Fantastic experience: Lovely hotel, friendly and welcoming

Fantastic experience: i was a member of the lesuire club here for a good 8 years . Definitely the hottest pool and jacuzzi in bham/solihull! ensure to pop your car registration into the tablet on the front desk, as you DEFINITELY will receive a fine! place does need a upgrade, it was exactly how i remembered it when i was 13… iam now (33).

Positive experience: Didn't use the club facilities, only visited to give blood. Nice enough place to do that. Gents loo is being refurbished so it's out of use for now, hence one lost star.

Positive experience: Great pub and restaurant. Staff are exceptionally pleasant and offer good banter. Good selection on the food menu and well cooked and prepared. The rooms, well, they are a little tired… I’ll leave it at that…

Positive experience: Pool lovely and warm, loads of space for swimming and changing babies, feels safe

Fantastic experience: Beautiful pool, lovely place.

Negative experience: Unfortunately cannot recommend this facility although it's very quiet the pool and changing rooms need a serios makeover and a deep clean
