Negative experience: The gym is absolutely dirty. Spider cupwebs on the roof, machines are dirty and a lot of them are not working. The worst everyone is active centre I've been to. Not well maintained and messy.

Fantastic experience: Easily accessible, free parking, clean facility. Friendly & helpful staff.

Positive experience: My son goes to weekly classes for Swimming here. The instructors are excellent. Reception team is also a special mention, very supportive in getting to know information. 2M depth pool is available for different levels. Good choice of swimming pool selection for Coventry residents as well. We can purchase Swimsuits, accessories and refreshments over here.

Negative experience: Attention all parents: Please be extra vigilant, as some of the pool staff—Euan, in particular—seem to have an *interesting* take on child safety and safeguarding. According to Euan’s *brilliant* logic, your child is apparently safer showering with a group of other kids, supervised by random adults he doesn’t even know, rather than in a completely empty shower room with their own parent. Makes total sense, right? On that note, a message to the Bedworth Leisure Centre management team: It might be worth taking a closer look at your staff's understanding of safeguarding principles and their ability to recognize when a child is truly safe. A little extra training could go a long way in preventing some of these *creative* interpretations of safety.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say a huge huge thank you to Sam & all the team for looking after my mum today x my mum is 80 yrs old x has always wanted to love the swimming world but lacks confidence in herself x she ended up head under water today & Sam dived in & came to the rescue with the rest of team not far behind x for that action alone my mum will be back next week x thank you for giving my mum the security she needs to be able to do something she really wants to enjoy x you guys are amazing xxx

Fantastic experience: We hired the pool out for a 10th birthday party. The children had an hour in the pool on the inflatable obstacle course and an hour in the party room. The duty manager was so helpful. The kids had an amazing time. I would highly recommend.

Positive experience: Car parking can be a nightmare depending on time of day

Negative experience: I needed the receptionist to call the police urgently on Sunday morning after an incident. She refused as she said she was buisy.

Fantastic experience: This is a good place for exercise, but very soon, it will be amazing as it's being rebuilt to community exercise and sports veracity Can't wait

Fantastic experience: Staff are extremely friendly, polite, well mannered and very professional. The venue is nicely lated out, 2 pools inside which are great. Changing rooms are clean. Been bring my son for swimming lessons and I'd definitely recommend to other.

Positive experience: Good place for a workout but not a huge variety of machines. They habe essential machines though. Good size swimming pool also.

Negative experience: We took our Grandson for his swimming lesson, first time for quiet a while. We took him swim ready, however when we went into the changing rooms to get changed we witnessed what can only be described as filthy conditions. Floors were filthy, place smelled of urine, couldn't wait to get him out. I'm sure they didn't meet health and safety standards. Do they clean throughout the day? Are they checked at all? Very disappointed.

Positive experience: Swimming lessons for my son are nice, nothing heavily planned as he’s under three. Mostly just enjoying the water and being comfortable in there. Tammy is lovely. Downside for me here is having to wait until 15 minutes before the lesson to be let into the changing rooms is not enough, especially when the parking can be a nightmare. Definitely not great with a toddler, and yourself to get ready and not considerate of this at all!

Fantastic experience: The small pool is great for young kids to concentrate on learning first levels. No water sprays everywhere simplicity.

Negative experience: Awful swimming lessons. My daughter has been coming for 7 months and still can't swim they just walk back and forth or get pulled along. Different teachers constantly so no chance of progression. Pool and changing rooms are dirty. Someone was sick in the pool and it didn't get emptied just fished out with a net.

Positive experience: *Gym Review Only* The weights and machines are quite old and tattered - even rusty in some areas, but do what they're supposed too and in my opinion weight is weight so this does not affect me personally, but worth mentioning. Due to the neighbouring park, car parking can be a hassle after school time - sometimes outright impossible, if you're planning on driving there and can't get there before 3:30pm at the very latest you'll spend 10-20 minutes waiting for a spot every other day.

Negative experience: I went with my family for swimming today, my 2 daughters do swimming lessons and my wife got membership... So ive only paid for myself £3.70, we started with little pool (my daughters are age 3 and 6) and i was going to go with my older daughter to have a little swim in a main pool, I have to mention that we were the only one in little swimming pool and there where around 10 people in main pool... Myself and my 6 years old daughter were stop from going in, ive been told off I should book 2 sessions for the same time (like 8 places in total) and could get in... On the reception ive been told I should pay DOUBLE £3.70 x 2 for using both swimming pool AT THE SAME TIME when there wad hardly anyone there!!! I was gonna take membership but after today I definitely won't, these rules after covid are ridiculous, do You expect me to pay twice for the same service during the same hours??? Surely thats illegal...

