Negative experience: parked in disabled bay with blue badge displayed. 1 week later got £40 parking ticket. Neither me or wife noticed any sign saying we needed to register the car registration. If there is one it needs to be more visible. Also, if staff were caring they'd remind people arriving for appointments.

Negative experience: Rude, untrained staff. Particularly the blonde haired girl with glasses who doesn't have a clue what she is on about. Avoid if possible, join a cheaper better gym.

Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED. Is the only words to describe this place, me and my mates have been coming for ruffly 2 months now and not had much a problem with it until it came to SWIMMING. First time I came I had a good swim and a fun time with pleasant workers second time around not so very good i came back for a second swimming trip where the worker had said my grandads ball he gave me was at the front desk, I went and my ball wasn’t anywhere to be seen as upset as I was I continued to go for a normal swim I had chose to play with one of their floats which gave me a rash and ripped because was in terrible condition then got told off for this when it was a honest accident me and my friends was then splashing with nobody near us at all and then got told you are getting kicked out because we told you too, then told that we are banned for the day and I could not enter the gym to sum up (if you are not elderly 50+ DO NOT COME HERE.) as younger people are much more attacked

Fantastic experience: Great place and lovely staff ❤️ Just look out for the lady in her late 60s swimming in the fast lane as your not fast enough she will be very rude to you! She has gloves and fins on and wants it all to herself so she makes you feel uncomfortable so you get out as you want to be a gentleman

Negative experience: I loved going to the gym.. But recently they've over sold memberships and you can't actually get a full workout in now. Would be in there over 2 hours just trying to do a basic workout. Swimming is hit and miss if you are allowed to use the pool due to lessons. Fed up of waiting around for machines. Probably giving up soon and going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Easy Parking, easily seen by GP, earlier than arranged. Setting up Patchs to use wasn't easy, but now a simple on line task to arrange an appointment or chase meds etc.

Negative experience: The flooorboard in the main pool is too slippy i slipped in there 5 times and hurt myself the showers didnt warm up and 1 off the changing rooms had PISS in them i sugest u burn the place DOWN

Negative experience: Maybe its good for kids and gym, but as a medical centre its disaster. Have to wait months for an appointment. Weeks if you're lucky. When got with mental health team, they gave me a leaflet on how to learn to properly breathe.... I was mentally on the edge and they just told me to have a relaxing bath and do breathing exercises as if i wasn't fighting depression for 9 years now. The doctors are very rede themselves too. Always have a not so caring attitude and dont even start me on receptionists up in the glenroyd medical part... The rudest people i ever spoke to and always give you not so welcoming looks. Would never go back

Fantastic experience: Local swimming baths for beginners and experienced swimmers, lessons available Monday to Friday very handy for parents. Also includes a gym to keep fit, library, cafe, 2 doctors surgeries and chemist with 24 hours prescription automatic pick up. Good sized car park either for short or long stay just make sure you arrive early as fills quickly.

Positive experience: We've been twice in 2 weeks its a really friendly place staff are very polite my grandson loved it and has now swam his first width which we are both very happy about. Its also very clean and not expensive

Fantastic experience: What a lovely dental practice. The woman on reception made me feel so at ease as soon as I walked in. Had a really bad experience at Whitegate health Center a few days ago after pinning me down and trying to get my tooth out they left abit In and this caused my hole not to heal up, Although it was not a pleasant experience the dentist at Moore park managed to correct this and managed to remove the bit left in, the staff are lovely at Moore park and the three staff that were on today were absolutely amazing so grateful for them.

Positive experience: Good place. My son is going for swimming lessons. Teacher was very attentive and paid the kids a ton of attention. Facilities seem good with areas for parents to wait while the lesson happens

Positive experience: UPDATE: Gym has been refurbished with brand new high tech equipment! Just sort the weights area out and the pool then it will go from 3.5/5 to 5/5 JUNE: 2/5 To start off with i'd like to mention that the staff at reception are incredibly friendly. But the gym and pool have been going downhill for quite a while now. The gym's equipment has been breaking down, there are multiple bikes with multiple issues, some completely don't work. The rope thing was recently replaced and it's now way too long for the room and in general. The handles are also too slippery and too big () The main reason I'm writing this review is because today I was zapped⚡️by the speed controller on the treadmill. Luckily it was low voltage so I'm fine. But it shows how a lot of the machinery is beginning to pose a serious health and safety risk. Oh and weirdly today I watched a gym attendant pour a full bottle of water down the bin. So I don't know what's going on with that. Obviously has no care for cleaning staff. With the pool, changing areas are often dirty, people wearing shoes can be seen walking around the changing areas. Parents don't watch their kids properly etc. Water is usually way too warm for Lane Swimming and doesn't feel clean. Especially in summer months you'll often find sand, used plasters, cotton buds and more. I'm searching for a new gym, I've got a driving licence now so I'm not restricted by distance in the same way. It's unfortunate. I've swam in many well kept outdoor pools in Budapest, some are contained within beautiful buildings over 100 years old. It's always a sad, depressing, shocker to see how things are done in this country.

Negative experience: Unprofessional in all aspects. Lady on front desk couldn't be bothered to check to see the pool was full. Turned away straightaway. I think enjoyed watching my kids cry.

Negative experience: The volunteer who signed us in for the booster AND the medical student who gave us the jabs WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. On December 19th in the middle of a wave??? Unacceptable. My wife has tested positive for Covid now and this is the only place we could have been exposed.

Negative experience: Charged for parking while waiting in queue for injection. First time there and never saw any signs telling me to register my vehicle with reception , parking eye fine letter 1 week later for £40.00 for being onsite longer than 10mins

Positive experience: The only thing was I had to walk right round the whole building in order to get back to my car !! Thankfully I had my walking stick with me . The jab was painless. Did not have to wait more than a few minutes .. well done all and thank you !!!!

Some questions and job done. If you drive be prepared to be told to sit in the car for 15 mins before you leave. Quick service, very organised!

Fantastic experience: Visited for my first Covid vaccine and everything was really well managed and organised. The centre was modern and clean and staff were very helpful.

Positive experience: Good facilities, swimming, gym, outdoor play area and sandpit for smaller kids and outdoor football pitch. Shame you only get 2 hour parking. Sports centres shouldn't have a time limit if you ask me but we have the nhs here so you know who cares ay? Cash in.. its only people right?

Negative experience: The swimming pool has unisex changing rooms - really bad idea :-( , lockers are broken or don't operate properly, the shower facilities are hidden away from the changing cubicles. Nobody appears to be taking charge of the place. The place has really gone down hill since the last time I visited. As a lady I would feel very uncomfortable using these facilities.

Fantastic experience: As it's the first time my children have returned to their swimming lessons, the staff are keeping to a strict government guidelines, they are very helpful and informative with their instruction on how to keep safe. Before the lock down my kids loved swimming here, their teacher Carla is amazing and makes learning to swim fun also very structured and she has the ability to teach to a high standard
