Fantastic experience: I visited your gym this week and wanted to share my experience. The staff were approachable and knowledgable and offered first class customer service when I asked for help and advice while I used the gym facilities. Special mention to Fay, Lucy and Lexie. They are a credit to you!

Negative experience: Thoroughly enjoy going here,mainly due to other gym goers, unfortunately in desperate need of a facelift with a lot of maintenance issues, there is always something that is broken. Some staff are very friendly and helpful although there are some with an attitude and can make you feel you are being a nuisance even if you ask a simple question

Fantastic experience: Living well dartford is a great place to be amazing facilities and top quality customer services Jacob always greets me with a warm smile and Sylvia always has lots of energy and is happy to help.

Negative experience: gym is very small and equipment needs refurbishing, changing rooms showing a lot of wear, locks on showers missing or not working and smelly/water pipes corroded , locker doors damaged/ missing, steam room not working, damaged seats in sauna, pool looked cloudy overall needs a lot of maintenance doing

Positive experience: I found it easy to access and friendly staff its bests now to use the living well card and sign up if you want to be able to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi sauna and steam room although the gym equipment is a little old there is staff on hand and its also not so big so feels like the gym is just for you im going to sign up

Negative experience: Don't even waste your petrol money coming here. This place is disgusting. Drains blocked with hair, mould everywhere, toilets are grim and stink. This place calls itself a "health club?" There's nothing healthy about this establishment. I just feel sorry for the helpful staff that have to work in this place.

Positive experience: Great little gym. Please can the air con be turned up though and when will all the treadmills be up and working?

Negative experience: LivingWell Dartford. Gym is small but pretty nice to max 5 persons. Machines are old and damaged. A few treadmill not works. Pool needs refresh. Water smell bad. Jacuzzi is fine. Changing room is terrible. A few lockers are No door. Mould. Showers - no door and mould everywhere. Toilet - needs cleaning. Wall is damage. See the pictures. In my opinion. In my opinion it is bad choice.

Fantastic experience: 2nd review (Update): so I recently reinstated the gym membership. I’m changing my rating from 3 stars to 5! They have updated the gym and pool/sauna area by painting and fixing anything which was out of use. The staff are friendly and very helpful as always. I recently had a chat with ‘Faye’ who really helped me get the best results from a workout. She tweaked the machines according to my height, adjusted my posture during workouts and really helped me get a productive session. 1st review - Small gym, which is why I like this place. It has the essential equipment for cardio and no frills. I’m rating 3 stars because: changing rooms were run down, hair dryers in the ladies did not work, swimsuit spinner/dryer was always out of order, steam room had loose tiles and was rather grim. On the positive: good value for money, friendly staff, good safety system during covid, clean equipment, open till reasonably late, good size lockers and clean showering area. My last visit to the gym was around Dec 2020 before the 2nd lockdown. Looking forward to reinstating the membership soon.

Fantastic experience: Looking a little run down in shower & pool area but gym facilities do their job. I only attend for about 45 minutes a day and it certainty helps with my fitness.

Negative experience: I joined the gym 5 months ago but I wish I never did, within this short period, the men's changing room has been burgled and vandalised 2 times, I wish I read the signs and left, unfortunately I've lost items near £300 within three weeks, my Samsung galaxy watch and swimming googles got stolen in two separate incidents. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND, I'm done now!!! Chat started

Fantastic experience: Livingwell dartford is great I’ve been a member here for virtually my whole life. The whole team are very friendly and likeable, including Jacob who always offers a helping hand and a great person to chat to.

Positive experience: Small gym covering the basics. Sauna Steam Pool Jacuzzi makes it more appealing, but could benefit of some updating.
