Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful full body massage and hydrating facial by Julia today. From the onset, Julia, was pleasant and welcoming. She explained all the Ishga products with knowledge and expertise. The experience was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. After there was a table waiting for me in the bistro. I had ordered soup and sandwich which was presented beautifully. It was such a shame I didn't have the time to use the facilities that were on offer. I highly recommend. Thank you, Julie and thank you bistro staff.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, clean and music always at the right volume to make a relaxing experience, the gym has everything needed to do a good workout, excited to try the classes available. The best gym I’ve subscribed to so far. The website could be a bit more user friendly, overall 5 ⭐️ from me

Negative experience: Members only to use facilities or a guest of a member. No day passes

Positive experience: Website is difficult to use so you have book classes at reception which are always booked up. Men’s shower cubical been out of action for months, like showering in a prison shower. Kids go through cafe door to pool with out showering taking all the bacteria of the day in the pool, Swimming lessons nearly every teatime so unable to use the pool often, seen parents fully clothed with outdoor shoes on sat by the pool watching their kids have lessons. Seen staff members (while there supposed to be on reception) with outdoor shoes on walking up and down pool area while their kids are swimming in pool. Equipment doesn’t get fixed very quickly.. pool has black mould around tiles and the pressure jets in pool have never worked while I’ve been there. Pretty poor for the prices we pay. Staff our friendly but I’ve not once seen any gym staff in the gym, yes it’s an easy to use gym but often see people misuse the equipment. I Needs a lot of improvement.

Positive experience: Pool is very small and at time’s almost impossible to swim due to far too many people, however it’s kept very clean.

Negative experience: Tried to re-join and was advised that it would be £30 to re-enter my details into the system, which I (myself) have to enter into the website. Madness! I've signed up with another place.

Fantastic experience: Bit of a delay in reviewing sorry about that . Went here with the other half for a bit of a treat day. He had his first ever neck back and shoulder massage wish he said he enjoyed. And I had a taster of a facial. Absolutely loved my treatment Julie was lovely and talked me through each step. The oils and ointment she used left my face feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Thank you so much for such a lovely afternoon I'll be going back for a full treatment next payday

Positive experience: I joined in April and have been able to go to 2 classes. The pool is the smallest pool I have ever been to and is very shallow so not a proper swimming pool. The hairdresser is no longer part of your membership which is one of the main reasons that I joined. My health restricts me to what I can do and my doctor has said aqua aerobics is the best for me and I have only been able to book once. The time that I was able to attend there were two women plastered in makeup so in my eyes were not there for exercise. There only two showers and two cubicles to change in so do not go if you are shy about getting changed in front of others. This leads to people leaving classes early to raise for a shower. There are also only a few lockers and some do not lock so good luck with russian roulette and the fight to get one or just do not take valuable items.There is a steam room and sauna which I have not used yet but they look ok. The gym has only a handful of cardio machines and some very good muscle machines but it's not the biggest gym. A couple of the cardio machines were being fixed whilst there so once again fighting for equipment. I haven't used the bistro but it does look nice and reasonable in price. I think the membership is very high for what is available

Fantastic experience: Great place for exercise classes, swimming and gym. There’s also a small diner for snacks and drinks. The pool also has a steam room, sauna and spa pool, the water temp is great too and changing areas are spotless and warm

Fantastic experience: Wonderful afternoon spent here, following my light lunch I had 2hrs of aromatherapy massage and vitamin facial, it can be described in one word - transcendential -thank you Siàn , and then the lovely Jacky gave my hair best cut and style in years. I will deffo be back ladies Thank You

Negative experience: Me and my son came here and the first thing they did was ask if we were members here... No. We just wanted a swim. Why on earth are we paying the amount they asked just to come for one swim? The staff would condescend and act like sn0bs - rudely implying that I was poor and needed a better job. Eventually, we got in with only 30 minutes left until it shuts. I got changed and my son did a lot quicker than me, he buggered off so I hurried up to make sure he was okay, my son was no where to be seen, I looked to see him wriggling in the deep end and the lifeguard was in hysterics. Aside from that, the standards around the changing areas are...well.. unique you could say, the showers are full of hair and urine wasn't cleaned up. But here are some honorable mentions; you will see some lovely infrastructure, amazing pools and the gyms are top notch, and if you can handle the heat, the hot tubs are a roast - it's fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Lovely local Health Club and Spa. Wonderful treatments and hair care. All products used are top notch, and the Ishgar skin care range used in the Spa, are off the scale!!! Friendly staff as well.

Positive experience: Nice and clean, very good social distancing rules all being followed. Wish it didn't get so busy in the pool but only shows how popular it is. Pleasant staff.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place with attentive staff and excellent covid precautions. Definitely recommend swimming in the evening with huge windows looking on to the grass and relaxing coloured lights.

Positive experience: Take my son here for his swimming lesson with Ian. Ian is fantastic! Nice health club just the opening hours aren't great.

Fantastic experience: Modern up to date gym equipment. Warm water in good sized pool .Sauna,steam room and Jacuzzi. Excellent changing rooms kit drier and hi tech locker security. Nice cafe area .Friendly staff .There are other services you will need to check website.
