Fantastic experience: this gym is perfect for bodybuilding, weightlifting, cardio, strongman, everything you need just swipe your card and you have access to everything. 10/10

Positive experience: Good gym, decent amount of equipment and the lady behind the counter was lovely, she had the patience to explain the layout and helped me with the lockers etc. Only downside was the man behind the counter was quite rude towards me when I was leaving. Would still recommend however he should consider how he speaks to people

Fantastic experience: Good Gym, especially if you like weights. In fact, if you're a man that likes weights it's excellent. I can't comment for women... because I'm not one.

Fantastic experience: One of the best independent gyms in the area. Great staff (Andy, Johnny, Mandy, Ashley) and a great owner (Carl) who are all knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Always willing to help, very accomodating and approach offering valuable support and advice. Clean environment, great range of equipment, regularly updated (free weights, strongman stuff and a ton of different machines), yearly membership is very competitive, cheaper than other gyms. Opens very early and closes late to accommodate different people. Great members, always there to help. Overall one big happy family. Free Parking available. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

Positive experience: Yesterday was first time i ever went gym and I loved this place, found it very friendly, i love the sauna, it's got all the machinery, i would recommend this place to everyone

Positive experience: The ladies-only gym is horrible, the carpets are soaked with water as the roof is leaking, the water has leaked onto numerous machines making them out of use as they are just nasty. It's super cold in there as it's on the top floor and it just smells damp. The rest of the gym is really really clean, the people that run the place as super nice and helpful. It's a shame that I only wanted to use the ladies-only gym as it's just super run down when the other parts of the gym are fine.

Fantastic experience: Great Karate lessons in this gym. Just head up to the first floor at the back of the gym to see the instructors. Monday and Thursday at 7pm till 8:30pm.

Fantastic experience: All you could need under one roof, friendly but challenging environment with all the apparatus you would ever need, one on one available to all, cheap joining fees and refreshments available on site

Fantastic experience: Gr8 gym plenty of machines the leg press machine is a monster sized one. Also have a punch bag area. Also have strongman area with you can lift atlas balls and flip a very large heavy tyre.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Decent equipment for weight training, resistance machines and cardio exercise. Friendly staff and fair prices for memberships, also has a separate ladies section. The only problem I have is the weekend opening hours, they are too short in my opinion if you decided to train on Sat. & Sunday.

Positive experience: Quite a good gym, just as long as you are not expecting any state of the art kit. was a member here for quite a few years but the opening hours are not good at weekends, opens far too late and I like to train early so I have joined somewhere else. May go back if the times improve.
