Negative experience: This review is not a reflection on the staff at the centre but the manager or management team who fail to respond to emails within their given time frame as stated on the website. I would expect a call back as I don’t see why in this day and age 7 days is an acceptable period of time to wait, especially as it is now well over this given time frame from yourselves. I do not expect to follow this up with a further email Simon. 3 days LATER and still no reply ? Staggering poor customer service appalling !

Positive experience: Not nearly enough stuff to use during busy times but if you can manage to go outside of peak times then there is everything you would need

Positive experience: Finally managed to go swimming after a bit of illness. Pool was not too busy. I went just after 2pm. Lovely, warm and clean! Pool environment gets a 5 star. My only concern was the change rooms. A few I tried had dirty clumps of hair. The cleaner was throwing buckets of water down, but not sweeping the dirty hair away. After my swim, I checked the same change rooms - still had not been properly cleaned.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this leisure centre - the staff are so friendly and polite, and the facilities are simple and so clean!! They have everything you need at reception to get started: costumes, swim caps, etc. By far the nicest and cleanest leisure centre I've been to. I'm going to be signing up for a swim membership tomorrow!

Negative experience: Used to love going to this gym but some of the staff are not nice and are bullies. When you talk to the staff in confidence it’s not confidential they spread lies around amongst each other and it’s a horrible environment. Really don’t recommend, I’d go the extra miles and go to the bridge instead. It’s the worst leisure centre in West Sussex in my opinion.

Positive experience: Smallish centre but not too busy in the pool when we were there. No cafe but you can get a hot drink and snack at reception. Staff very helpful. Overall a relaxing place to visit.

Fantastic experience: Lovely to go swimming with our kids on the early morning weekend sessions. Friendly atmosphere and staff.

Negative experience: Some of the staff here are extremely nice and others not so much. For instance Whilst there were still people inside of the leisure centre, one of the managers went and locked the front door and when we went to ask a member of staff to open the doors the manager came in a mood and then rather rudely stated that they were closed only 15 minutes after the session was over. We were not the only family inside as other family's were still getting ready.

Positive experience: I use the gym a lot and it has a nice variety of machines. It is never very busy and you can always work out. The staff is nice and helpful, but not very experienced, they do their best.

Positive experience: I go to the pool it is very good also very clean I would recommend you book in advance gym equipment very outdated and needs replacing

Negative experience: The swimming lessons here are overcrowded and lack any level of consistency from coach to coach. Having 8 kids in a 1/3 of a 25m pool gives them about 5 mins actual swimming time. The numbers of children per class have gone up yet they continue to put prices up

Positive experience: The pool lane sessions early morning is poor. There are two slow lanes either side of the pool, a Fast lane marked 'less than 25 seconds per length and a Medium lane marked 25-30 seconds per length - both these lanes are full of very fast front crawl swimmers. The two Slow lanes are full of very slow swimmers - so there is no lane suitable for medium swimmers.

Fantastic experience: I went for the first time in December 2020. the staff were very helpful. I was shown where I had to go and the changes that were in place due to covid so I could safely use the swimming pool. everything had been cleaned well and there were time slots in place to stop any over crowding, we will be going back as soon as we are able to!

Positive experience: Hey I'm not a local, but I was in Billingshurst overnight and thought I'd check out the leisure centre pool. Overall I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff-that is the cleanliness of the pool and the friendliness of the staff, just to be clear, although the staff look pretty clean too. I'm actually a regular at the Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre in Christchurch, down near Bournemouth and I have to tell you I'm a pretty serious swimmer. 100 length a day is my minimum and I'm a 6k calorie guy each day diet-wise. Tbh I'm a wild /open water swimming dude and you'll often find me in the lochs and the lakes and rivers. The Pentland Firth or the River Severn are habitats I'm comfortable in. Or the ocean at Bournemouth of course. So, with its slightly cooler temperature, Billingshurst suited me well. Although I love it's 3 m depth, Christchurch is a little bit on the warm side and the poolside itself is ridiculously warm. Billingshurst has a smaller and shallower pool and the lane swimming was rather restricted for an athlete such as I, but it has a good vibe and made a good stop gap until I could get back to Christchurch. Changing at Billingshurst is excellent. I'll certainly be visiting again. I was also impressed that showers were available and this is a nice contrast to Christchurch, where they have all been closed off, along with the changing rooms, which seems a bit OTT to me. I'll be letting the guys down at Christchurch know, but all I can say is both pools are well worth a visit. Keep on swimming dudes!

Positive experience: Great place to workout. Current booking system is not great. Should be able to state your length of workout rather being restricted to 55 mins

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym! good Customers service, I did lived an amazing experience during the period I've workout in this gym ! I found good conditions and good kit equipment that helped me to achieve my goals!

Positive experience: Lovely basic swimming pool with raised floors either end. We take our children for a toddler swim on a Sunday morning where they provide pool noodles and floats and some toys.

Negative experience: Not a great place to honest. With all the building they are doing in billingshurst, it would be nice to to see this leisure centre get some upgrades

Negative experience: Needs to fix their machines far quicker than they do. 6 weeks with one side of the cable crossover machine not working and now today the otherside is broken.

Positive experience: This is my regular gym and I love the layout and the equipment is in very good condition. However, in other gyms I have realised the importance of having access to a squat rack. This isn't available at billi leisure centre gym which is a shame. I think many people would get good use out of this and that would be my only suggestion :)

Positive experience: The gym is quite small but fully equipped. The pool seems popular, full of children usually. The changing rooms are really small so not much space in there to get yourself sorted.

Fantastic experience: Central with up dated equipment, all the equipment is in good condition. Access to the gym only is very reasonably priced. It offers free drinking water from fountain and training area clean as well as the staff very friendly. The vibe is warm and welcoming
