Fantastic experience: My son attends the class for his year group and my daughter has also started in the preschool class. Coaches are fantastic, so friendly especially Michelle. I would recommend to everyone

Fantastic experience: I take my 23 month old to the under 2.5 class and she loves it, I started taking her at 16 months but it's pretty chilled so I'd imagine as soon as your kids are walking they could start. She's learning so much, Steve and Michelle are awesome, great with the kids. Another great thing is the lesson starts at 9:30am so I can drop my other daughter off at school, go straight to fusion and then my toddler can burn off some energy! I would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Frustrating company. No feedback. No idea how my LG is progressing. Don’t answer phones EVER. Door is constantly locked and nobody answers. So can’t get into the club/ training half the time and have to stand in the rain for over 30 mins until someone can be bothered to open the door. Emails can be blunt and come across rude. It’s a shame because my LG loves it here and it’s far better than RSD. But it’s becoming increasingly frustrating trying to get hold of ANYONE, or even getting my LG into the building to train!!

Negative experience: Took my son for a Gym assessment & squad trial. Had to ask for feedback which wasn't provided and have waited nearly 2 weeks for a call to see where he can be placed. Money oriented gymnastics club.

Negative experience: Do not recommend this place No progress update, Don't even answer the phones, hardly no reply to emails not much communication didn't even mention they were having a two week break back in December until someone said and ended up emailing them to ask. If I didn't email them to ask I would of turned up. Don't even know what my child have learnt there.

Fantastic experience: Grandson and Granddaughter both menbers and love it.

Negative experience: No communication, don't answer the phones or reply to emails. No updates or progression feedback on what my daughter actually learns. I know my daughter loves this place but she never learns anything new. I'm not sure if this is more of a playcentre than a gymnastic teaching. I'll be looking elsewhere for her future sessions, I'm sorry.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves this place, they do loads of classes for certain age groups through the week. A term fee is not that much either. Plenty of parking around the building as well. Easy to find on the industrial estate.

Positive experience: Supportive of all children who attend, from the recreational, to the talented squad members. Coaches work hard to inspire the children.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is temporarily training at he gym due to local lockdown, we can't travel outside the county. She is really enjoying her time so far, and appreciates the welcome from the gymnasts and coaches.

Fantastic experience: We love fusion! Great work on the covid compliance. Coaches and the staff are all very friendly and that's what makes my son always look forwards to coming back

Fantastic experience: Amazing gymnastics club, dedicated staff who are highly skilled and get the children to their highest abilities in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. My 2 boys love it here :)

Negative experience: Seems very professional in terms of the level and competitions that some of the gymnasts get to. However we were not told how our child was getting on and had to grab a coach to ask. Surely 2 minutes to speak to the parents of new starters would be easy enough?! Impossible to view the classes on the small split screen TV, and the cafe area is always too busy so you can't see the TV anyway. Thankfully we didn't pay the fee for the term ahead early because the company are going bust. A real shame because the main thing is that our child loved it.

Negative experience: Company have gone in to liquidation as of May 2019 and have taken remaining money for rest of term & not giving it back! Not good as my daughter loved it here although it was very expensive

Negative experience: Didn't feel they cared much about the new kids here , staff just seemed to be like it was more of a chore they didn't want to do ...people in reception area didn't seem to know anything about anything.

Negative experience: Gave my LG a huge boost by putting her in the squad in her first week. Other parents complained so they made up some rubbish about her using the equipment when she wasn’t meant to (she stood on a step to see what others were doing)and chucked her out of the squad. There was one little boy who swore endlessly at the girls and would post pics and vids of himself flicking the V’s - we had told the club about him and shared the videos. His parents pay a lot of money in to the club so he was allowed to stay in the squad. Horrible place. It destroyed my girl’s confidence, she was so SO talented. She never did gymnastics again after being at this club. That was five years ago. I hate what they did to her.
