Fantastic experience: Great training venue with lots of equipment. I was impressed to see an item, that was out of action, fixed within a day. Other places these take weeks to get repaired. Large changing room, parking sometimes an issue at start of school day.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take the opportunity to say how much I appreciate Zoe and her team when it comes to making our busy family diaries work. It always causes a clash when one of our little ones moves between swim stages. We also have the added complication of new clubs, etc., clashing with swim lessons. Zoe is always quick to respond with several options/ideas of making it work. She is a magician!

Positive experience: Very good. Friendly staff and good facilities. I wish there was more than one rowing machine, but that's just me.

Fantastic experience: My daughter attends swimming lessons at Egham orbit, last week she broke her arm. I emailed the relevant team to say she wouldn’t be able to attend her lessons for some time, Zoe emailed back very quickly & explained what to do next. I am very grateful for her help & quick responses. Thank you Zoe.

Fantastic experience: Wanted to share my fantastic experience last week at Egham Orbit, Emily on reception was brilliant and so helpful and followed through with exactly what she said she would do which leads me on to Kelly in memberships who was equally as knowledgeable and helpful. They both really took the time to listen and go out of their way to help me out. A real credit to the Orbit!!

Negative experience: The ways to cancel a membership has disappointed me and a friend of mine. Not clear and seems like they’re money hungry.

Fantastic experience: Used to go to this gym every single day , I've been to all gyms in the area and this one just felt the best to me as it's quite cosy , I found it quite easy losing weight here

Fantastic experience: Like coming to this local gym. I mainly do classes but sometimes use equipment as well. If you come during off peak hours it's usually not too busy.

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym and equipment. Great range of classes for all levels. Staff are supper friendly and supportive.

Positive experience: I go 5 days a week and everything I need is accessible. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I often need to ask the staff to put the back air conditioning fans on as they never seem to be on and I get very hot.

Fantastic experience: Just joined. Small but has everything you need for a gym and classes. Friendly team.

Fantastic experience: Only joined 5 weeks ago and wish I’d done it years ago. Friendly and very helpful team. Great classes and the members are normal people!

Positive experience: Some usual and useful equipment is not there and the existing equipment could use an upgrade, but in general it's a decent gym.

Fantastic experience: It is a very good gym, there is free parking, often the gym is not crowded, which makes me complete the exercise correctly.

Fantastic experience: 1st session back, but made easy with the help of the team and how things have been organised.

Negative experience: Suffering from lockdown as could benefit from being bigger. Only 25 people allowed in one session but 12 people and its pretty hard to use the equipment you want to. Great customer service team for a gym though! Only 2 Cross trainers in use and one was broken the other day woth nobody around to raise the issue with. Looking for a bigger gym.....

Fantastic experience: Great gym, just what is needed.

Negative experience: Being 11 weeks pregnant, went for a Pilates class for the first time and asked the instructor to let me know if there were any positions that I shouldn’t do. Instructor made me feel very unwelcome and kept saying out loud (in front of the whole class) that if I had done Pilates before I would know what movements are safe in pregnancy. Then what’s the point of having an instructor?

Fantastic experience: Good little gym, amazing atmosphere, great staff. Worth the little extra money.

Negative experience: They did not any improvements but they decided to increase the monthly feed. Avoid them.

Negative experience: Turned up for a quick gym session whilst I'm away from home. Was told the day price was £7but then informed of the £8 induction fee. £15 For a gym in never going to use again so much for a local leisure centre charging half your monthly membership for maximum 2 hour session.

Fantastic experience: I apologise for rating this 3-star, I was confusing it with badminton at Jubilee school which has gone downhill since the school took back the administration of it from Achieve Lifestyle.

Negative experience: Just checked the membership charges recently and realised that nothing has changed. Don't understand the pricing and costs. It seems like they don't know (as the organisation) what the customer focus and customer satisfaction mean. Complicated onboarding process, high membership costs and extra admin fees. The select plan costs £45.90 PCM (Egham) / £39.90 PCM (Addlestone), plus £20 for joining fee. Check your competitors: for £15/month (in the first year, £22.50 after) you can get unlimited access to PureGym (24/7). The difference in the first year cost equals -£300.80 (£570.80-£180.00) and -£280.80 (£550.80-£270.00) in the following years / per user. With others, there's no contracts, extra charges, onboarding hassles, no more paperwork, etc. I have changed my membership to PureGym (almost two years ago) and saved near £1,000.00 to my family. I'm not saying that PureGym are perfect, however £1K in my pocket makes the difference. just can't find the reason for the extra premium charges and higher prices.

Positive experience: Huge improvement on the HIT equipment. Membership is great value
