children wanting to do a family activity at the weekend, not good!
Hi Gillian. We have swim for all available nearly all day on Sunday our lane swimming is just 8-9am
Fantastic experience: The cafe in this centre is ran by a charity. The focus of this charity is employing young adults with learning difficulties, to work alongside regular staff. The food, drinks, staff & level of service here is fantastic. I have heard its sadly earmarked for closure due to a lack of revenue, and being poorly ran by the top brass of the organisation. The staff have pointed out numerous issues, and offered their input for improvement, and the way forward. Sadly it seems to be being ignored. If anyone reading this lives, or works local to this place, please lend your support before its too late. Even a take away coffee would help keeps these great guys operational.
Positive experience: Take Gransden swimming every week. He enjoys it very much. Downside no child parking not good at all
Fantastic experience: Great gym and pool facilities.
Negative experience: Fantastic gym if you're available between 11am and 3pm. Outside of that, the place is absolutely jammed beyond capacity and an all together unpleasant experience, no matter what the KPIs say.
Fantastic experience: A lovely place very clean. The young lad on the desk wasnt really very helpful. Didnt tell you where to go or anything. Hardly spoke
Negative experience: Expensive. Not as good as the Yard, has air con tho.
Fantastic experience: Excellent thanks, really enjoyed
Negative experience: Avoid at all costs, they don't advertise the smaller pool is closed off for swimming lessons, and most of the bigger pool is closed off also, so everyone crammed into half of the pool, noise levels crazy, will not be back
Hi Chelle. Thank you for your feedback. Our full timetable for each pool can be found on the Home Screen of our website here https://www.better.org.uk/leisure-centre/belfast/lisnasharragh and is also on display on the noticeboard at reception. Our swim school does run on Saturday mornings until 12pm and we control the number of spaces available to book at the time to ensure the pool remains within safe bather loads.
Negative experience: Terrible! Was in for a swim and accidentally left my swimsuit behind which held sentimental value, and was told by a lifeguard that it was binned and that the staff never hold anything behind. And as you are unable to call the reception I couldn’t ask about them. Fuming as I can’t replace them
Fantastic experience: It can be really busy at times but apart from that it’s well worth joining.
Positive experience: A lovely well run centre , kids have junior gym passes for here and its amazing the amount of stuff they can do and also very reasonably priced , always clean staff are always helpful and polite , no direct line to this centre as I've tried a few times over issues from the app and bookings but apart from that we love here .
Fantastic experience: Fantastic Leisure Centre, large deep pool and extensive and modern gym.
Positive experience: Lots of classes to choose from. Can be very busy at peak times so you may have to be patient to use the machines and weights you want.
Positive experience: I’m a better gym member. Consequently I swim for free and my girls for £2.40 each. Swim sessions are only an hour which isn’t the longest. Booking is via the app. Easy to get to from mine making it more suitable than the day out at Lisburn.
Fantastic experience: Very good and easy to visit.
Positive experience: Good facilities, great for swimming and gym.
Fantastic experience: Great place for aqua classes, everyone is very friendly.
Fantastic experience: Best pool and gym in Belfast by a mile!
Positive experience: Always packed not enough equipment for how many people in the gym 4 benches lol very closed in feel . . Everyone seems to watch you doing you're workout instead of concentrating on their own workout
Hi Jesse. Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify on the above, we have 6 adjustable benches, 6 flat benches and 2 fixed bench press stations. We are constantly reviewing the equipment in the gym and take all feedback into consideration when updating the equipment on offer.
Fantastic experience: Great leisure centre for swimming! Clean, facilities great and staff very helpful
Fantastic experience: Great not dodgy good for the kids
Fantastic experience: Great, Swimming classes are very good and they have excellent coatches
Fantastic experience: Clean and modern
Negative experience: I can only answer in regards to the gym. I didn't like my experience. Terrible lay out of gym equipment. The gear is not what i expected after a 20million investment. Far too many people in at peaks times but to be expected to be fair. What really bothered me was the amount of young ones in the place, hogging the machines. The groups of young girls were the worst. It honestly felt more like a crèche. I will likely be cancelling my membership before the next month kicks in.
Positive experience: Its called the Robinson center
Hi Alan. Thanks for the feedback. The name of the centre isn’t something we can currently control. Do you have anything else you feel we could improve on?
Fantastic experience: The best of Better! Amazing swimming pool, swim at your own pace and you don’t annoy anyone because the lanes are lovely and wide. After swimming 80 lengths in 50 mins I deserved a treat from the coffee shop with its insane homemade cakes! £3 with free coffee!
Fantastic experience: Lovely clean pool, well organised lessons for kids.
Fantastic experience: Nice gym and pools. Staff always helpful
Thank you for your nice words.
Fantastic experience: Very well equipped gym, good size of swimming pool, lots of fitness classes available to suit everybody's needs. Friendly staff, always willing to help. Highly recommended