Positive experience: I visit this place atleast 3 times a week, to swim! Dependant upon how many others have the same idea, it can be either a pleasant or unpleasant experience! Wednesday is school's day so daytime should be avoided. There is z booking system viz theveveryine active app. This allows you to see how busy it will be. Any more than 10 peoplevand it can be like dodgems! Given that you all swim at different speeds

Negative experience: Awful place! My son has been swimming here for 2 years! If he's not being pulled along he's walking across the pool and the teachers are telling him he's swimming! Lessons cancelled and they didn't tell me until I got there, manager is rude and when proven wrong she just ignores you, I've complained to head office and still got no where! Pulled my son out of these lessons and he's now thriving with a teacher would can actually teach! Don't make the mistake of going here!

Positive experience: Decent leisure centre for basic needs. I'm local so it's convenient however it's not the cleanest, when in the pool you can see rubbish that's not been picked up littered around the pool area... Not very inviting!

Fantastic experience: Football pitch,4 tennis courts, where two in good condition, children playground, swimming pool and two car parks.

Negative experience: I have phoned around 6 times and left two messages to call me in the last 2 weeks but no one has answered or phoned me back. Very disappointed and a waste of membership money.

Fantastic experience: So great to be back in a pool. Covid-19 secure, all very well organised.

Positive experience: A lovely place to swim use the gym clean environment and all socially Distancing. Staff in the gym are walking around cleaning sanitizing every half hour.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service social distancing everywhere in the building, the staff also cleaned all equipment every 30 mins. Gym staff reception staff and the swim staff are just everywhere cleaning with antibacterial spray overall best place to train and swim.

Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the sports centre, it has two pools and a slide, the kids loved it and want to go again.

Negative experience: Nice pool at times but lifeguards seem to be unaware of what's going on or can't be bothered. Went today and young child was consistently 'bombing' which is not allowed, lifeguards said nothing. Shower area very tired looking as are changing room generally.

Negative experience: Hadn’t been here for a few years and it’s really gone down hill. Wet changing rooms and poolside quite disgusting. The pool itself seemed nice enough. Didn’t use the gym so can’t comment

Positive experience: In general its a good gym, they really need new equipment in the gym. There is no flat bench machine, not even a complete selection of dumbells. Compared to other everyone active gyms I've been to and paying the same price. There are much better ones with loads more equipment

Negative experience: Who much is it for swimming for children under 10 please ?

Negative experience: Turned up water slide not working. But stated on Internet it was. Get in the pool to be told there's a aqua class and they are closing g half of it and the water was bloody cold good times

Positive experience: Gym is great always active with no problems getting access to the equipment I need to use. Though found the pool packed in the morning, primairly by elderly who will gather at the bottom on the lanes to socialise. This leaves the only option to use the fast lane, an option I have found problematic with my lack of capacity to swim. Staff are friendly and were a great help in learning to use gym equipment, even outside of personal training.

Negative experience: Filthy changing rooms and in dire need of an upgrade. Can only use old £1 coins or old trolly tokens in lockers, which are also dirty inside. Baby pool is dirty. Made a complaint to a 'manager' but it was like talking to a brick wall, simply didn't care. Also no family changing area and only one baby changing room in the ladies changing rooms. Absolute disgrace.

Positive experience: They need to update their lockers as they only accept old pound coins or a locker token you have to buy for a £1 but they didn't have any so we had to take our bags pool side. They need to add family changing. Could do with toys in children's pool all the time or at least access to them. Not a bad experience though just improvements needed

Negative experience: I wanted to use their Disabled Loos and they would not let me use it and I am Disabled on Crutches so I had to go to a loo outside in the Field

Positive experience: Only really used for child swimming lessons. Good facilities for changing children and changing rooms are fairly clean. Baby pool is usually nice and warm and has a good air-conditioned viewing room.

Positive experience: Great for lessons! As run all weekend and lots of times available and set inside the park for afterwards, simple swimming pool for lesuire swims and has a seperate slide. Nightmare to park on busy days/times and receptionists not always the most helpful and still run old fashioned separate male / female changing rooms, hair dryers are rubbish and will need old pound for the lockers. Nothing to set the world on fire but nice for a simple swim
