Positive experience: Nice area, snack shop was cash only which was restrictive and the coffee was not great. Enjoyed the football match despite horrendous winds on the 4G pitch.

Positive experience: I came to watch my son's match. Getting in on a Sunday was an awful experience because of people parking anywhere and anyhow.

Fantastic experience: We've been consistently impressed with Peter May Sports Centre. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff, especially Manager Keith, are incredibly professional, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience. We regularly book badminton and cricket courts, and the centre has become a vital part of our community. We recently visited for a wedding party for family friend, and staff was incredibly helpful in coordinating everything. While the facilities are excellent, perhaps consider offering more diverse programming options, such as yoga or Pilates classes. We highly recommend Peter May Sports Centre to anyone looking for a great sports facility.

Negative experience: The place is nice, but, as parents taking children to play football and having to wait without anywhere to sit is very bad. You sit on the floor or stand for more than an hour. Not one single bench.

Fantastic experience: Its 1 of my favourite places in the world. The park/field is absolutely huge with little to no humans and dogs. Perfect place to do running in peace. I secretly wish they could bring back the gym though. Thats when Peter May was perfect. But apart from that I love the Peter May field. Also shout out to all staff members starting with Keith, wonderful manager and looks after me without fail. Mariya is a sweetheart and makes me smile everytime. I absolutely love her. Bryan very chilled and laid back. I got all the time in the world for him. Sully is also a great guy as he gives great customer service and looks after me. Top g! And lastly Ismail for also providing great service and always bringing good vibes. PETER MAY IS THE BEST! And so are all its staff!

Negative experience: Attending a wedding reception. Carparking lights need to be lit up. I'm wasn't sure about the fire exits as they were blocked with plants and the tables were so tightly packed, literally unable to more, had an emergency occurred it would be difficult to evacuate. The owners need to review the numbers they hire out for ...serious health & safety violations!

Positive experience: Great venue for Sunday football but parking was a nightmare. Granted only because it was busy but would benefit from having an attendant on match day.

Positive experience: Needs more funding. The community also needs to use this place more.. what a waste of good space for sports activities. I took my son here recently in the summer hols to play badminton and table tennis.

Positive experience: A good game of football on the grass pitch, changing rooms were clean and as soon as we were leaving the changing room after the game. We saw the changing crew in operation straightaway.

Fantastic experience: Great place for kids and adults for football training. This is also where Ridgway Rovers train so it's a place for grass roots foodball and produced some of the nation's finest footballers. Can't comment on the facilities inside but the facilities outside are really good.

Negative experience: The call service is awful. There is absolutely no help at all and when you press the option to speak to someone- they give you the details to their website instead. It makes no sense because I have gone to the website to get the number to call you, and so why would I want to be directed back to your website ?! Terrible service, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. This is as of 22nd of May, 2021.

Fantastic experience: We travelled to Peter May hall recently. It was very easy to find and there are plenty of signs on the main road to the venue showing the way. Parking can sometimes be an issue at London venues, but not here with copious amounts of parking spots. The hall is very spacious and can fit a large number of people, with some lovely landscaped areas outside. The wedding itself was superb, the food , the decor, the service, everything !! The staff were very attentive to our needs and service was exemplary. Overall fantastic, could not fault anything.

Fantastic experience: Attended a function here last year over 700 people and it was lovely We had easy parking outside the hall and plenty of space when we sat down the food was amazing and delicious we had a really good time and there was a relaxed calm fairy tale feel to the whole day Loved it and very much recommend wish there were more weddings like this

Fantastic experience: Recently was invited to this venue. It was breathtakingly great, with brilliant external views, and even greater ambiance on the inside. Would’ve never thought you were in the heart of east London but more like being in middle England. I’ve been to plenty of weddings before, but have to say the caterers and food is just as mind blowing as the venue itself. Convenience of parking is just the cherry that brings the whole experience together.
