Fantastic experience: Warm welcome..clean simple pool..great to swim with sun shining in..its was my 94th pool swam within M25 this year and 103rd adding pools outside London M25 area...and stil more to do

Positive experience: Great experience so far, staff are good and friendly. Facilities are nice, clean and look relatively new.

Negative experience: Badminton court isn’t great - low light and too much distraction on the ceiling , not ideal for serious games!

Negative experience: Horrific staff the whole team is horrific with severe lack of communication and ineffective follow ups , lack of coordination integrity and inability to form a sentence and to understand , this particular receptionist was truly rude and nonchalant plus she spoke full of attitude and superiority Good grief this is just a mere Gym not parliament, what a horrible set of people Wow , it seems they pick and choose who to be nice to , it screams discrimination No one should be make to feel inferior or spoken to feel less than , just because they don’t have a sense of empathy What a disgraceful place . Shame on who manages this place it fails to integrate properly with others . To anyone who works with vulnerable people should at least demonstrate empathy and a certain level of compassion towards others but sadly if you’re not empathetic it’s a bit hard to pretend to be or compassionate Nowadays people are the same as metal robots No emotion . Shame on you all who have zero humanity!

Positive experience: Poor attitude from the staff,not a friendly environment for the gym only. I didn’t take any other classes , but from the experience I had with the gym and staff the service was poor.

Positive experience: Our regular gym and we enjoy it here a lot. The gym is good and the swimming pool is a great added bonus that we've ended up using a lot. Two negatives I can think of would be the swimming pool changing rooms need checking and cleaning more often and there is a very strong smell of urine at all times. Never actually seen staff in there yet but doesn't mean they don't check. Also the classes are pretty hard to get into. Possible for the early morning 6am sort of classes but outside of these they tend to have a 15-20 plus wait list for most classes and I've not yet been able to attend one.

Fantastic experience: great place to do sports at a reasonable value, as other locations are a bit extortionate

Positive experience: Small gym...but has everything what you need.

Fantastic experience: The ta are always at hand to help with any enquiries. Always enjoy coming here as the atmosphere seems less claustrophobic then the other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Well equipped with all of the equipment you could need. Also has a water tap and a well stocked vending machine. Equipment is regularly sanitized.

Negative experience: Smallest gym on earth

Positive experience: Classes and instructions are very good. Having a swimming pool is a bonus. Only downside is the limited opening hours which is understandable during term time but would be good if it were open longer during school holidays

Positive experience: Bit small for my liking, but handy as it is only round the corner from me. Okay for a quick bit of cardio but sometimes find yourself waiting for other machines which is a bit enoying. On a hole, handy little gym. Staff very friendly and parking facilities on site.

Negative experience: Staff members are practically still children and lack the ability to deal with the public. The way the receptionists treat perspective members here is shocking. I’m a regular user of leisure facilities all over the country and have been to a few of the Everyone Active centres, this is definitely the worst I’ve been to. They take bookings over the phone then don’t accommodate them once you arrive, show nasty hostility when trying to question their customer service and basically make it clear you’re not welcome there. I’d avoid this place especially if your skin isn’t white as I’m sure the prejudice shown by the receptionist wasn’t down to how I was I dressed.

Positive experience: Needs a canteen as well as vending machines

Positive experience: Nice clean pool. Various gym excercise classes throughout week. Parking available on site. Part of a school so only in use after school hours.

Fantastic experience: A great gym with friendly staff, can occasionally be busy at peak times but otherwise a great site with new equipment.

Negative experience: I have reported a week ago about blocked basin n door swollen to toilet so you can’t shut it n it’s a bit smelly. Boiler has been down for over 4 weeks that is not acceptable

Fantastic experience: I love the Pilates class at 7 p.m. on Friday evening. The instructor is really fun and relax and genuine and a really kind and beautiful person. There is also very good gym equipment here and there is a swimming pool too. Reception staff are always really nice to me. There is quite a few classes to choose from if you go on everyone Active app or you can phone them. There is free water machine in the gym. There is a vending machine and coffee machine in reception area. Seating in reception area. It is a bit tricky to find and the car park is maybe 2 the entrance-minute walk from the entrance. And it is built onto the side of abbs Cross School,. But once you know where it is then it's fine. Recommended ++++

Fantastic experience: Adequate facilities and good location for commute. Also they offer variety of classes and sessions at a reasonable membership cost.

Fantastic experience: Gr8 b8 m8 i r8 8/8 i 8nt got no h8 for this gr8 place m8! But in P.E we never have any lessons in there! So please m8 sort it out!

Fantastic experience: Good swimming facilities too! Clean full-sized pool and changing areas. Ample parking in the school car park and well-staffed makes for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Good Gym and Excellent facilities. All classes included in your membership. And to top it all, the staff are amazing....Highly recommended.
