Bromsgrove School Sports Centre

Positive experience: basic school sports centre. the worst thing there is how all of changing rooms are located. It's constantly cold in them.

Negative experience: This is the rudest phone conversation I have experienced over the phone. I called to a sport center to enquire about the best person to talk to from a sport department, the guy didn’t even listen to me to the end and hung up on me. I called again and as soon as he heard my voice he hung up again. I wonder what sport etiquette do they teach in the school? It is one of the oldest schools in England and it is private. Parents pay money for their kids to learn good manners, I wonder what will they receive in return for their money? Whoever’s shift it was on Tuesday 9th July around 11am, that guy needs to go back to school to learn simple manners.

Negative experience: Not open to the public unfortunately. Closed for COVID and dever reopened. I'm an OB and I really miss it.

Negative experience: Nothing I can do here wasn't what I was looking for

Negative experience: Tone deaf response to a concerning occurance. Last Wednesday school swimmers complained about underwear being stolen from their bags and I had what I hoped (but knew it wasn't!) water poured in my shoes. Had a prompt call the next day from a manager to say that these incidents were our fault for leaving items in the changing room and that we showed "a lack of common sense". More concerning was the response of "what can we do abou it?" regarding children's underpants being taken from their bags. My shock is the lack of concern from a school and swimming academy where we trust our children to be safe. POOR SHOW BROMSGROVE SCHOOL.

Fantastic experience: I spent my life twice there, once for a month and another for 2 years. I do missed it a lot.
