Fantastic experience: Great club, nice staff, fresh towels clean showers with hair dryers. Kyle and Harrison really polite and explain training tips and offer professional advice.

Fantastic experience: Great management and team, Harrison, Kyle, Fred, Amy, Phoebe and the rest of all the staff. Nice club kept clean and tidy, welcoming and respectful staff. Gym help and advice always there if you need it. Chilled out enviorment no judgement or pressure. Fridge with cold drinks avail. Nice overall club.

Fantastic experience: My Wife and i joined a couple of days ago, and right from the outset you could tell that this was a great place to go and better than other gyms we have been members of. Kyle in the club reception took time to explain everything, get to know us and what we wanted to get out of the visits and added a more personal experience. The fascilities are great for what we need as well as the price. 100% recommend.

Positive experience: Daughter learns to swim at this venue. Kyle the guy on the desk is very attentive and always checking things are filled up and clean and always doing something. how ever high standards are not maintained when other guy is in. Seems to just sit on the desk on his phone messaging never see him walking around checking things and full or tidy a few weeks we've been when the same guy on shift and the ladies changing room has a large pile of used towels in the middle on bench, mud not cleaned up etc. I wanted to give 5* if based solely on experience when kyles in but other guy really lets the venue experience down.

Positive experience: Steam room almost never working, no plastic bags, no swimming suits dryer.

Positive experience: The staff here are amazing; friendly, welcoming and helpful. Great pool, sauna and gym. Knocked a star off as the changing rooms are always freezing.

Positive experience: Average size swimming pool and drainage could do with a bit of cleaning. Very smelly around the changing rooms. The waiting area is also quite packed.

Positive experience: Love this venue for a swim and sauna wet room, I am with a gym app to get day pass as not a member, reasonably priced for what you get and free 2 hour parking once registered.

Positive experience: Small Gym limited equipment, the gym is never busy which is good. However the equipment is a little outdated and needs a little modernizing.

Positive experience: First the plusses: The gym has completely new. The pool is relaxing and never crowded. Jacuzzi is of solid permanent construction. .It has shower facilities that include body wash dispensers. Hair dryers are free. The members of staff I have met are friendly and helpful (thanks Harrison ). On the minus side: The jacuzzi lacks ANY massage jets. Showers time out at 12 sec. (30 would be nice). The female changing facilities need totally redoing. The showers need regrouting in some places and a thorough deep clean. Only half the lockers have working keys. The steam room also needs a thorough deep clean it seems to be collecting slime.

Positive experience: Not bad for a one day pass. Sauna and steam room are great as well as the shower facilities. The swimming pool is small so no long laps.

Negative experience: Spa was good before they introduced requirement to book 24h in advance. Will not be using again.

Negative experience: We booked tickets online and they told us that you need to book in advance 24hours before, the staff were really not helpful at all, 2 members of staff doing nothing, and the swimming pool was empty and they still didn't let us in!!! We booked it through hussle website and it didn't said that you need to call 24before! So they changed their system but online where we booked it, it doesn't say anything. Very poor service.

Negative experience: My wife and I are spa members and have been complaining about the lack of hot showers for a month. We are told they are awaiting a new part to come from Germany. Also waited 18 months for soap dispensers to be fitted in the gents showers. They were fitted 3 months ago and are now nonexistent again? When we ask to speak to management they are either in a meeting or unavailable.

Fantastic experience: Merriotte member before for a long time. This place, although, is less spacious, but a lot cleaner and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. First visited yesterday, and Joshua Lewis Hathway on the reception gave me a very kind and full orientation. I have decided to join this club from January 2019. Small but a compact facility, clean and tidy condition, and very friendly staffs will makes me enjoy this place most. Thanks Joshua!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic team working at the LivingWell Health Club. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Facilities are great; the pool, gym, sauna and steam room always very clean and never too busy.

Positive experience: It's a funny little gym. I lolloped on the cross trainer for a bit. He didn't seem to mind and was less angry after that. Low ceiling though. Banged my head whilst running. The pool is very murky. Something is living in it, I swear.

Positive experience: Nice gym - swimming pool a bit busy I'd say...

Negative experience: One star due to releasing customers membership details to other regular members of the gym. Confidentiality breach, staff should be re trained in what the Data Protection Act is, staff and regular members who do the exercise classes in the swimming pool and reception staff should be ashamed of themselves. I am appalled by the staffs lack of professionalism and regular members lack of respect for other people's personal and private matters. The gym in the morning is filled with old regular members with a superiority complex who are nosy and the staff have pampered these members and in doing so have caused a data protection breach. The staff members previously authorised my mother to attend the exercise classes and now have gone back on their word and have not allowed her to attend. A small gym with lack of professionalism and inconsistency. Seems like they don't even know what they are doing and what the rules are misleading customers.
