Positive experience: Nice quite little gym with pool and spa

Fantastic experience: I enjoy using this gym. I get the space, time and support I need.

Positive experience: A lovely gym & spa that is great value for money and not too busy. Changing rooms are always clean. Equipment is good too. Jacuzzi has been broken on a few occasions but is so nice when I’ve used it. I love the sauna.

Negative experience: Dirty is all I will say the pool, changing rooms and gym where in need of a very good deep clean. The gym had had a leak so was not at it's best so really should not have been open. The wooden floor was uneven, dirty and a trip hazard and machines were out of order. We stayed at the hotel so the gym was no extra cost but if I had paid to use it I would have been very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: What a little gem of a place. Great selection of amenities. Pool, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, beauty room and a lovely friendly helpful Osteopath - Osteopathy with Emily. It's not a big place but it has everything you need, recommended

Positive experience: Gym and spa/pool. Small but good selection of equipment. Pool 1m to 1.2m deep. Steam room, jacuzzi and saunas available. Drink/snack fridge and coffee machine in reception along with various gym and swim items available to purchase. Need a pound for lockers and bring own towel.

Negative experience: went on the open day with a view to joining, alas it could do with some TLC. the place was filthy, the wall tiles are being held on with hazard tape- not a good look
